本发明涉及医用敷料领域,特别涉及一种湿性敷料,包括密闭层,密闭层的一侧设有粘接层;密闭层上设有通孔,通孔内设有由吸水材料和衬料组成的伤口垫,伤口垫上沿远离粘接层方向依次设有用于导出创面液体的导向膜和储液器;储液器上罩接有固定装置。本发明提供的湿性敷料,将密闭层上的伤口垫所处的区域对准创面,将粘接层粘贴在皮肤上即可完成密闭连接,通过导向膜可以实现从伤口垫向储液器的定向液流,将创面的毒素、病菌和细胞碎屑物流入到储液器中,使创面得到彻底清洗。该湿性敷料不需要在医生的监控下使用,非医护人员即可完成操作,且使用时不需要更换整个敷料,对急性创伤、慢性难治疗创面具有显著的促进愈合的功能。

本发明涉及医用敷料领域,具体而言,涉及一种湿性敷料。
背景技术
伤口湿性治疗是近几十年来提出并迅速发展的一种新方法。“湿性伤口愈合”理念由Winter于1962年提出,即利用不同特性的敷料形成伤口湿润环境,溶解痂皮和坏死组织后,可加快幼猪皮肤创面的上皮化,促进伤口愈合,由此产生一种新的湿润伤口愈合理念。
随着对伤口愈合研究的不断深入,人们认识到使用敷料的目的不仅是为了覆盖创面,还要帮助伤口愈合,创造促进伤口愈合的最佳环境。封闭式负压引流疗法也称负压伤口疗法,是将吸引装置与特殊的伤口敷料连接后,使伤口保持在负压状态,达到治疗目的。1993年,Fleischmann等首次将负压应用于创面感染的预防,并发现所有创面清洁迅速,水肿消退增快,肉芽组织增生显著,创面感染发生率显著低于常规处理组。其后,又将负压封闭运用于感染创面治疗,效果特别满意。这种方法的特点是通过一个开放细胞聚氨酯泡沫敷料给创面施加负压,除使创面均匀接受负压以外,尚能起到引流的作用,还能充填局部缺损,去除过多的渗出物,并为伤口周围组织水肿。这种新型敷料能减少敷料与创面的粘连,有效隔离细菌,提供了微酸环境,有利于白细胞介导的宿主吞噬细胞发挥作用,促进常规疗法无法医诊的复杂的伤口的愈合。
目前,使用的疗法只有在医院医生监护下才有可能实现,这必然会提高医疗费用,且需要频繁更换敷料。如果没有医生的监控,就有伤口干燥的危险,危及上皮组织的形成以及伤口的愈合,而且,伤口的密闭通常也难以实现的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种湿性敷料,以解决上述的问题。
在本发明的实施例中提供了一种湿性敷料,包括密闭层,所述密闭层的一侧设有粘接层;
所述密闭层上设有通孔,所述通孔内设有由吸水材料和衬料组成的伤口垫,所述伤口垫上沿远离所述粘接层方向依次设有用于导出创面液体的导向膜和储液器;
所述储液器上罩接有固定装置。
进一步的,所述导向膜为单向瓣膜或半透膜。
进一步的,所述伤口垫远离所述导向膜的一侧设有疏水层。
优选的,所述衬料为海藻纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、透明质酸纤维、胶原蛋白纤维、碳纤维、壳聚糖纤维中的一种或几种与无纺或电纺层混合而成。
优选的,所述吸水材料采用聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酰胺、聚氨酯泡沫、聚乙烯醇泡沫中的一种或多种及其共聚物构成。
优选的,所述固定装置的面积与大于等于所述储液器的表面积。

本发明实施例提供的一种湿性敷料,将密闭层上的伤口垫所处的区域对准创面,将粘接层粘贴在皮肤上即可完成密闭连接,通过导向膜可以实现从伤口垫向储液器的定向液流,将创面的毒素、病菌和细胞碎屑物流入到储液器中,使创面得到彻底清洗,其中,定期更换输液器或抽取输液器的废液即可,同时,伤口垫能够刺激细胞再生,进一步促进伤口的愈合。该湿性敷料不需要在医生的监控下使用,非医护人员即可完成操作,且使用时不需要更换整个敷料,对急性创伤、慢性难治疗创面具有显著的促进愈合的功能。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
如图1所示,一种湿性敷料,包括密闭层1,密闭层1的一侧设有粘接层2;
密闭层1上设有通孔,通孔内设有由吸水材料和衬料组成的伤口垫3,伤口垫3上沿远离粘接层2方向依次设有用于导出创面液体的导向膜4和储液器5;
储液器5上罩接有固定装置6。
导向膜4为单向瓣膜或半透膜。
单向瓣膜的结构为一个至少有一个自闭孔覆盖排出口弹性膜。通过液体的流动这些孔被打开使液体流入储液器5。单向瓣膜使伤口液从伤口垫3到储液器5单向流动,同时阻止回流。
半透膜使伤口分泌的营养物质或愈合生长因子,包括血管增殖因子等不会被带走,从而刺激组织生产更多的新生血管,增加创面血流,通过增加毛细血管充盈,增加生长因子(由于增加了流到创面的血流),促进白细胞和成纤维细胞进入创面,其中白细胞能抵抗感染,产生生长因子,而成纤维细胞能产生胶原,用来填平和修复伤口。增加静脉充盈,进而加快清除水肿液,从而进一步促进伤口的愈合。
伤口垫3远离导向膜4的一侧设有疏水层7。疏水层7采用疏水的、柔软的材料构成,优选用生物相容性好的聚氨酯膜或纺织材料,如涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、丙纶或氨纶等构成。
优选的,衬料为海藻纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、透明质酸纤维、胶原蛋白纤维、碳纤维、壳聚糖纤维中的一种或几种与无纺或电纺层混合而成。吸水材料采用聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酰胺、聚氨酯泡沫、聚乙烯醇泡沫中的一种或多种及其共聚物构成。
固定装置6的面积与大于等于储液器5的表面积。使固定装置6能够将储液器5处覆盖,保持密闭性。
的固定装置6应由疏水的、柔软的材料构成,优选的,固定装置6的材料为聚氨酯膜、涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、丙纶或氨纶。
优选的,粘接层2的材质为聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、氰基丙烯酸酯或环氧树脂。粘接层2与人体肌肤粘贴紧,保持密闭。
优选的,储液器5的形状为圆柱体、长方体、正方体、椭圆体或菱形。
使用原理:
伤口垫3和储液器5通过单向瓣膜或者半透膜相连,因而形成一种从伤口垫3向储液器5的定向液流。该敷料将伤口垫3与储液器5紧扣在一起安置在皮肤上。运用储液器5一方面可以很容易观察液体情况和敷料的吸收情况;另一方面,无需从伤口移除敷料就可以轻松卸除更换储液器5。由于容积相对较大,储液器5与伤口垫3可以容纳伤口分泌液3到4天,可以避免每日更换敷料,节约成本。而且该敷料允许门诊治疗使用,提高病人的活动性和舒适性。本敷料经林格氏液激活后的高吸水性材料对蛋白类物质具有极高的亲和力,毒素、病菌和细胞碎屑物被吸收到伤口垫3中,通过单向瓣膜或者半透膜流入储液器5中,同时将林格氏液交换至创面上,使创面得到彻底清洗,其清创能力可持续12~24小时,这样就不断吸收创面的微生物,细胞毒素,促进坏死组织的软化和分离。同时采用交互式置换将林格氏液置换至创面后含有多种电解质(如钠、钾、钙等),可刺激细胞再生,帮助肉芽组织尽快形成。而且伤口分泌的营养物质或愈合生长因子,包括血管增殖因子等不会被带走,刺激组织生产更多的新生血管,增加创面血流,通过增加毛细血管充盈,增加生长因子(由于增加了流到创面的血流),促进白细胞和成纤维细胞进入创面,其中白细胞能抵抗感染,产生生长因子,而成纤维细胞能产生胶原,用来填平和修复伤口。增加静脉充盈,进而加快清除水肿液(由此“废物”随着水肿液被排除创面),从而进一步促进伤口的愈合。如果外科清创有禁忌症,或由于其他原因,不能进行外科清创,伤口敷料也可用来进行溶解坏死组织,达到清创的目的。研究表明健康的皮肤在应用林格氏液后很少见到皮肤被浸软的现象,所以伤口敷料也可覆盖于健康的皮肤。

Claims (2)
1.一种湿性敷料,其特征在于,包括密闭层,所述密闭层的一侧设有粘接层;
所述密闭层上设有通孔,所述通孔内设有由吸水材料和衬料组成的伤口垫,所述伤口垫上沿远离所述粘接层方向依次设有用于导出创面液体的导向膜和储液器;所述伤口垫远离所述导向膜的一侧设有疏水层;所述衬料为海藻纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、透明质酸纤维、胶原蛋白纤维、碳纤维、壳聚糖纤维中的一种或几种与无纺或电纺层混合而成;所述吸水材料采用聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酰胺、聚氨酯泡沫、聚乙烯醇泡沫中的一种或多种及其共聚物构成;所述粘接层的材质为聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、氰基丙烯酸酯或环氧树脂;
所述储液器上罩接有固定装置;所述固定装置的面积与大于等于所述储液器的表面积;所述固定装置的材料为聚氨酯膜、涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、丙纶或氨纶;所述导向膜为单向瓣膜或半透膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的湿性敷料,其特征在于,所述储液器的形状为圆柱体、长方体、正方体、椭圆体或菱形。
