中医认为糖尿病主要是由于素体阴虚,五脏柔弱,复因饮食不节,过食肥甘,情志失调,劳欲过度,而导致肾阴亏虚,肺胃燥热;病机重点为阴虚燥热,而以阴虚为本,燥热为标;病延日久,阴损及阳,阴阳俱虚;阴虚燥热,耗津灼液使血液粘滞,血行涩滞而成瘀;阴损及阳,阳虚寒凝,亦可导致瘀血内阳。
竹鼠肉味甘,平,无毒。功效:益气养阴,解毒。治痨瘵,消渴。
现有技术没有应用竹鼠肉、伸筋草配制防治高血糖的保健竹鼠肉肠,口味单一而且保健功能有其局限性。如在中国专利信息中心公布的专利申请号为201010512849.9的发明——兔肉香肠,该发明公开了一种兔肉香肠,其配方的原料以兔肉和猪肉为主料,白糖、食盐、曲酒、酱油、香茹、胡椒粉为佐料及水衣组成,将精选过的兔肉与猪肉进行洗净、沥水、切块、绞肉,加入佐料进行搅拌10-20分钟,选择七路水肠衣,然后上机进行灌装,50-60℃烘烤60-72小时,在微波炉内用40-60%中火干燥、灭菌2-4分钟,然后封口,铝膜真空包装;该发明保健功能有其优点,但也有不足之处。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明的目的是要提供一种防治高血糖的保健竹鼠肉肠。
技术方案:一种防治高血糖的保健竹鼠肉肠,包括以下重量的原料:竹鼠肉8-10千克、伸筋草流浸膏干粉0.5-1千克、木糖醇0.4-0.6千克、食盐0.5-0.7千克、曲酒0.1-0.12千克、酱油0.18-0.22千克、五香粉0.2-0.3千克;所述伸筋草流浸膏干粉由以下重量份的原料配方制成流浸膏后再冷冻干燥粉碎成干粉:伸筋草10-20、鸡蛋花8-20、甘草3-10、菟丝子5-10、茯苓10-20、麦门冬5-10。
制备方法:先把竹鼠肉放入绞肉机绞碎成肉馅,再与其它配料放进容器中一起拌匀成糊状,腌制2-4小时,进灌肠机;按现有的香肠生产工艺方法生产香肠。
作为优化,本发明一种防治高血糖的保健竹鼠肉肠,包括以下重量的原料:竹鼠肉8-10千克、伸筋草流浸膏干粉0.5-1千克、木糖醇0.4-0.6千克、食盐0.5-0.7千克、曲酒0.1-0.12千克、酱油0.18-0.22千克、五香粉0.2-0.3千克;所述伸筋草流浸膏干粉由以下重量份的原料配方制成流浸膏后再冷冻干燥粉碎成干粉:伸筋草10-20、鸡蛋花8-20、甘草3-10、菟丝子5-10、茯苓10-20、麦门冬5-10、灯心草3-5、乌梅3-10。
伸筋草,苦辛温,祛风散寒、除湿消肿、舒筋活络。《湖南药物志》记载伸筋草:甘,平。无毒,入心,肾二经,舒筋活血,补气通络。
鸡蛋花,性凉,味甘、淡;归大肠、胃经,具有润肺解毒、清热祛湿、滑肠的功效。
甘草味甘,平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。功能主治:补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
菟丝子味辛甘,性平,入肝、肾二经。具有补肾益精、养肝明目、安胎的功效。
茯苓味甘、淡、性平,入药具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功用。现代医学研究:茯苓能增强机体免疫功能,茯苓多糖有明显的抗肿瘤及保肝脏作用。
麦门冬,性微甘味苦,寒,具有滋阴润肺、益胃生津、清心除烦、强阴益精、安五脏作用。
灯芯草,微寒;甘、淡;归心;肺;小肠;膀胱经。功效主治:利水通淋;清心降火。乌梅酸、涩、平,归肝、脾、肺、大肠经。【功能主治】敛肺,涩肠,生津,安蛔。用于肺虚久咳,久痢滑肠,虚热消渴,蛔厥呕吐腹痛,胆道蛔虫症(《中国药典》)。
本发明的优点:1、本发明伸筋草辛温易伤阴血,故配用鸡蛋花、甘草调和,制其所偏,其味呈甘醇、清甜,具有舒筋通络、活血化瘀作用。
2、菟丝子补肾益精,茯苓利水渗湿、益脾和胃,麦门冬滋阴润肺、益胃生津、清心除烦,灯芯草清心降火、乌梅消渴退热,更有助于活血化瘀降血糖。
3、本发明通过鸡蛋花、菟丝子、茯苓、麦门冬、灯芯草调理人体心肝脾肺肾五脏之平衡,化瘀清浊消渴,又用伸筋草舒筋活血,补气通络从而达到降血糖的目的;竹鼠肉益气养阴、治痨瘵、消渴,常食用本发明保健竹鼠肉肠,即可适当补充营养,又可以预防和控制高血糖。
4、本发明中药粉剂对肾上腺素高血糖小鼠和四氧嘧啶高血糖症小鼠具有显著的降血糖作用。 实验选用雄性和雌性小鼠各20只;分别采用肾上腺素和四氧嘧啶建立高血糖小鼠模型,再予本发明中药粉剂、格列苯脲、苯乙双胍治疗并测血糖水平。在肾上腺素诱发的高血糖症小鼠中,本发明中药粉剂能使禁食血糖[(16. 58±3. 92) mmol/L】降低到(7. 56±2. 63) mmol/L,作用与格列苯脲比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);在四氧嘧啶诱发的高血糖症小鼠中,本发明将禁食血糖【(15. 56±1. 83) mmol/L]降低到(7. 55±1.65) mmol/L,降糖作用显著优于苯乙双胍(P<0 05),且无格列苯脲导致低血糖的副作用。结论:本发明能显著降低2种造模动物的血糖水平(P <0. 001),并使血糖降至正常水平。
5、本发明中药粉剂经60余例确诊的糖屎病患者的临床疗效观察表明,本发明具有显著降低糖尿病者的血糖水平,使血糖恢复正常。
本发明的临床观察效果:
1.1 一般资料:选择市人民医院门诊2型糖尿病患者60例,随机分成两组。治疗组30例,男16例,女14例,年龄30~70岁,平均(50±1.5)岁,病程6个月~15年,平均(8.0±1.2)年;对照组30例,男18例,女12例,年龄29~70岁。两组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。
1.2 病例选择:参照1999年世界卫生组织(WHO)糖尿病诊断及分型标准[1]:糖尿病症状+任意时间血浆葡萄糖水平≥11.1mmol/L(200mg/dl)。将符合上述标准的患者随机分组进行观察研究,部分服中药的患者停原中药2周后纳入观察,未服中药的患者直接纳入观察。两组患者均予糖尿病基础治疗,包括饮食控制、运动疗法和口服降糖西药,降糖西药采用二甲双胍,根据血糖情况进行药物用法和药量调整。
1.3 治疗方法:治疗组在服用二甲双胍的基础上服用本发明中药粉剂。基本方由以下重量份的原料配方组成:伸筋草10、鸡蛋花10、甘草3、菟丝子5、茯苓10、麦门冬5;每天分三次服用,每次4克。对照组常规服用二甲双胍。两组在饮食控制、运动疗法上保持一致,两组疗程均为2个月。
1.4 观察指标:治疗前后分别测定空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后血糖(2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C),血糖用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定,胰岛素用放免法测定,血脂用全自动生化分析仪测定,HOMA-IR采用Haffner等[3,4]在Homa模型中计算IR的公式,即HOMA-IR=FPG×FINS/22.5(FPG单位为mmol/L,FINS单位为mU/L)。
1.5 统计学方法:采用SPSS 14.0统计分析软件进行统计学处理。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料用χ2检验。
2 结果:两组治疗前后FPG、2hBG、HbAIc、FINS及HOMA-IR的变化详见表1。由表1中我们可以看到,治疗前两组患者FPG、2hBG、HbAlc、FINS、HOMA-IR水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组FPG、2hBG、HbAlc、FINS、HOMA-IR水平与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组患者上述指标与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示治疗组和对照组均能够降低糖尿病血糖,但以治疗组改善血糖更为明显。

两组患者治疗前后TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C的变化见表2。从表2中我们可以看到治疗前两组患者的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组的TC、 TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平都有明显变化,其中TC、TG、LDL-C水平与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗组HDL-C水平与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。说明治疗组和对照组均能改善糖尿病患者的血脂水平,而以治疗组效果更为显著。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种防治高血糖的保健竹鼠肉肠,包括以下重量的原料:竹鼠肉8千克、伸筋草流浸膏干粉0.5千克、木糖醇0.4千克、食盐0.5千克、曲酒0.1千克、酱油0.18千克、五香粉0.2千克;所述伸筋草流浸膏干粉由以下重量份的原料配方制成流浸膏后再冷冻干燥粉碎成干粉:伸筋草10、鸡蛋花8、甘草3、菟丝子5、茯苓10、麦门冬5。
制备方法:1.先把竹鼠肉放入绞肉机绞碎成肉馅,再与其它配料放进容器中一起拌匀成糊状,腌制2-4小时,进灌肠机;2.将肠衣一端套入灌肠机灌制,灌制要饱满,每20CM一根,两头打扣;3.把香肠风干,接着放入蒸汽锅,煮制30分钟熟透,取出冷却即可。
实施例2:一种防治高血糖的保健竹鼠肉肠,包括以下重量的原料:竹鼠肉10千克、伸筋草流浸膏干粉1千克、木糖醇0.6千克、食盐0.7千克、曲酒0.12千克、酱油0.22千克、五香粉0.3千克;所述伸筋草流浸膏干粉由以下重量份的原料配方制成流浸膏后再冷冻干燥粉碎成干粉:伸筋草15、鸡蛋花20、甘草10、菟丝子10、茯苓20、麦门冬10、灯心草5、乌梅10。
制备方法同实施例1。
