2.用500毫升输液瓶往复式振荡培养白灵菇菌丝液,用白灵菇液体菌种的配方配白灵菇菌丝液灭菌后接种量5%,22℃培养96小时,有大量小米饭粒似的菌丝球时停止培养。
3.将白灵菇菌丝液用0.15%的淀粉酶及0.15%的复合蛋白酶进行酶解处理,50℃2小时后用80目设备过滤,再用均质处理灌装杀菌118℃70分钟后即成为成品。
