技术领域
本发明涉及一种含吡蚜酮和丙硫克百威的农药颗粒剂。
背景技术
农药单剂在使用时往往受防治效果、使用范围和药害等因素制约,而且随着病虫害抗药性的增强,防治效果降低。目前,农药科研人员在研发新药的同时,主要通过复配来克服原有农药单剂的使用缺陷。
吡蚜酮是一种全新结构的吡啶杂环类杀虫剂,主要用于各类作物上的蚜虫、粉虱、叶蝉及各种飞虱的防治。吡蚜酮在植物体内具有内吸传导性,穿过植物的薄壁组织进入植物体内,在植物韧皮部和木质部内进行向顶端和向根的双向传导。吡蚜酮还是一种环境友好型杀虫剂,毒理学数据显示,吡蚜酮对哺乳动物毒性很低,对大多数非靶标的节肢动物、鸟类、鱼类、捕食螨类天敌安全,且其代谢产物淋溶性,对地下水污染极小,因此在综合防治中具有出色的表现。吡蚜酮的杀虫机理独特,昆虫一旦接触该药剂,立即停止取食,产生“口针穿刺阻塞”效果,且该过程为不可逆的物理作用。
丙硫克百威属于氨基甲酸酯类有机农药,是通过在克百威分子中引入硫原子而形成的亚磺酰基衍生物,系克百威的低毒化产品之一。它既保持了克百威优良的杀虫活性,又降低了对哺乳动物的毒性,是一种新型高效、广谱性、内吸性杀虫剂。作为有机氯农药的取代品种,用于防治水稻、棉花、玉米、果树、甜菜等作物的害虫。
目前,尚未检索到吡蚜酮和丙硫克百威复配的公开文献。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种增效作用明显的含吡蚜酮和丙硫克百威的农药颗粒剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种含吡蚜酮和丙硫克百威的农药颗粒剂,有效成分由吡蚜酮和丙硫克百威按照重量比为1:1-5复配组成。
与现有技术相比,本发明复配增效明显,能够延缓单剂使用的抗药性,降低农药用量,节约投入成本。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明的技术方案和有益效果做进一步说明。
一、室内联合毒力测定试验
将吡蚜酮和丙硫克百威分别按有效成分重量比例3:1、1:1、1:3、1:5、1:7混合配成二元复配剂作为混剂1号-混剂5号,将吡蚜酮和丙硫克百威2种单剂以及混剂1号-混剂5号从5ppm起按照等比梯度各稀释6个浓度,以清水处理作为空白对照。
室内试验1
选择健康的、大小一致的无翅成蚜为试虫,采用浸渍法测定,72小时后分别调查死亡虫数,计算死亡率、致死中浓和共毒系数。最终统计结果如下表所示:

以上室内联合毒力测定试验的测定结果表明,混剂2号-混剂4号对蚜虫的共毒系数均大于120,表现出明显的增效作用。
室内试验2
以南方根结线虫二龄幼虫为试虫,采用直接触虫法测定,24小时后分别调查死亡虫数,计算死亡率、致死中浓和共毒系数。最终统计结果如下表所示:

二、产品制备实施例
实施例1
0.5%吡蚜酮·丙硫克百威颗粒剂
配方:吡蚜酮0.25kg,丙硫克百威0.25kg,萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物2kg,十二烷基硫酸钠2kg,淀粉2kg,高岭土补足至100kg。
将上述组分混合均匀,粉碎,加水润湿后充分搅拌均匀,再用螺杆挤压造粒机造粒,干燥后过筛制得颗粒剂。
实施例2
0.5%吡蚜酮·丙硫克百威颗粒剂
配方:吡蚜酮0.15kg,丙硫克百威0.35kg,萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物2kg,十二烷基硫酸钠2kg,淀粉2kg,高岭土补足至100kg。
将上述组分混合均匀,粉碎,加水润湿后充分搅拌均匀,再用螺杆挤压造粒机造粒,干燥后过筛制得颗粒剂。
三、产品应用实施例
将实施例1和2所得产品在香蕉定植时施用,45天调查根结线虫危害情况。最终统计结果如下表所示:
