Abstract

本发明提供一种电子装置,所述电子装置包括一壳体,所述壳体的一侧壁上开设有开口及狭槽,所述电子装置还包括一与开口相对设置于壳体内的托盘及一推出机构,该托盘用于放置一存储卡,该推出机构包括一滑动连接于狭槽上的按钮及一转动连接于壳体底面上的转轴,该转轴的第一端与狭槽相对且紧贴侧壁内表面,第二端与托盘的部分抵触,该按钮部分通过狭槽外露,另外部分与侧壁内的转轴第一端紧贴,该按钮外露部分在外力作用下在狭槽内滑动时带动该转轴的第一端向远离侧壁的方向上转动,根据杠杆原理,该转轴的第二端向靠近侧壁的方向上转动以驱使该托盘的部分从开口处外露。本发明的电子装置,可在用户施加很少外力的情况下将托盘顶出,便于操作。

电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有推出机构的电子装置。
背景技术
目前市场上的电子装置,如平板电脑等,其上的托盘通常是用户通过一频针插入机壳的孔将托盘顶出,以便于用户对托盘上的存储卡进行相关操作。但是上述由于是利用一频针直接将托盘顶出,因此需要用户施加很大的外力,很不便于用户操作。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电子装置,其可通过一按钮的滑动将托盘顶出,以此解决上述的问题。
本发明用于提供一种电子装置,所述电子装置包括一壳体,所述壳体的一侧壁上开设有开口及狭槽,所述电子装置还包括一与开口相对设置于壳体内的托盘及一推出机构,该托盘用于放置一存储卡,该推出机构包括一滑动连接于狭槽上的按钮及一转动连接于壳体底面上的转轴,该转轴的第一端与狭槽相对且紧贴侧壁内表面,第二端与托盘的部分抵触,该按钮部分通过狭槽外露,另外部分与侧壁内的转轴第一端紧贴,该按钮外露部分在外力作用下在狭槽内滑动时带动该转轴的第一端向远离侧壁的方向上转动,根据杠杆原理,该转轴的第二端向靠近侧壁的方向上转动以驱使该托盘的部分从开口处外露。
本发明的电子装置,其通过按钮滑动来驱使转轴第一端向远离侧壁方向运动,根据杠杆原理转轴第二端向靠近侧壁方向运动以将托盘顶出,因此用户只需要施加很少的外力即可将托盘顶出,便于用户操作。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参考图1至图3所示,为一种电子装置1。该电子装置1包括一壳体10。所述壳体10上开设有一开口13及一狭槽12。所述电子装置1上还包括一与开口13相对设置于壳体10内的托盘20及一推出机构30。该托盘20用于放置于存储卡2。该推出机构30包括一滑动连接于狭槽12上的按钮301、一与狭槽12相对设置的保持板302及一转动连接于壳体10底面上的转轴310。本实施方式中,该电子装置1为手机、平板电脑等各种电子产品。所述转轴310包括第一端307及与第一端307固定连接的第二端308。该转轴310的第一端307与狭槽12相对且紧贴该保持板302,第二端308与托盘20的部分抵触。
本实施方式中,该壳体10侧壁11的内表面上开设有一凹槽14。该狭槽12开设于部分凹槽14中。该按钮301包括一基板33及分别固定于基板33两侧相对的第一频针31及第二频针32。该基板33活动置于凹槽14中,该第一频针31通过狭槽12外露,该第二频针32与转轴310的第一端307紧贴。在另一实施方式中,可在转轴310第一端307相对侧壁11的表面上开设一收容槽(未标号),该按钮301不需要设置上述的机构,该按钮301仅为一频针形状即可,该按钮301的一端通过狭槽12外露,另一端活动收容于收容槽中即可,如此就可将该按钮固定于电子装置上,用户在狭槽12中推动该按钮301的一端,该按钮301的另一端将在收容槽中移动来推动转轴310转动达到上述的效果。
所述壳体10侧壁11的内表面上于狭槽12的对角线上开设有两个第一轴孔101。所述保持板302于对角线上开设有两个与第一轴孔101对准的通孔303。两个第一螺丝304穿过两个通孔303及两个第一轴孔101将该保持板302固定于壳体10侧壁11的内表面上。该保持板302上还开设有一与狭槽12形状相匹配的穿孔34。该按钮301滑动连接于狭槽12及穿孔34中。
所述壳体10的底面上突出形成有一突出部305,该突出部305上开设有一第二轴孔306。所述转轴310于第一端307与第二端308相交的部分开设有一第三轴孔309。所述推出机构30还包括一第二螺丝311。该第二螺丝311穿过该第三轴孔309及第二轴孔306将转轴310转动连接于壳体10底面上。
请参考图4至图5所示,在推出该托盘20时,用户用手推动该第一频针31在狭槽12中滑动以驱使第二频针32推动该转轴310的第一端307向远离壳体10的侧壁11的方向上运动,根据杠杆原理,该转轴310的第二端308将向靠近侧壁11的方向上转动以驱使该托盘20的部分从开口13处外露,从而便于用户利用托盘20外露的部分将托盘20取出,以对托盘20上的存储卡2进行相关操作。在对存储卡2进行相关操作后,用户用手再将托盘20从开口13处推进电子装置1,该托盘20在运动过程中驱使该转轴310的第二端308向远离侧壁11的方向上运动,根据杠杆原理,该转轴310的第一端307将向靠近侧壁11的方向上运动以驱使该按钮301上的第一频针31回复至狭槽12的初始位置,以便于用户下次推出托盘20。

Claims (4)

1.一种电子装置,所述电子装置包括一壳体,所述壳体的一侧壁上开设有开口及狭槽,其特征在于:所述电子装置还包括一与开口相对设置于壳体内的托盘及一推出机构,该托盘用于放置一存储卡,该推出机构包括一滑动连接于狭槽上的按钮及一转动连接于壳体底面上的转轴,该转轴的第一端与狭槽相对且紧贴侧壁内表面,第二端与托盘的部分抵触,该按钮部分通过狭槽外露,另外部分与侧壁内的转轴第一端紧贴,该按钮外露部分在外力作用下在狭槽内滑动时带动该转轴的第一端向远离侧壁的方向上转动,根据杠杆原理,该转轴的第二端向靠近侧壁的方向上转动以驱使该托盘的部分从开口处外露。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述壳体侧壁的内表面上于狭槽的对角线上开设有两个第一轴孔,该推出机构还包括一与狭槽相对设置的保持板,所述保持板于对角线上开设有两个与第一轴孔对准的通孔,两个第一螺丝穿过两个通孔及两个第一轴孔将该保持板固定于壳体侧壁内表面,该保持板上还开设有一与狭槽形状相匹配的穿孔,该按钮滑动连接于狭槽及穿孔中,该转轴的第一端与狭槽相对且紧贴该保持板。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该壳体侧壁的内表面上开设有一凹槽,该狭槽开设于部分凹槽中,该按钮包括一基板及分别固定于基板两侧相对的第一频针及第二频针,该基板活动置于凹槽中,该第一频针通过狭槽外露,该第二频针与转轴的第一端紧贴。
4.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述壳体底面上突出形成有一突出部,该突出部上开设有一第二轴孔,所述转轴于第一端与第二端相交的部分开设有一第三轴孔,所述推出机构还包括一第二螺丝,该第二螺丝穿过该第三轴孔及第二轴孔将转轴转动连接于壳体底面上。
