一种坐式灌肠器,涉及一种灌肠器,十字管(6)的下部管与囊体(9)的上部面连接,在十字管的上部管上设有插入头(2),所述插入头为长圆球形结构;控制杆(12)的一端上部设置为上部凹陷的半圆端(7),在控制杆的中部设有上下贯通的导孔(11),控制杆的另一端设有凸起挡环(5),凸起挡环与推杆(3)的一端连接,推杆的另一端设有推柄(4);所述控制杆完全处于十字管抽插孔(13)内时,所述控制杆的导孔对应十字管内上下的出液孔(1);本发明通过囊体装入灌肠溶液,将插入头直接插入肛门后便可通过下座迫使囊体中灌肠溶液进入直肠,推柄控制控制杆上的导孔实现灌肠、封闭囊体和排出灌肠溶液,本发明实现了自助灌肠的目的。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种灌肠器,尤其是涉及一种坐式灌肠器。
【背景技术】
公知的,在病人出现便秘、肠胀气等疾病时,利用灌肠器可以有效的清除体内宿便、排除积累在体内的毒素;实施方法是用导管自肛门经直肠插入结肠灌注液体,以达到通便排气的目的;这种方法能刺激肠蠕动,软化、清除粪便,并有降温、催产、稀释肠内毒物的作用;而且可达到肠内供给药物、营养、水分等治疗目的。
目前的灌肠器有针管式,球囊式等多种,使用时需要医务人员或家属辅助实施,由于肛门距离生殖器官较近,每次灌肠中病患均会感觉不适,尤其是异性实施灌肠。
【发明内容】
为了克服背景技术中的不足,本发明公开了一种坐式灌肠器,本发明通过囊体装入灌肠溶液,病患可坐在囊体上部,将插入头直接插入肛门后便可通过下座迫使囊体中灌肠溶液进入直肠,本发明无需其他人辅助灌肠,克服了现有灌肠器无法独立操作的弊端,实现了自助灌肠的目的。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种坐式灌肠器,包括囊体、十字管、推柄、控制杆和插入头,十字管的下部管与囊体的上部面连接,在十字管的上部管上设有插入头,所述插入头为长圆球形结构;控制杆的一端上部设置为上部凹陷的半圆端,在控制杆的中部设有上下贯通的导孔,控制杆的另一端设有凸起挡环,凸起挡环与推杆的一端连接,推杆的另一端设有推柄;所述控制杆完全处于十字管抽插孔内时,所述控制杆的导孔对应十字管内上下的出液孔。
所述的坐式灌肠器,在囊体的上下端分别设有硬质板,在囊体上端的硬质板中部设有具有外螺纹的凸起管,所述十字管的下部管内设置的内螺纹连接囊体上端硬质板上凸起管的外螺纹。
所述的坐式灌肠器,在囊体上端硬质板的凸起管两侧分别设有坐垫8。
所述的坐式灌肠器,所述坐垫为软质橡胶坐垫。
所述的坐式灌肠器,所述囊体为具有伸缩皱折的软质橡胶。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明所述的坐式灌肠器,通过囊体装入灌肠溶液,病患可坐在囊体上部,将涂抹有润滑油的插入头直接插入肛门后便可通过下座迫使囊体中灌肠溶液缓慢进入直肠,推柄控制控制杆上的导孔实现灌肠、封闭囊体和排出灌肠溶液,本发明为病患自行操作,操作简单,无需其他人辅助灌肠,本发明克服了现有灌肠器无法独立操作的弊端,实现了自助灌肠的目的。

实施本发明所述的坐式灌肠器,首先病患根据病情调配或准备灌肠溶液及用物:灌肠溶液温度以39~41℃为宜,在囊体9内装入药液并排出囊体9、十字管6内的气体,然后双膝屈曲,露出臀部,通过凡士林或润滑油润滑肛门、插入头2,将插入头2轻轻插入直肠,利用推柄4控制推杆3和控制杆12,使控制杆12上的导孔11对应十字管6内上下的出液孔1,向下用力使囊体9内装入的药液缓慢灌入直肠,经过十分钟后外拉推柄4使药液顺着出液孔1、十字管6和控制杆12的半圆端7外流,然后进行二次灌肠;本发明适用于多次灌肠所用。

1.一种坐式灌肠器,包括囊体(9)、十字管(6)、推柄(4)、控制杆(12)和插入头(2),其特征是:在囊体(9)的上下端分别设有硬质板(10),在囊体(9)上端的硬质板(10)中部设有具有外螺纹的凸起管,所述十字管(6)的下部管内设置的内螺纹(14)连接囊体(9)上端硬质板(10)上凸起管的外螺纹,在囊体(9)上端硬质板(10)的凸起管两侧分别设有坐垫(8);所述坐垫(8)为软质橡胶坐垫(8);所述囊体(9)为具有伸缩皱折的软质橡胶;在十字管(6)的上部管上设有插入头(2),所述插入头(2)为长圆球形结构;控制杆(12)的一端上部设置为上部凹陷的半圆端(7),在控制杆(12)的中部设有上下贯通的导孔(11),控制杆(12)的另一端设有凸起挡环(5),凸起挡环(5)与推杆(3)的一端连接,推杆(3)的另一端设有推柄(4);所述控制杆(12)完全处于十字管(6)抽插孔(13)内时,所述控制杆(12)的导孔(11)对应十字管(6)内上下的出液孔(1)。
