Abstract

本发明公开了一种污水处理填料，其特征是它包括有固定件（1）、分配支撑件（2）和填料件（3），所述固定件（1）上设有多个分配支撑件（2），分配支撑件（2）呈伞状，多根丝状或管状的填料件（3）设置在分配支撑件（2）的伞形面上。本发明投入成本低，水处理效率高，运行费用低，对高浓废水及污水水质变化适宜性快。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种污水处理装置，属于污水处理技术领域。
背景技术
目前在污水处理过程中有时需要使用到填料，填料是微生物栖息的场所、生物膜的载体，在污水处理中的作用十分重要。填料的表面生长生物膜，生物膜的新陈代谢过程使污水得利净化。填料的性能直接影响着生物接触氧化技术的效果和经济上的合理性，因而填料的选择是生物接触氧化技术的关键。 
现有常用的生物填料是生物惰性的, 对微生物无促进和活化作用，挂膜生物自身易分解。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种处理成本低加工方便的污水处理填料，填料主要用在化工废水，废水中含有对污泥有抑制作用的有物质。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种污水处理填料，其特征是它包括有固定件、分配支撑件和填料件，所述固定件上设有多个分配支撑件，分配支撑件呈伞状，多根丝状或管状的填料件设置在分配支撑件的伞形面上。
所述填料件采用橡胶材质制成。
所述多个分配支撑件均匀间隔分布在固定件上。
本发明的有益效果有：
本发明用于水处理的活性生物填料,为半软性组合填料，比表面积大，挂膜快，不易堵塞，而且造价低，组装方便，出水稳定，处理效果较好，最大优点是其结构是伞型，在曝气池内是可伞下形成富氧空间，并由于曝气作用会使填料振动，及是橡胶材料会使填料上的死泥及时脱落，并排出。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步地说明：
如附图1所示，本发明它包括有固定件1，其材料为柔性耐腐蚀材料制成。在固定件1上安装有多个分配支撑件2， 它们均匀间隔分布在固定件1上。分配支撑件2为伞型有一定机械强度防腐材料制成，多根丝状或管状的填料件3设置在分配支撑件2的伞形面上，填料件3采用橡胶材质制成，具有较强的气泡切割性能和在伞型分配支撑件下有再布水布气的能力、挂膜脱膜效果较好、不堵塞；COD和BOD去除率在70-80%。使用寿命较软性填料长。
本发明涉及的其它未说明部分与现有技术相同。

1.一种污水处理填料，其特征是它包括有固定件（1）、分配支撑件（2）和填料件（3），所述固定件（1）上设有多个分配支撑件（2），分配支撑件（2）呈伞状，多根丝状或管状的填料件（3）设置在分配支撑件（2）的伞形面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的污水处理填料，其特征是所述填料件（3）采用橡胶材质制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的污水处理填料，其特征是所述多个分配支撑件（2）均匀间隔分布在固定件（1）上。
