Abstract

一种测井井控电缆防掉装置。用于地球物理测井作业过程中,井内发生溢流需切断测井电缆封井时,可以迅速将测井电缆快速固定在装置上,连接防喷钻具进行压井,是制止井喷和防井口以下电缆及仪器串不落井的一种技术保障措施。

一种测井井控电缆防掉装置
技术领域
本发明涉及石油勘探测井井控安全防护,属于油气勘探中地球物理测井井控技术领域。 
背景技术
石油钻井井控要求,在钻探完毕时的测井作业过程中,当井口钻井液溢流量达到1.5m3/h时要终止测井,立即将测井仪器从井内起出,下防喷钻具进行压井;当钻井液溢流量达到2m3时/h,要求在井口切断测井电缆,抢下防喷钻具进行压井,这样就会造成井口以下的测井电缆和测井仪器落井,同时为后期打捞工作带来困难。 
发明内容
本发明测井井控电缆防掉装置由钻具连接短节、锁紧夹板、电缆压板和固定螺丝组成。其主体选用G105钻具材料,做成与钻具相配套的短节,内设钻井液循环通道,短节的下部剖面切割,设锁紧夹板凹槽。用相同材料制作电缆压板,内设锁紧夹板凹槽,采用大直径固定螺丝对电缆压板进行紧固,要求对电缆的锁紧力大于10t,以防止测井电缆从主体脱滑。 
发明效果
    本发明是测井过程中井口溢流量达到需切断时,在井口将电缆固定在,切断测井井控电缆防掉装置以上电缆,抢下防喷钻具实现快速压井,由于电缆固定在装置的外面,可防止钻井液循环时将电缆刺断,溢流制止后,将电缆与绞车电缆连接,起出井内电缆与仪器。

    具体实施方式   
将2个定位销(4)砸入销孔(5)内,将两半锁紧夹板(7)分别放入凹槽(2)和凹槽(9)内,用固定螺丝(11)对锁紧夹板(7)进行紧固,将测井电缆(12)放入主体(1)的锁紧夹板(7)的凹槽内,将电缆压板(8)定位对扣在主体(1)上,依次安装固定螺丝(11)逐渐打紧为一体。

Claims (2)

1.测井井控电缆防掉装置由主体(1)、锁紧夹板(7)、电缆压板(8)、固定螺丝(10)、(11)组成,其特征在于,将2个定位销(4)砸入销孔(5)内,将两半锁紧夹板(7)分别放入凹槽(2)和凹槽(9)内,用固定螺丝(11)对锁紧夹板(7)进行紧固,将测井电缆(12)放入主体(1)的锁紧夹板(7)的凹槽内,将电缆压板(8)定位对扣在主体(1)上,依次安装固定螺丝(11)逐渐打紧为一体,起到抢下防喷钻具压井,制止溢流、防止井喷,防止电缆和仪器串落井的一种技术保障措施。
2.根据权利要求1所述的测井井控电缆防掉装置,其特征在于,测井井控电缆防掉装置的外形结构和电缆固定方式,为测井过程中防止井喷和电缆、仪器串落井提供技术保障。
