本发明涉及电池片制造业,具体涉及一种电池片周转车。
背景技术
目前,光伏行业已经进入一个激烈竞争的时代,对于每个公司而言,只有做好成本控制、质量控制,才能在竞争中生存,发展。现如今大部分公司分选、焊接工段周转电池片都是靠人工搬运,且分选、焊接工段基本上是女性员工,搬运起来尤为困难。本发明相较于现有方案,提高了光伏组件的生产效率、降低了操作人员的劳动强度,且更为安全、方便。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种电池片周转车。
技术方案:一种电池片周转车,包括周转车本体,所述周转车本体的底座上安装有万向滚轮,周转车本体的框体上安装有塑料格子。
作为优选,所述塑料格子内垫有泡沫垫。
作为优选,所述周转车本体的框体为铝质框体。
有益效果:本发明具有结构简单、操作方便、成本低廉的特点,减少人工搬运的劳动强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明具体实施例进行详细阐述。
如图1、2所示,一种电池片周转车,包括周转车本体1,周转车本体1的底座上安装有万向滚轮2,周转车本体1的框体上安装有塑料格子3,塑料格子3内垫有泡沫垫4,周转车本体1的框体为铝质框体。
使用时,将小车推入分选房,锁定万向滚轮2,将分选好的电池片放入每个塑料格子3中,待全部装完后,将万向滚轮2解锁,把该周转车推到焊接工段。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电池片周转车,其特征在于:所述周转车本体(1)的框体为铝质框体。
