技术领域
本发明涉及一种茶,尤其涉及一种降血糖茶。
背景技术
随着城市生活节奏的加快,人们生活水平的不断提高,大中小城市很快如步入老龄化社会。最新流行病学调查表明,中国糖尿病患者人数达9200万,中老年人居多,数量达到世界第一,糖尿病已成为21世纪世界范围内的一种流行病。它是继肿瘤、血管病变之后第三大严重威胁人类健康的慢性非传染性疾病,具有高致死率、高致残率和高医疗花费费的特征,成为当前世界各国共同面对的公共健康问题。
用中草药制作茶叶,在我国有着悠久的历史,饮用方便,效果明显,被人们普遍接受。近几年,各种保健茶如雨后春笋,层出不穷。
然而,并未有一种降血糖茶。
发明内容
一种降血糖茶,包括下述重量份的组分:荷叶2-4份,苦瓜4-8份,葛根10-14份,决明子12-20份,甘草2-4份,绿茶100份。
优选的,一种降血糖茶,由下述组分按重量份组成:荷叶2-4份,苦瓜4-8份,葛根10-14份,决明子12-20份,甘草2-4份,绿茶100份,生物保鲜剂0.1-0.3份。
所述生物保鲜剂,为迷迭香酸和/或美洲花椒素。最优地,所述生物保鲜剂,由30-70wt%迷迭香酸和30-70wt%美洲花椒素组成。
迷迭香酸(Rosmarinicacid,简称RosA),化学名称:[R(E)]α-[[3-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-1-氧代-2-丙烯基]氧基]-3,4-二羟基苯丙酸,CAS登录号:20283-92-5,是一种天然多功能酚酸类化合物。
美洲花椒素,2H,8H-Benzo[1,2-b:5,4-b']dipyran-2-one,8,8-dimethyl-,CAS登录号:553-19-5。存在于花椒树皮中,呋喃香豆素类化合物。
将各原料经灭菌后混合均匀,再经干燥、粉碎成80目左右后,即可制得所述降血糖茶。
本发明具有较好的降血糖作用,制成降血糖茶,饮用方便、降血糖效果明显。特别的,本发明添加生物保鲜剂后,大大延长了产品的保质期。
具体实施方式
实施例1-4
按表1对应实施例1-4数据称取各原料。将各原料经灭菌后混合均匀,再经干燥、粉碎成80目左右后,即可制得所述降血糖茶。

对100名糖尿病患者使用进行跟踪调查,发现饮用本发明实施例4降血糖茶效果明显。患者连续早晚饮用三个月,每次取三克降血糖茶沸水泡茶。50名1型糖尿病患者,有效率达92%。50名2型糖尿病患者,有效率达86%。
本发明具有较好的降血糖作用,制成降血糖茶,饮用方便、降血糖效果明显。
测试例
对实施例1-4进行测试,室温30℃,相对湿度85%,置于透明塑料袋密封保存,持续观察,具体结果见下表2。

25℃、自然通风条件下敞开存放,每3天取样测试一次,在显微镜下测量菌落总数。结果如表3所示:

1.一种降血糖茶,其特征在于,由下述组分按重量份组成:荷叶2-4份,苦瓜4-8份,葛根10-14份,决明子12-20份,甘草2-4份,绿茶100份,生物保鲜剂0.1-0.3份;
所述生物保鲜剂,由30-70wt%迷迭香酸和30-70wt%美洲花椒素组成。
