Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LCD显示装置,尤其是指一种可切换视角的LCD显示装置。
背景技术
近年来,显示技术得到快速的发展,平板显示器已取代笨重的CRT显示器日益深入人们的日常生活中。目前,常用的平板显示器包括液晶显示器LCD(Liquid CrystalDisplay)和有机发光二极管OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode)显示器。上述平板显示器具有体积小、功耗低、无辐射等特点,在当前的平板显示器市场中占据了主导地位。由于OLED技术尚不成熟,目前主流平板显示仍是LCD,根据LCD显示类型分类,可分为:TN型、VA型、IPS型和FFS型,就视角而言VA、IPS和FFS型较优于TN型,窄视角的TN型显示屏主要用于NB等移动办公产品。在现有的显示器产品中,其视角固定单一,无法满足不同应用场所和观看喜好的需求,因此,有必要提供一种可切换视角的显示装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供了一种通过调整控制液晶偏转的电场,来改变液晶显示器的视角的LCD显示装置。
本发明提供了一种可切换视角的LCD显示装置,包括两栅线、信号线和像素组件,所述信号线贯通于两栅线之间,其中,所述每组像素组件包括相互对应电连接的至少两个显示驱动器和至少两个像素导电薄膜,所述显示驱动器分别嵌入栅线中,并与栅线电连接,当分设于不同侧的显示驱动器同时接通时,LCD显示装置切换为窄视角模式;当其中一个显示驱动器单独接通或设于同侧的显示驱动器同时接通时,LCD显示装置切换为宽视角模式。
优选地,所述显示驱动器和像素导电薄膜分别为偶数个。若显示驱动器的个数大于两个,所述不同侧的显示驱动器通过不同的控制信号控制,同侧的显示驱动器通过相同的控制信号控制。
优选地,所述显示驱动器和像素导电薄膜分别为两个,所述显示驱动器为上显示驱动器和下显示驱动器,当上显示驱动器和下显示驱动器同时接通时,LCD显示装置切换为窄视角模式;当上显示驱动器或下显示驱动器单独接通时,LCD显示装置切换为宽视角模式。所述上显示驱动器和下显示驱动器通过不同的控制信号控制。通过不同的控制信号对上显示驱动器和下显示驱动器的驱动状态进行分别控制,实现宽视角和窄视角显示模式的切换。
优选地,所述两个像素导电薄膜相互交错。所述像素导电薄膜具有若干个相互平行的光栅,相邻光栅之间设有狭缝,两组像素导电薄膜的光栅相互穿插,其中一组像素导电薄膜的光栅插入另一组像素导电薄膜的狭缝中,实现两者的无间组合。通过将像素导电薄膜交错组合,可有效地利用像素区域的有限空间,同时,像素导电薄膜交错放置能使边缘电场更均匀分布,可提高像素的穿透率。
所述显示驱动器包括有缘层、TFT漏极和像素过孔,其中,TFT漏极一端伸入有缘层中,另一端伸入像素导电薄膜中,所述像素过孔开设于TFT漏极的伸出端。像素导电薄膜通过像素过孔与TFT漏极电连接,当TFT漏极为高电位时,对像素导电薄膜进行充电。
优选地,所述光栅与相邻栅线的夹角为95-110度,所述各组像素导电薄膜的光栅的个数为2-6个。夹角越大,则面板显示视角越大,但夹角越大,像素的面积越小,穿透率越低。通常选择为95-110度。
与现有技术相比,本发明可切换视角的LCD显示装置中,主要是通过调整控制液晶偏转的电场来改变液晶显示器的视角,通过在一个像素区内设置至少两个显示驱动器,分别与像素导电薄膜相匹配,通过不同的控制信号或开关切换,改变显示器驱动器的电压,来实现显示驱动器的通断控制,控制相应的像素导电薄膜的通断,以改变液晶分子的取向,由于不同电流方向会改变液晶分子的取向,进而影响LCD显示装置的视角宽度,达到切换控制宽视角和窄视角的目的,给予了观看者更多的观看体验。在现有的像素区内,巧妙地增加多个像素导电薄膜,其相互穿插设置,不增加收纳空间,有效地利用了像素区域的有限空间。

具体实施方式
针对现有的平板显示器中视角过宽的问题,参照图1所示,本发明提供了一种可切换视角的LCD显示装置,包括两栅线1、信号线2和像素组件3,所述信号线2贯通于两栅线1之间,其中,所述每组像素组件3包括相互对应电连接的至少两个显示驱动器30和至少两个像素导电薄膜32,所述显示驱动器30分别嵌入栅线1中,并与栅线1电连接,当分设于不同侧的显示驱动器30同时接通时,LCD显示装置切换为窄视角模式;当其中一个显示驱动器30单独接通或设于同侧的显示驱动器30同时接通时,LCD显示装置切换为宽视角模式。
其中,两栅线1跨在像素组件3的上侧和下侧,以作为像素导电薄膜的正负电极,信号线2连接于两栅线1之间。两条栅线分别1分别用于驱动像素上下的两个显示驱动器30,窄视角时,两条栅线1短接,两个显示驱动器30导通;宽视角时,上栅线与下栅线断开,同时下栅线被短接到Vgh电位,信号线用来给像素充电。所述信号线2包括连接线20和TFT源极22,其中TFT源极22与连接线20相垂直,TFT源极22伸入栅线1之中,并引入显示驱动器30中,实现信号线20与显示驱动器30的导通。所述显示驱动器30包括有缘层301、TFT漏极302和像素过孔303,其中,TFT漏极302一端伸入有缘层301中,另一端伸入像素导电薄膜32中,所述像素过孔303开设于TFT漏极302的伸出端,嵌入像素导电薄膜32中,以对其充电施加电压,在两个电极之间形成电场,控制像素导电薄膜32中的液晶分子的走向和倾角。像素导电薄膜32通过像素过孔303与TFT漏极302电连接,当TFT漏极302为高电位时,对像素导电薄膜32进行充电。有缘层为半导体层(如a-Si,LTPS,IGZO等)。
在本发明中,所述显示驱动器30和像素导电薄膜32分别为偶数个。若显示驱动器30的个数大于两个,所述不同侧的显示驱动器30通过不同的控制信号控制,同侧的显示驱动器30通过相同的控制信号控制。即当在上栅线和下栅线中分别设有至少一个显示驱动器30,上栅线和下栅线所设置的显示驱动器30的个数相同,构成偶数个,分别与像素导电薄膜32对应匹配,通过同一个控制信号控制同侧的显示驱动器30启动,使得与之电连接的单侧像素导电薄膜32导通,LCD显示装置为宽视角模式;通过另一个控制信号来控制不同侧的显示驱动器30启动,使得与之电连接的两侧像素导电薄膜32分别同时导通,LCD显示装置为窄视角模式。液晶显示器的视角取决于液晶电场的结构,当两组像素电极栅结构全部被使用时,液晶电场类似于一个平行板电容器,此时的边缘场较弱,因此视角较窄,当只有一组像素电极栅结构被使用时,液晶电场的边缘场较强,因此视角较宽。通过改变液晶电场的结构和场强,达到变幻液晶显示器的宽视角和窄视角的目的。
在本发明的优选实施例中,参照图1所示,所述显示驱动器30和像素导电薄膜32分别为两个,所述显示驱动器30为上显示驱动器30a和下显示驱动器30b,当上显示驱动器30a和下显示驱动器30b同时接通时,LCD显示装置切换为窄视角模式;当上显示驱动器30a或下显示驱动器30b单独接通时,LCD显示装置切换为宽视角模式。所述上显示驱动器30a和下显示驱动器30b通过不同的控制信号控制,以对上显示驱动器30a和下显示驱动器30b的驱动状态进行分别控制,实现宽视角和窄视角显示模式的切换。结合图2和图3所示,在不同视角下的面板控制信号图中,当ctl1高电位,ctl2低电位时,上显示驱动器30a和下显示驱动器30b同时启动,与之连接的两个像素导电薄膜32均导通,LCD显示装置呈窄视角状态;当ctl1低电位,ctl2高电位时,上显示驱动器30a或下显示驱动器30b单独启动,与之连接的像素导电薄膜32单独导通,LCD显示装置呈宽视角状态。通过切换控制施加于上显示驱动器和下显示驱动器上的电压状况,来改变电场方向,进而改变液晶分子在电场中的取向角度,达到宽窄视角切换的目的。当ctl1高,ctl2低时,上显示驱动器30a和下显示驱动器30b均接通,呈窄视角模式;当ctl1低,ctl2高时,上显示驱动器30a接通,下显示驱动器30b断开,为宽视角模式。
参照图4和图5所示,在本发明的优选实施例中,在像素导电薄膜的排布结构上,将所述两个像素导电薄膜32相互交错穿插,所述像素导电薄膜32具有若干个相互平行的光栅32a,相邻光栅32a之间设有狭缝32b,两组像素导电薄膜32倒置相对,将其光栅32a相互穿插,其中一组像素导电薄膜32的光栅32a插入另一组像素导电薄膜的狭缝32b中,实现两者的无间组合。这样,可有效利用像素区域的空间,在达到宽窄视角切换的目的的同时,也满足了对LCD显示装置精细化、超薄化的要求。其中,所述光栅与相邻栅线的夹角a为95-110度。夹角越大,则面板显示视角越大,但夹角越大,像素的面积越小,穿透率越低。通常选择为95-110度。所述各组像素导电薄膜的光栅的个数为2-6个,在本实施例中,所述光栅为4个,两个像素导电薄膜相对地穿插,其中一组像素导电薄膜的光栅插入另一组像素导电薄膜的狭缝中。

Claims (8)

1.一种可切换视角的LCD显示装置,包括两栅线、信号线和像素组件,所述信号线贯通于两栅线之间,其特征在于:所述像素组件包括相互对应电连接的至少两个显示驱动器和至少两个像素导电薄膜,所述显示驱动器分别嵌入栅线中,并与栅线电连接,所述两个像素导电薄膜相互交错;当分设于不同侧的显示驱动器同时接通时,LCD显示装置切换为窄视角模式;当其中一个显示驱动器单独接通或设于同侧的显示驱动器同时接通时,LCD显示装置切换为宽视角模式;所述显示驱动器包括有源层、TFT漏极和像素过孔,其中,TFT漏极一端伸入有源层中,另一端伸入像素导电薄膜中,所述像素过孔开设于TFT漏极的伸出端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可切换视角的LCD显示装置,其特征在于:所述显示驱动器和像素导电薄膜分别为偶数个。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可切换视角的LCD显示装置,其特征在于:若显示驱动器的个数大于两个,所述不同侧的显示驱动器通过不同的控制信号控制,同侧的显示驱动器通过相同的控制信号控制。
4.根据权利要求2所述的可切换视角的LCD显示装置,其特征在于:所述显示驱动器和像素导电薄膜分别为两个,所述显示驱动器为上显示驱动器和下显示驱动器,当上显示驱动器和下显示驱动器同时接通时,LCD显示装置切换为窄视角模式;当上显示驱动器或下显示驱动器单独接通时,LCD显示装置切换为宽视角模式。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可切换视角的LCD显示装置,其特征在于:所述上显示驱动器和下显示驱动器通过不同的控制信号控制。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可切换视角的LCD显示装置,其特征在于:所述像素导电薄膜具有若干个相互平行的光栅,相邻光栅之间设有狭缝,两组像素导电薄膜的光栅相互穿插,其中一组像素导电薄膜的光栅插入另一组像素导电薄膜的狭缝中,实现两者的无间组合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的可切换视角的LCD显示装置,其特征在于:所述光栅与相邻栅线的夹角为95-110度。
8.根据权利要求7所述的可切换视角的LCD显示装置,其特征在于:所述各组像素导电薄膜的光栅的个数为2-6个。
