该双级路灯包括路灯灯杆，所述路灯灯杆路面之上的圆柱段包括两段，上圆柱段和下圆柱段，上圆柱段下端面设置有上连接法兰，下圆柱段上端面设置有下连接法兰，上连接法兰与下连接法兰的厚度为10~20cm，上连接法兰与下连接法兰通过螺钉连接。
