Abstract

本发明涉及一种连接端子组件,具有在绝缘移位触头上端接缆线的多触头并具有一个带螺丝的加压件,一个中间件及一块底板。本发明的目的在于开发上面所述类型的这种连接端子组件,在这种组件上对大范围内任意不同直径的缆线可以端接是这样实现的:一个闭合的分叉触头由连接板21和绝缘移位触头7和插头片18联接成一件,绝缘移位触头7则斜向布置在分叉触头6之后。

Description

连接端子组件
本发明涉及一种连接端子组件。
上面提到的连接端子组件型式在这种技术中是众所周知的(brochure of Quante Aktiengesellschaft,Uellendahler Str。353,D-42109Wuppertal/:“Connection Modules MX”)。在连接端子组件的现有技术中,引入线与引出线的端接只在很有限的线径范围内才可能。特别不利的是:由于在组件中所配置的触头的结构,在相互端接之后不可能有更大线径范围端接。有较大直径的户外电缆的端接是不可能的,或者较大直径的线在几次端接之后,由于非柔性的触头构形,不能保证较小线径的端接。
两引入线与两引出线的端接用的多触头从DE3137429C2的技术中是众所周知的。触头是用片式弹性触头材料做的绝缘层移位触头,片的表面倾斜于导体端子方向且平行于各自的相邻元件。端接触头是在有U形截面连接端的下面,而且端接触头下面有延伸部分。
在所述现有技术的多路端接触头中,不利的是:只有很有限的线径范围能联接到一种触头构形。已经端接若干次较大直径的线以后,就不可能端接较小的线径,因为触头的几何形状不保证触头所需要的柔度。
所以本发明的目的是开发一种前面提到的型式的连接端子组件,在这种组件里可以有选择地端接宽范围的不同线径的缆线。
这一目的是如此达到的,一种连接端子组件含有在绝缘移位触头上端接缆线的多触头并合有一个带螺丝的加压件,一中间件及一底板,其特征在于,多触头(20)是一闭合的分叉触头(6),并通过连接板(21)与绝缘移位触头(7)和插头片(18)联成一件,而绝缘移位触头(7)斜向布置在分叉触头(6)的后面。
连接端子组件能够不用特殊工具,用一种绝缘移位触头装置使塑料绝缘线与户外电缆互相联接,而借松开一种掣爪使它们分开,以便单独对它们测试。在底板上的触头可以安排例如电涌放电器。触头腔有抗腐蚀性气体及湿气的保护。连接端子组件可以用简单的一拍即合的方式插到市售的成形卡轧里。当几个连接端子组件互相邻接装成一组时,个别的组件可以从成形卡轧里简便地取下和重新插入,并不影响相邻连接端子组件的操作。触头的安排保证大范围内的线径可以端接。
采用现在的这种触头构形,较小直径的线和有较大直径的户外电缆可以端接,可以连续端接较大直径的线若干次然后端接较小直径的线。
下面将参考图中所表示的连接端子组件的实施例和多触头的实施例对本发明作更详细的描述。

根据图1,连接端子组件1包括一带塑料螺丝3的加压件2,中间件4和底板5。底板5与中间件以掣爪装置13互相联接并可松开。带塑料螺丝3的加压件2是和中间件4结合成一体的。装配之后,加压件2与中同件4差不多不可松开地互相联接着,只在狭窄的有限范围内彼此能错开些。底板5有掣爪装置14(图2),利用它把连接端子组件1插合到图中未示出的市售的成形卡轧里。
如图2中所示,通过加压件2上的开口9,未示的引出线送入两个分开的触头腔11,12。利用塑料螺丝3的加压件2,引出线直线向下移动进入中间件4。固定配置在中间件4中的双触头20的接触元件6,7(图3,4)穿透引出线的绝缘并与相应的导线气密接触。
接触元件6,7,根据图3及4中所示,相应做成双触头20为一体的形式。接触元件6是一闭合的分叉触头,布置在与线的轴线22成90°的位置上。接触元件7是一个绝缘移位触头,布置成倾斜30°。在两接触元件6,7之间的联接处配置有带偏转掣片15的插头片18。
根据图5表示的触头8是为底板5中引入线用的。引入线通过开口10(图1)送到触头8。触头8构形成绝缘移位触头19。中间件4上特殊形状的突起17起布线工具的作用(图2)。底板5上的触头8围绕着中间件4中双触头20的插头片18以叉形方式结合(图3),因而建立一种电联接。
由于根据图3与4中双触头20的触头元件6,7的特殊构形,直径在0.44mm至0.8mm的导线,以及0.7mm至1.3mm的引入线都可以气密接触。最大直径到1.3mm的引入线连续几次连接后,随即更换成这种细的直径最小达0.4mm的线仍能连接。较大直径的导线由触头元件6的分叉触头连接;较小直径的线则通过触头元件6的分叉触头并接到触头元件7的绝缘移位触头上。这种情况下分叉触头起夹紧肋的作用并在横向固定导线的位置。
中间件4可以从底板5脱开掣爪(图1,2),因而分别有触头20与8的两件互相脱开,由此引入线的电触头8就与引出线的接触元件6,7脱开。在这种脱开的情况下,联接的两部分可以分别独立地进行检验。
在底板5的触头8上可以在腔16中安放一个独立作用元件(图2),例如电涌放电器来保护连接端子组件1。
连接端子组件1可以用掣爪装置14联到市售的成形卡轧上。当若干个连接端子组件1相叠为一组时,个别的连接端子组件1可以用螺丝起子或相类似工具从成形卡轧上卸下并重新装入而并不影响相邻连接端子组件1的操作。
加压件2用透明塑料做成以便可以用光学方法检查触头的正常与否。
加压件2的触头腔11,12以及底板5上的触头腔都充满油脂作为对腐蚀性气体与湿气的附加保护。
双触头20最好用镀银的特殊黄铜制成。

Claims (8)

1.一种连接端子组件含有在绝缘移位触头上端接缆线的多触头并含有一个带螺丝的加压件,一中间件及一底板,其特征在于,多触头(20)是一闭合的分叉触头(6),并通过连接板(21)与绝缘移位触头(7)和插头片(18)联成一件,而绝缘移位触头(7)斜向布置在分叉触头(6)的后面。
2.根据权利要求1的一种连接端子组件,其特征在于,闭合分叉触头(6)对线的轴线(22)布置呈90°位置而绝缘移位触头(7)布置呈倾斜30°,插头片(18)布置成对连接板(21)转动90°。
3.根据权利要求1或2的一种连接端子组件,其特征在于,触头(6,7)的触头槽(23,24)布置在一条线上。
4.根据权利要求1的一种连接端子组件,其特征在于,插头片(18)有一掣动片(15)。
5.根据权利要求1的一种连接端子组件,其特征在于,结合在中间件(4)内的加压件(2)包括引出线用的两个分开的触头腔(11,12),以及在底板(5)上用掣爪装置(13)可卸地松动联接的中间件(4)备有引入线用的触头(8),作为绝缘移位触头(19)。
6.根据权利要求5的一种连接端子组件,其特征在于,引入线的触头(20)和引出线的触头(8)是以空间并在电气上可分开的方式布置的。
7.根据权利要求5的一种连接端子组件,其特征在于,在底板(5)上的触头(8)上可以插装功能元件。
8.根据权利要求1的一种连接端子组件,其特征在于,连接端子组件(1)可以用掣爪装置(14)联到市售的成形卡轧上。
