Abstract
本发明公开了一种缓冲性能高的运动防护缓冲减震材料,所述运动防护缓冲减震材料按质量百分比包括5%-20%的12000分子量的聚酯二元醇、20%-50%的3000分子量的聚醚三元醇、30%-60%的700分子量的聚醚三元醇、15%-30%的900分子量的聚醚三元醇、0.1%-0.6%的水、0.3%-1.5%的乙二醇、0.1%-0.3%的1,4丁二醇、0.15%-0.3%的起发催化剂、0.3%-0.8%的凝胶催化剂、1%-5%的还原乙烷、35%-70%的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯;本发明缓冲性能高的运动防护缓冲减震材料,应用于鞋垫、护垫等需要借助缓冲材料减少外界作用力对人体产生伤害的运动防护产品中,具有抗变形能力强、慢反弹和缓冲减震性能优良等优点,能够吸收70%以上的冲击力,进而对人体或贵重物品予以保护,具有无与伦比的冲击保护能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及缓冲减震材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高缓冲性能的运动防护缓冲减震材料。
背景技术
缓冲减震材料缓冲性能即减震性能越高,在某些场景下如弹跳或运动时,缓冲减震材料对人脚的保护作用越大。利用高缓冲性能制备的鞋垫可以减少上述弹跳或运动场景下外力对人脚的损伤。目前市场上已有的一些具有缓冲减震性能的运动防护缓冲减震材料其缓冲减震性能经测试检验仍存在不足,其缓冲减震性能有待进一步提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种可广泛应用于鞋垫、护垫、护膝等需要借助缓冲材料减少外界作用力对人体产生伤害的运动防护产品中的缓冲性能高的运动防护缓冲减震材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种缓冲性能高的运动防护缓冲减震材料,按质量百分比包括以下成分,5%-20%的12000分子量的聚酯二元醇、20%-50%的3000分子量的聚醚三元醇、30%-60%的700分子量的聚醚三元醇、15%-30%的900分子量的聚醚三元醇、0.1%-0.6%的水、0.3%-1.5%的乙二醇、0.1%-0.3%的1,4丁二醇、0.15%-0.3%的起发催化剂、0.3%-0.8%的凝胶催化剂、1%-5%的还原乙烷、35%-70%的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
上述运动防护缓冲减震材料可应用于鞋垫、护垫、护膝等需要借助缓冲材料减少外界作用力对人体产生伤害的运动防护产品中。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明一种缓冲性能高的运动防护缓冲减震材料,具有抗变形能力强、慢反弹和缓冲减震性 能优良等优点,可应用于鞋垫、护垫、护膝等需要借助缓冲材料减少外界作用力对人体产生伤害的运动防护产品中,具有抗变形能力强、慢反弹和缓冲减震性能优良等优点,能够吸收70%以上的冲击力,进而对人体或贵重物品予以保护,具有无与伦比的冲击保护能力,此外,还具有透气吸湿、防霉抗菌、抗压缩变形等特点。

下面结合具体实施例,对本发明作进一步的描述,以便于更清楚的理解本发明要求保护的技术思想。
本发明一种缓冲性能高的运动防护缓冲减震材料第一实施例,按质量百分比包括以下成分,5%的12000分子量的聚酯二元醇、20%的3000分子量的聚醚三元醇、30%的700分子量的聚醚三元醇、15%的900分子量的聚醚三元醇、0.1%的水、0.3%的乙二醇、0.1%的1,4丁二醇、0.15%的起发催化剂、0.3%的凝胶催化剂、1%的还原乙烷、35%的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
将上述配比的各原料成分混合加入至混料桶内,并搅拌均匀20s,然后将已搅拌均匀的混合料倒入至成型模具中,通过气枪去除混合料表面气泡,在模具内20-30min后成型。
经检验测试,本发明一种缓冲性能高的运动防护缓冲减震材料其缓冲减震性能良好。
本发明一种缓冲性能高的运动防护缓冲减震材料第二实施例,按质量百分比包括以下成分,20%的12000分子量的聚酯二元醇、50%的3000分子量的聚醚三元醇、60%的700分子量的聚醚三元醇、30%的900分子量的聚醚三元醇、0.6%的水、1.5%的乙二醇、0.3%的1,4丁二醇、0.3%的起发催化剂、0.8%的凝胶催化剂、5%的还原乙烷、70%的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
将上述配比的各原料成分混合加入至混料桶内,并搅拌均匀20s,然后将已搅拌均匀的混合料倒入至成型模具中,通过气枪去除混合料表面气泡,在模具内20-30min后成型。
经检验测试,本发明一种缓冲性能高的运动防护缓冲减震材料其缓冲减震性能良好。
本发明一种缓冲性能高的运动防护缓冲减震材料第三实施例,按质量百分比包括以下成分,12.5%的12000分子量的聚酯二元醇、35%的3000分子量的聚醚三元醇、45%的700分子量的聚醚三元醇、22.5的900分子量的聚醚三元醇、0.35的水、0.9%的乙二醇、0.2%的1,4丁二醇、0.2%的起发催化剂、0.5%的凝胶催化剂、3%的还原乙烷、50%的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
将上述配比的各原料成分混合加入至混料桶内,并搅拌均匀20s,然后将已搅拌均匀的混合料倒入至成型模具中,通过气枪去除混合料表面气泡,在模具内20-30min后成型。
经检验测试,本发明一种缓冲性能高的运动防护缓冲减震材料其缓冲减震性能良好。
上述运动防护缓冲减震材料可广泛应用于鞋垫、护垫、护膝等需要借助缓冲材料减少外界作用力对人体产生伤害的运动防护产品中。
本发明运动防护缓冲减震材料不仅应用于鞋材,还可用于运动器材、汽车配件、医疗器械等牵扯缓冲减震的领域。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变以及变形都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种缓冲性能高的运动防护缓冲减震材料,其特征在于:按质量百分比包括以下成分,5%-20%的12000分子量的聚酯二元醇、20%-50%的3000分子量的聚醚三元醇、30%-60%的700分子量的聚醚三元醇、15%-30%的900分子量的聚醚三元醇、0.1%-0.6%的水、0.3%-1.5%的乙二醇、0.1%-0.3%的1,4丁二醇、0.15%-0.3%的起发催化剂、0.3%-0.8%的凝胶催化剂、1%-5%的还原乙烷、35%-70%的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种缓冲性能高的运动防护缓冲减震材料,其特征在于:上述运动防护缓冲减震材料可应用于鞋垫、护垫、护膝等需要借助缓冲材料减少外界作用力对人体产生伤害的运动防护产品中。
