Abstract

一种皮带式树干刮皮带，结构由厚、薄皮带和鞋钉相连组成。在厚、薄皮带的两端对称开设有椭圆形的洞孔，以此作为拉手。在厚皮带上定有若干个鞋钉，鞋钉穿过厚皮带后露出一截钉尖，在厚皮带上覆盖上述的薄皮带，以此挡住鞋钉不能后退，厚、薄皮带用铆钉固定相连成一体。

背景技术
果园的树干到了冬季，需要对树干上的老皮(死皮)进行清除，以此去掉依附在上面的虫卵，杂菌等有害物质通常的方法是人工用刮刀清除老皮，速度慢，效率低，有改进的必要 
发明内容
本申请的目的是要提供一种皮带式树干刮皮带，以此解决上述问题。该刮皮带的结构由厚薄皮带和鞋钉(或圆钉)相连组成厚薄皮带的长宽相等，在厚薄皮带的两端对称开设有椭圆形的洞孔，洞孔能够容下人手的并排四指(不含大拇指)，以此作为拉手， 
厚皮带选用传动胶带，其宽度在10厘米以内，在厚皮带上定有若干个鞋钉(拉手附近留有一段不定鞋钉)，鞋钉在厚皮带上均匀分布，鞋钉穿过厚皮带后露出一截钉尖，露出钉尖的长度在2-5毫米之间，鞋钉的钉帽紧贴在厚皮带上，在厚皮带上覆盖上述的薄皮带，薄皮带紧贴鞋钉的钉帽，以此挡住鞋钉不能后退，薄皮带选用普通的软质胶带或动物皮带，薄皮带内有无带筋(胶线)均可，在厚薄皮带上对称打有若干个通孔，在通孔内安装铆钉并铆紧，铆钉均匀分布在厚薄皮带上，铆固后的厚薄皮带紧密相连成一体。 
使用时，将皮带式树干刮皮带的钉尖接触树干，两手拽住拉手使皮带围在树干上，此时的皮带呈U形套住树干，两手牵引拉手来回运动，皮带上的钉尖在运动中通过摩擦作用，将树干上的老皮去掉，去掉后的老皮从皮带和钉尖的缝隙中掉下，非常实用方便。

具体实施方式
如图1 2所示，一种皮带式树干刮皮带，该刮皮带的结构由厚薄皮带2 3和鞋钉4(或圆钉)相连组成厚薄皮带2 3的长宽相等，在厚薄皮带2 3的两端对称开设有椭圆形的洞孔7，洞孔7能够容下人手的并排四指(不含大拇指)，以此作为拉手1厚皮带2选用传动胶带，其宽度在10厘米以内，在厚皮带2上定有若干个鞋钉4(拉手附近留有一段不定鞋钉)，鞋钉4在厚皮带上均匀分布，鞋钉4穿过厚皮带2后露出一截钉尖5，露出钉尖5的长度在2-5毫米之间，鞋钉4的钉帽紧贴在厚皮带2上，在厚皮带2上覆盖上述的薄皮带3，薄皮带3紧贴鞋钉4的钉帽，以此挡住鞋钉4不能后退，薄皮带3选用普通的软质胶带或动物皮带，薄皮 带3内有无带筋(胶线)均可，在厚薄皮带23上对称打有若干个通孔，在通孔内安装铆钉6并铆紧，铆钉6均匀分布在厚薄皮带23上，铆固后的厚薄皮带23紧密相连成一体。 
使用时，将皮带式树干刮皮带的钉尖5接触树干，两手拽住拉手1使皮带围在树干上，此时的皮带呈U形套住树干，两手牵引拉手1来回运动，皮带上的钉尖5在运动中通过摩擦作用，将树干上的老皮去掉，去掉后的老皮从皮带和钉尖5的缝隙中掉下，非常实用方便。

1.一种皮带式树干刮皮带，特征是：该刮皮带的结构由厚、薄皮带(2、3)和鞋钉(4)或圆钉相连组成；厚、薄皮带(2、3)的长宽相等，在厚、薄皮带(2、3)的两端对称开设有椭圆形的洞孔(7)，洞孔(7)能够容下人手的并排四指，以此作为拉手(1)；厚皮带(2)选用传动胶带，其宽度在10厘米以内，在厚皮带(2)上定有若干个鞋钉(4)，鞋钉(4)在厚皮带上均匀分布，鞋钉(4)穿过厚皮带(2)后露出一截钉尖(5)，露出的钉尖(5)的长度在2-5毫米之间，鞋钉(4)的钉帽紧贴在厚皮带(2)上，在厚皮带(2)上覆盖上述的薄皮带(3)，薄皮带(3)紧贴鞋钉(4)的钉帽，以此挡住鞋钉(4)不能后退，薄皮带(3)选用普通的软质胶带或动物皮带，薄皮带(3)内有无带筋均可，在厚、薄皮带(2、3)上对称打有若干个通孔，在通孔内安装铆钉(6)并铆紧，铆钉(6)均匀分布在厚薄皮带(2、3)上，铆固后的厚、薄皮带(2、3)紧密相连成一体；
