Abstract

本发明公布了一种显微镜内窥镜,结构包括显微镜目镜、显微镜物镜、内窥镜和分光镜,通过调节分光镜的位置,使显微镜目镜可以选择性接收来自显微镜物镜或内窥镜的光学信号,并在二者间任意切换,使显微镜和内窥镜两大眼科常用手术设备合二为一。在手术过程中,通过显微镜目镜既可以观察显微镜物镜下的情况,也可以观察到内窥镜所见范围,大大缩短了手术中通过搬运、挪移来交替使用显微镜和内窥镜的时间,提高了手术效率,同时减少了因为术中挪动两种手术设备所带来的感染等手术风险。

显微镜内窥镜
技术领域
该发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤指显微镜内窥镜。 
背景技术
显微镜和内窥镜是目前眼科最常见的两大手术设备和仪器,显微镜通过放大作用,使术者对手术野眼部结构有清晰的视觉和判断。要看清眼球内部结构,手术显微镜常需要借助各种角膜接触型反光镜。但即使在使用反光镜的情况下,手术者也只能看清楚眼球后部2/3的视网膜和眼内壁结构。位于虹膜后的结构如睫状体和前1/3视网膜通常只能借助另一种手术设备——内窥镜才能看到。在做眼内手术时,手术者为了看清整个眼内结构,有时需要在以上两种手术设备上不断切换。 
具体情况是术者通过显微镜目镜来观察显微镜物镜下眼表结构和部位,当需要使用内窥镜时,术者需要将眼睛从显微镜目镜上移至内窥镜目镜或内窥镜的显示屏来观察虹膜后隐秘部位并进行操作。为了能使操作方便,保持手术台的无菌,通常要将手术显微镜稍稍向一边挪开,为内窥镜显示屏留置空间。由于内眼手术经常需要交替使用显微镜和内窥镜,术中需不断调换、挪动显微镜和内窥镜,一则费时,二则移动次数越多,对手术野污染的可能性越大,增加了感染等手术并发症发生的风险。 
 发明内容
针对以上仪器设备带来的不便,本发明提供一种显微镜内窥镜,可以同时实现以上两种手术设备的功能,即通过显微镜目镜不仅可以观察来自手术显微镜的光学信号,还可以观察来自内窥镜的光学信号,同时可以在两者间任意切换,在手术者不用挪动眼睛的情况下,有效地在显微镜和内窥镜之间切换,减少术中在手术显微镜和内窥镜之间切换、挪移的时间,也减少了因为挪动仪器所导致感染的可能性。 
      为实现以上目的,本发明的显微镜内窥镜包含内窥镜、显微镜物镜、分光镜和显微镜目镜;通过调节分光镜的位置,分别将来自显微镜物镜或内窥镜的光线导入到显微镜目镜内,使手术者能够选择性的使用显微镜或内窥镜,而不用搬动仪器设备。 
进一步,显微镜目镜、分光镜和显微镜物镜为一体设置,固定结构;内窥镜通过固定通道与分光镜相连接,可分体设置或一体设置,拆卸自如。 
     进一步,分光镜位置可以调节,通过其位置的改变,使来自内窥镜或显微镜物镜的光线进入显微镜目镜内。选择用显微镜时,分光镜仅容许来自显微镜物镜的光线通过;反之,当术者想通过内窥镜观察时,来自显微镜物镜的光线被阻拦,术者可以清晰观察到来自内窥镜的光信号; 
  进一步,显微镜和内窥镜的焦点一致,以实现通过显微镜目镜可以清晰观察到显微镜目镜和内窥镜的光学信号。
本发明通过将两种常见手术设备的光学信号集中通过显微镜目镜来观察,减少了眼科手术中在显微镜和内窥镜两种手术设备上挪移切换的时间,提高了手术效率,同时减少了因为手术设备移动所导致的手术野污染和感染的可能。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:
      如图2所示,当手术者想使用显微镜时,将分光镜2调至光线平行的位置,来自显微镜物镜的光线未经任何阻拦进入到显微镜目镜4内,术者观察到显微镜物镜下的结构。
  
实施例2:
      如图3所示,当手术者需要采用内窥镜3时,将分光镜调至与内窥镜光源45度夹角,内窥镜3的光线经分光镜反射后进入显微镜目镜4内,而来自显微镜物镜1的光线被分光镜2阻拦,不能进入显微镜目镜4,术者只能观察到来自显微镜3的光学信号。
需要指出的是本发明的显微镜内窥镜不仅仅可以应用在眼科手术方面,也可以应用到其他学科领域的手术上。根据本发明的具体实施方式所作出的任何改变,均不脱离本发明的精神以及权利要求记载的范畴。 

Claims (4)

1.一种手术用显微镜内窥镜,其结构包括:显微镜目镜、显微镜物镜、内窥镜和分光镜,特征在于通过在显微镜目镜前设置分光镜,使来自显微镜物镜和内窥镜的光学信号均可以进入到显微镜目镜内,使操作者既可以通过显微镜目镜观察到显微镜物镜下的结构,也可以通过显微镜目镜观察内窥镜所能观察的范围,实现将显微镜和内窥镜两种手术设备合二为一的目的。
2.如权利要求1所述的显微镜内窥镜,显微镜物镜和内窥镜的焦点一致,以实现通过显微镜目镜可以清晰观察到显微镜目镜和内窥镜前的结构部位。
3.如权利要求1所述的分光镜,可以调节其位置,使显微镜目镜选择性接收来自显微镜物镜或内窥镜的光线,以便操作者选择性使用显微镜或内窥镜。
4.如权利要求1所述的内窥镜,通过固定通道连接到分光镜前,并实现通过显微镜目镜来观察内窥镜所见范围;内窥镜与分光镜可以一体设置或分体设置,一体设置时内窥镜固定在分光镜前的位置,不能拆卸;分体设置时,内窥镜与分光镜通过固定通道连接,用时可以连接在一起,不用时可以从显微镜上拆卸。
