Abstract
The invention discloses a heavy-duty laundry detergent which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight according to the conventional method: 20-30 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 4-8 parts of coconut oil acid monoethanolamine, 8-12 parts of sodium silicate, 1-3 parts of paratoluenesulfonic acid sodium salt, 1-3 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 25-35 parts of sodium sulphate, 25-35 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.1-0.3 part of flourescent brightener and 4-8 parts of water. The heavy-duty laundry detergent disclosed by the invention is convenient to use, has strong detergency, resists hard water and does not damage cloth and is capable of effectively inhibiting and killing mites.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to washing powder, in particular to heavy-duty washing powder.
Background
The Washing powder, English Washing powder, synthetic detergent, uses surfactant as main component, and is matched with proper quantity of detergency builders with different functions. The washing powder is a powdery (granular) synthetic detergent.
After the 40 th century, with the development of chemical industry, people made detergents with better performance than soaps by using sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate extracted from petroleum. Later, phosphate which can soften hard water and improve the decontamination effect of the detergent is added into the detergent, so that the performance of the detergent is more perfect. In order to facilitate use, carrying, storage, transportation and the like, people manufacture the detergent into the washing powder.
The washing powder can show good decontamination effect on well water, river water, tap water, spring water, even seawater and other water qualities, and is widely applied to various fabrics, so the production and the use of the washing powder are rapidly developed. At present, the washing powder is almost a necessary washing article for every family.
Disclosure of Invention
The heavy-duty washing powder is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight according to a conventional method: 20-30 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 4-8 parts of coconut oil acyl monoethanolamine, 8-12 parts of sodium silicate, 1-3 parts of sodium p-toluenesulfonate, 1-3 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 25-35 parts of sodium sulfate, 25-35 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.1-0.3 part of fluorescent whitening agent and 4-8 parts of water.

The mite removing agent is one or a mixture of N, N-diethyl-2-phenyl acetamide, pyriminostrobin and etoxazole.
Optimally, the mite removing agent consists of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-70% of N, N-diethyl-2-phenyl acetamide, 10-30% of pyriminostrobin and 10-30% of etoxazole.
The heavy-duty washing powder can be prepared by adopting a spray drying method commonly used in the field.

Unless otherwise specified, the starting materials of the present invention are based on 100% by weight of the active ingredient content.
Examples 1 to 4
The raw materials were weighed out according to the components and contents specified in table 1 for the corresponding examples 1 to 4. And then the heavy-duty washing powder is prepared by adopting a spray drying method which is commonly used in the field.

Test example 1 heavy-duty detergent powder mite-killing effect test
Detection conditions are as follows: the temperature is 20 plus or minus 1 ℃, and the relative humidity is 75 plus or minus 2 percent;
test insects: dust mites (Dermatophagoides farinae), male and female adults;
detecting an object: washing the heavy-duty detergent to be detected with water according to the weight ratio of 1: diluting at 50 concentration to 10mg/cm2The dosage of (A) is uniformly smeared on filter paper to be detected.
The detection method comprises the following steps:
placing filter paper coated with heavy-duty washing powder in a culture dish with diameter of about 9cm, smearing mixture of white oil and vaseline (1: 1) on the inner periphery of the culture dish to prevent mites from crawling out, placing a certain number of mites in the center of the culture dish, and counting the number N of tested mites1Allowing it to crawl freely. Immediately timing, placing the filter paper in a mite-feeding chamber, observing and recording the death number N of mites on the filter paper in 72 hours2。

As can be seen from the test data in the table 2, the acaricidal property is synergistic by compounding N, N-diethyl-2-phenylacetamide, pyriminostrobin and etoxazole.
Test example 2: skin irritation test of miticidal agent
Demodex (60 wt% N, N-diethyl-2-phenylacetamide, 20wt% pyriminostrobin and 20wt% etoxazole) for skin irritation test: two side hairs of the spinal column of 10 Japanese big ear standard laboratory rabbits were cut off, and gauze impregnated with a 1wt% mite-removing agent aqueous solution was applied to the exposed skin on the right side. No irritation symptoms such as erythema and edema appear after 24 hours of observation on the skin of the application part.

The heavy-duty washing powder is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight according to a conventional method: 20-30 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 4-8 parts of coconut oil acyl monoethanolamine, 8-12 parts of sodium silicate, 1-3 parts of sodium p-toluenesulfonate, 1-3 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 25-35 parts of sodium sulfate, 25-35 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.1-0.3 part of fluorescent whitening agent and 4-8 parts of water.

The heavy-duty washing powder is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight according to a conventional method: 20-30 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 4-8 parts of coconut oil acyl monoethanolamine, 8-12 parts of sodium silicate, 1-3 parts of sodium p-toluenesulfonate, 1-3 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 25-35 parts of sodium sulfate, 25-35 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.1-0.3 part of fluorescent whitening agent, 4-8 parts of water and 0.3-0.7 part of mite removing agent.
3. The heavy duty laundry powder of claim 2, wherein: the mite removing agent is one or a mixture of N, N-diethyl-2-phenyl acetamide, pyriminostrobin and etoxazole.
4. The heavy-duty washing powder according to claim 3, wherein the mite-killing agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-70% of N, N-diethyl-2-phenyl acetamide, 10-30% of pyriminostrobin and 10-30% of etoxazole.
