技术领域
本发明涉及一种农药颗粒剂。
背景技术
噻唑磷是目前常用的一类杀线虫剂,其杀虫效果快,但持效期短,且随着应用的推广,线虫对噻唑磷的抗性逐渐增强。
应用甲壳素防治线虫,效果慢,但持效期长,且与其它线虫防治药剂相比,增产效果显著。其杀虫机理为诱导作物产生一种几丁质酶来分解吸收线虫和卵壳中的甲壳素,使线虫体壁和卵壳溶解掉,从而导致线虫和虫卵死亡。有研究表明,甲壳素还对各种蚜虫均有明显的触杀作用,蚜虫触药后4-12小时即死亡。
吡蚜酮主要用于各类作物上的蚜虫、粉虱、叶蝉及各种飞虱的防治,在作物体内具有双向传导作用,持效期长。
农药混配能够有助延缓抗性发展,某些有效成分混配还能够起到增效显著的作用。经检索,未发现关于吡蚜酮、噻唑磷和甲壳素三者混配的公开文献。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种广谱、复配增效作用明显的农药颗粒剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种农药颗粒剂,有效成分由吡蚜酮、噻唑磷和甲壳素按照重量比为1:10-15:1-3复配组成。
与现有技术相比,本发明复配增效明显,能够延缓单剂使用的抗药性,降低农药用量,节约投入成本。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明的技术方案和有益效果做进一步说明。
一、室内联合毒力测定试验
将吡蚜酮、噻唑磷和甲壳素分别按有效成分重量比例1:10:1、1:12:1、1:15:1、1:10:3、1:12:3、1:15:3混合配成二元复配剂作为混剂1号-混剂6号,将吡蚜酮和噻唑磷2种单剂以及混剂1号-混剂6号从10ppm起按照等比梯度各稀释6个浓度,甲壳素单剂从100ppm起按照等比梯度各稀释6个浓度,以清水处理作为空白对照。选择健康的、大小一致的无翅成蚜为试虫,采用浸渍法测定,72小时后分别调查死亡虫数,计算死亡率、致死中浓和共毒系数。最终统计结果如下表所示:
以上室内联合毒力测定试验的测定结果表明,混剂1号-混剂6号对蚜虫的共毒系数均大于120,表现出明显的增效作用。
二、产品制备实施例
实施例1
1.4%吡蚜酮·噻唑磷·甲壳素颗粒剂
配方:吡蚜酮0.1kg,噻唑磷1kg,甲壳素0.3kg,萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物2kg,十二烷基硫酸钠2kg,淀粉2kg,高岭土补足至100kg。
将上述组分混合均匀,粉碎,加水润湿后充分搅拌均匀,再用螺杆挤压造粒机造粒,干燥后过筛制得颗粒剂。
实施例2
1.2%吡蚜酮·噻唑磷·甲壳素颗粒剂
配方:吡蚜酮0.1kg,噻唑磷1kg,甲壳素0.1kg,萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物2kg,十二烷基硫酸钠2kg,淀粉2kg,高岭土补足至100kg。
将上述组分混合均匀,粉碎,加水润湿后充分搅拌均匀,再用螺杆挤压造粒机造粒,干燥后过筛制得颗粒剂。
三、产品应用实施例
将实施例1和2所得产品在香蕉定植时施用,45天调查根结线虫危害情况;空白对照蚜虫爆发时调查蚜虫为害情况。最终统计结果如下表所示:
