本发明公开了一种金属弹性片耐高温耐辐照风阀,包括框架,所述框架内安装有叶片,所述叶片的端部安装有金属弹性密封片。本发明将叶片之间增加了金属弹性密封片,具有防火和密封双重功能,密封性能好,且永久不用维护,故障率低,安全可靠。

本发明涉及核电风阀领域,具体涉及一种金属弹性片耐高温耐辐照风阀。
背景技术
现有的耐高温耐辐照风阀由于使用温度高,辐照剂量大,不适合用橡胶等非金属材料,阀门泄漏量大。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明为了解决现有技术不足,提供一种金属弹性片耐高温耐辐照风阀。
技术方案:一种金属弹性片耐高温耐辐照风阀,所述风阀包括框架,所述框架内安装有叶片,所述叶片的端部安装有金属弹性密封片。
作为优选,所述金属弹性密封片厚度为0.05-1.5mm。
作为优选,所述金属弹性密封片为圆弧形或直线倾斜型等形状金属弹性密封片。
作为优选,所述框架内由上而下安装有若干个叶片。
作为优选,所述金属弹性密封片安装于叶片端部,即在叶片与叶片搭接处。
有益效果:本发明将叶片之间增加了金属弹性密封片,具有防火和密封双重功能,密封性能好,且永久不用维护,故障率低,安全可靠。

如图1所示,一种金属弹性片耐高温耐辐照风阀,所述风阀包括框架1,所述框架1内安装有叶片2,所述叶片2的端部安装有金属弹性密封片3;所述金属弹性密封片3厚度为0.05-1.5mm;所述金属弹性密封片3为圆弧形或直线倾斜型等形状金属弹性密封片;所述框架1内由上而下安装有若干个叶片2;所述金属弹性密封片3安装于叶片2端部,即在叶片与叶片搭接处。

3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种金属弹性片耐高温耐辐照风阀,其特征在于:所述金属弹性密封片(3)为圆弧形或直线倾斜型等形状金属弹性密封片。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种金属弹性片耐高温耐辐照风阀,其特征在于:所述框架(1)内由上而下安装有若干个叶片(2)。
