Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌汽车脚垫及其制备方法。所述抗菌汽车脚垫，由下述重量份的原料制成：亚麻纤维20-30份，涤纶纤维40-60份，菠萝叶纤维20-30份，复合抗菌剂0.5-1.5份。本发明的抗菌汽车脚垫，抑菌率高，安全健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车脚垫及其制备方法，尤其涉及一种抗菌汽车脚垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
针刺棉是一种不经过纺织，直接将纤维用针刺成絮片的产品。
以天然的棉、羊绒、羊毛、驼毛、麻纤维、竹纤维、玉米纤维、香蕉纤维等制作的针刺棉做填充物或底基材料，产品柔软、蓬松、透气好，可用于汽车脚垫。
常规的针刺棉制备方法为：
（1）将纤维均匀混合，喂入开松机进行开松；
（2）经梳棉机梳理；
（3）通过铺网机进行铺网；
（4）经针刺机，下刺和上刺；
（5）经烘箱烘烤；
（6）经压辊冷却定型，最终输出成品针刺棉，裁剪成汽车脚垫。
现有的汽车脚垫存在抗菌性能差的缺点。
发明内容
一种抗菌汽车脚垫，由下述重量份的原料制成：亚麻纤维20-30份，涤纶纤维40-60份，菠萝叶纤维20-30份。
一种抗菌汽车脚垫，由下述重量份的原料制成：亚麻纤维20-30份，涤纶纤维40-60份，菠萝叶纤维20-30份，复合抗菌剂0.5-1.5份。
优选地，
所述复合抗菌剂由下述组分按重量百分比组成：聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐85-95%和偶联剂5-15%。
所述偶联剂为2-[(2-氨基乙基)氨基]乙醇锆络合物和/或硅烷偶联剂SI-40。
所述偶联剂由下述组分按重量百分比组成：40-60%2-[(2-氨基乙基)氨基]乙醇锆络合物和40-60%硅烷偶联剂SI-40。
具体的，
所述聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐，CAS号:32289-58-0。
所述2-[(2-氨基乙基)氨基]乙醇锆络合物，CAS号：103373-95-1。
所述硅烷偶联剂SI-40，CAS号：11099-06-2。
本发明的抗菌汽车脚垫的制备方法为：
（1）按比例称取各纤维，混合，加入复合抗菌剂，混合，喂入开松机进行开松；
（2）经梳棉机梳理；
（3）通过铺网机铺网；
（4）经针刺机，下刺和上刺；
（5）经烘箱烘烤；
（6）经压辊冷却定型，裁剪。
本发明的抗菌汽车脚垫，抑菌率高，安全健康。
具体实施方式
实施例1-4
（1）按表1对应实施例1-4称取各纤维，将各纤维混合均匀；再将复合抗菌剂加入混合纤维中，确保混合均匀，再采取多层平铺的方式喂入开松机进行开松；
（2）开松后的纤维，由吸风机吸入与梳理机相连的棉箱内储存，由棉箱喂入梳棉机上进行梳理；
（3）梳理后的纤维通过铺网机一次铺网；
（4）进入针刺机，进行下刺和上刺；
（5）进入烘箱进行烘烤，控制烘烤温度在160℃，烘烤时间为25秒；
（6）经压辊冷却定型，裁剪成汽车脚垫。
实施例5
按表1对应实施例5称取各纤维，采用与实施例1-4基本相同的方法进行制备，唯一区别在于：步骤（1）中不添加任何抗菌剂和偶联剂。

测试例1
采用国家标准GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分：振荡法》进行抗菌性定量测试，采用耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法，测试水洗5次后的汽车脚垫的抑菌率，测试结果见表2。

Claims (2)
1.一种抗菌汽车脚垫，其特征在于，由下述重量份的原料制成：亚麻纤维20-30份，涤纶纤维40-60份，菠萝叶纤维20-30份，复合抗菌剂0.5-1.5份；
所述复合抗菌剂由下述组分按重量百分比组成：聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐85-95％和偶联剂5-15％；
所述偶联剂由下述组分按重量百分比组成：40-60％2-[(2-氨基乙基)氨基]乙醇锆络合物和40-60％硅烷偶联剂SI-40。
2.如权利要求1所述抗菌汽车脚垫的制备方法，其特征在于，由下述步骤组成：
(1)按比例称取各纤维，混合，加入复合抗菌剂，混合，喂入开松机进行开松；
(2)经梳棉机梳理；
(3)通过铺网机铺网；
(4)经针刺机，下刺和上刺；
(5)经烘箱烘烤；
(6)经压辊冷却定型，裁剪。
