一种花生果洗涮机，由料斗、入料辊、洗涮输送带、尼龙毛洗涮辊、顶盖、传动变速机、出料振动筛、电动机、传动主轴、传动链轮、偏心轴套、洗涮底座、洗涮机大架、皮带轮、传动辊、水管、连杆组成，其特征在于：花生果由料斗经入料辊进入传送带，料斗与入料辊的间隙可调节，以达到控制原料的进入数量，电机通过皮带轮带动传动主轴，传动主轴带动另一套皮带轮、传动链轮及偏心轴套进行运动，另一套皮带轮带动传动变速机运动，传动变速机带动传动辊运动，传动辊带动洗涮输送带转动输送花生果进入洗涮辊洗涮，水管面对尼龙辊的一侧有孔，水从孔中喷出，传动链轮带动尼龙毛洗涮辊进行运动，完成对花生果的洗涮，洗涮完的花生果由洗涮输送带带入出料振动筛，出料振动筛由偏心轴套带动运动，将筛内的原料送入下一道工序。

本发明涉及一种洗涮机械的改进，具体的说是一种花生果洗涮机。
背景技术
在加工烤花生的过程中，如果直接将收获来的花生果用于烘烤，上面会有许多的泥土，这样的花生果烘烤出来的制品，不仅外观不好，而且在食用时会不清洁，影响产品质量。
本发明的目的就是为了解决这一问题，在烘烤前将花生果洗涮干净，再入炉烘烤，这样加工出来的制品，洁白、干净，更能保证制品的品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过提供一种花生果洗涮机以解决上述问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题通过采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种花生果洗涮机，由料斗、入料辊、洗涮输送带、尼龙毛洗涮辊、顶盖、传动变速机、出料振动筛、电动机、传动主轴、传动链轮、偏心轴套、洗涮底座、洗涮机大架、皮带轮、传动辊、水管、连杆组成，其特征在于：所述洗涮机大架安装于洗涮机底座上，所述的料斗安装于入料辊的上方，入料一侧与入料辊的间隙可调节，所述的传动主轴安装于洗涮机大架上端，传动主轴上装有两组皮带轮、传动链轮、偏心轴套，所述的尼龙毛洗涮辊装于传动主轴的下方，所述的顶盖装在尼龙毛洗涮辊上与洗涮输送带的两侧相连形成密闭空间，所述的洗涮输送带装于尼龙毛洗涮辊的下面，由两个传动辊带动运动，并与顶盖相联，所述的电动机安装于洗涮机大架右下方，由一组皮带轮连接于传动主轴，所述的传动变速机安装于洗涮机大架的左下方，由皮带轮与传动主轴，并与传动辊相连，形成变速二级传动，所述的偏心轴套通过连杆连接于出料振动筛，做往复运动。
本发明由于采取上述结构，花生果可实行自动洗涮，节省人力，降低生产成本。

本发明涉及一种洗涮机械的改进，具体地说是一种花生果洗涮机，由料斗、入料辊、洗涮输送带、尼龙毛洗涮辊、顶盖、传动变速机、出料振动筛、电动机、传动主轴、传动链轮、偏心轴套、洗涮底座、洗涮机大架、皮带轮1、皮带轮2、皮带轮3、皮带轮4、传动辊1、传动辊2、水管、连杆组成，其特征在于：所述洗涮机大架13安装于洗涮机底座12上，所述的料斗1安装于入料辊2的上方，入料一侧与入料辊的间隙可调节，以受制入料 的数量，所述的传动主轴9安装于洗涮机大架13上端，传动主轴9上装有两组皮带轮14、15、16、17、传动链轮10、偏心轴套11，所述的尼龙毛洗涮辊4装于传动主轴9的下方，所述的顶盖5装在尼龙毛洗涮辊4上与洗涮输送带3的两侧相连形成密闭空间，所述的洗涮输送带3装于尼龙毛洗涮辊4的下面，由两个传动辊18、19带动运动，并与顶盖5相联，所述的电动机1安装于洗涮机大架13右下方，由一组皮带轮16、17连接于传动主轴9，所述的传动变速机6安装于洗涮机大架13的左下方，由皮带轮14、15与传动主轴9，并与传动辊18、19相连，形成变速二级传动，所述的偏心轴套11通过连杆21连接于出料振动筛7，做往复运动。
本发明使用时，电机工作，通过皮带轮带动传动主轴转动，传动主轴转动后带动另一组皮带轮、传动链轮、偏心轴套转动，另一组皮带轮带动传动变速机运动，传动变速机带动传动辊运动，传动辊带动洗涮输送带转动输送花生果进入洗涮辊洗涮，水管面对尼龙辊的一侧有孔，水从孔中喷出，传动链轮带动尼龙毛洗涮辊进行运动，完成对花生果的洗涮，洗涮完的花生果由洗涮输送带带入出料振动筛，出料振动筛由偏心轴套带动运动，将筛内的原料送入下一道工序，从而完成整个洗涮过程。
