本发明公开了一种卧式砂浆混合机，包括支架、平行设置在支架上的搅拌筒，所述搅拌筒中心设有一根搅拌轴，所述搅拌筒上设有搅拌轴电机驱动搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴上设有螺旋叶片，所述搅拌筒内筒壁设有搅拌筋条。本发明通过搅拌轴及上搅拌轴上的螺旋叶片对搅拌筒内砂浆进行搅拌混合的同时，由于搅拌筒在搅拌筒电机的驱动下自身还在做旋转，搅拌筋条同时作用于砂浆进行搅拌，因而进一步提高了砂浆混合效果和混合效率。

本发明涉及砂浆制造用的一种卧式混合机。
背景技术
现有的的砂浆混合机砂浆混合效果比较差，效率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种卧式砂浆混合机，提高砂浆混合效果和混合效率。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种卧式砂浆混合机，包括支架、平行设置在支架上的搅拌筒，其特征在于：所述搅拌筒中心设有一根搅拌轴，所述搅拌筒上设有搅拌轴电机驱动搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴上设有螺旋叶片，所述搅拌筒内筒壁设有搅拌筋条。
优选的，所述搅拌筒外筒壁环设有齿圈，所述支架上设有搅拌筒电机，所述搅拌筒电机通过一减速机驱动齿圈。
优选的，所述搅拌筋条呈螺旋状分布在搅拌筒内筒壁。
本发明通过搅拌轴及上搅拌轴上的螺旋叶片对搅拌筒内砂浆进行搅拌混合的同时，由于搅拌筒在搅拌筒电机的驱动下自身还在做旋转，搅拌筋条同时作用于砂浆进行搅拌，因而进一步提高了砂浆混合效果和混合效率。

下面结合图1具体说明卧式砂浆混合机的实施例，其包括支架1、平行设置在支架1上的搅拌筒2，所述搅拌筒2中心设有一根搅拌轴3，所述搅拌筒上设有搅拌轴电机5驱动搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴上设有螺旋叶片4，所述搅拌筒2内筒壁设有搅拌筋条6。所述搅拌筒2外筒壁环设有齿圈7，所述支架上设有搅拌筒电机8，所述搅拌筒电机通过一减速机9驱动齿圈。支架上设有支撑辊呈V字形分布支撑在搅拌筒2底部。所述搅拌筋条6呈螺旋状分布在搅拌筒2内筒壁。当然，搅拌筋条也可以成八字形分布。

1.一种卧式砂浆混合机，包括支架(1)、平行设置在支架(1)上的搅拌筒(2)，其特征在于：所述搅拌筒(2)中心设有一根搅拌轴(3)，所述搅拌筒上设有搅拌轴电机(5)驱动搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴上设有螺旋叶片(4)，所述搅拌筒(2)内筒壁设有搅拌筋条(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的砂浆混合机，其特征在于：所述搅拌筒(2)外筒壁环设有齿圈(7)，所述支架上设有搅拌筒电机(8)，所述搅拌筒电机通过一减速机(9)驱动齿圈。
3.根据权利要求2所述的砂浆混合机，其特征在于：所述搅拌筋条(6)呈螺旋状分布在搅拌筒(2)内筒壁。
