Abstract

本发明涉及一种防真空回流先导式安全阀,包括主阀、导阀,主要是在阀瓣上腔与导阀控制口之间设有防回流控制器,该防回流控制器包括三通控制阀体、控制阀瓣、左密封座、右密封座,左密封座和右密封座分别安装在三通控制阀体的左右通道内,控制阀瓣安装在左密封座与右密封座之间的通道内,左密封座的内孔与大气连通,右密封座的内孔与导阀控制口连通,三通控制阀体的中间通道与阀瓣上腔连通,控制阀瓣右端面中心制有弹簧孔,在该弹簧孔与右密封座内孔凸肩之间安装控制弹簧。当主阀进口出现负压时,负压将控制阀瓣吸到右边与右密封座密封配合,阻止主阀进口通道的负压进入阀瓣上腔,防止主阀出口介质倒流,可靠的保护系统设备安全,其保护性能可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,尤其是涉及一种先导式安全阀。
背景技术
先导式安全阀一般由导阀和主阀组成,导阀进口与主阀进口连通,导阀出口与主阀阀瓣上腔相连通,在导阀没有开启时,主阀进口处与主阀阀瓣上腔承受相同的介质压力,当介质压力升高到整定压力值时,导阀开启,泄放主阀阀瓣上腔介质,主阀阀瓣上升开启,介质压力下降到回座压力值时,导阀关闭,主阀进口介质又回到主阀阀瓣上腔,主阀阀瓣下降关闭,将主阀进口压力控制在整定压力内,保护系统安全。其缺点在于:当主阀进口侧介质压力出现负压,而低于其出口处介质压力时,主阀阀瓣上腔也会出现负压工况,则主阀阀瓣在出口侧介质压力的作用下,主阀阀瓣上升开启,主阀出口处的介质会倒流到主阀进口侧,形成倒流的现象,影响设备的安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种具有负压保护、防止介质负压倒流的防真空回流先导式安全阀。
本发明的技术方案包括主阀、导阀,主阀包括阀体、阀瓣、导向套、阀盖,阀体内腔设有与阀瓣密封配合的阀座密封圈,阀瓣、导向套和阀盖之间形成阀瓣上腔,该阀瓣上腔内安装弹簧,导阀进口与主阀进口连通,阀瓣上腔与导阀控制口连通;主要是在阀瓣上腔与导阀控制口之间设有防回流控制器,该防回流控制器包括三通控制阀体、控制阀瓣、左密封座、右密封座,左密封座和右密封座分别安装在三通控制阀体的左右通道内,控制阀瓣安装在左密封座与右密封座之间的通道内,控制阀瓣的左右两个端面分别制有与左密封座、右密封座相互配合的密封面,左密封座的内孔与大气连通,右密封座的内孔与导阀控制口连通,三通控制阀体的中间通道与阀瓣上腔连通,控制阀瓣右端面中心制有弹簧孔,在该弹簧孔与右密封座内孔凸肩之间安装控制弹簧,在控制阀瓣与左密封座密封配合时,控制阀瓣右侧密封面位于三通控制阀体中间通道的左侧。
在以上技术方案中,在控制阀瓣与右密封座密封配合时,控制阀瓣左侧密封面位于三通控制阀体中间通道的右侧。
本发明的优点是主阀的阀瓣上腔通过防回流控制器与导阀控制口连通,当主阀进口出现负压时,负压将控制阀瓣吸到右边与右密封座密封配合,阻止主阀进口通道的负压进入阀瓣上腔,防止主阀出口介质倒流,可靠的保护系统设备安全。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的防真空回流先导式安全阀,包括主阀、导阀11,主阀包括阀体1、阀瓣2、导向套3、阀盖4,导向套3上端密封安装在阀体1与阀盖4之间,导向套3内孔壁与阀瓣2外圆面动配合,阀体1内腔设有与阀瓣2密封配合的阀座密封圈,阀瓣2、导向套3和阀盖4之间形成阀瓣上腔,该阀瓣上腔内安装弹簧5,导阀11进口与主阀进口连通,阀瓣上腔与导阀11控制口连通;在阀瓣上腔与导阀11控制口之间设有防回流控制器,该防回流控制器包括三通控制阀体7、控制阀瓣8、左密封座6、右密封座10,左密封座6和右密封座10分别安装在三通控制阀体7的左右通道内,控制阀瓣8安装在左密封座6与右密封座10之间的通道内,控制阀瓣8的左右两个端面分别制有与左密封座6、右密封座10相互配合的密封面,左密封座6的内孔与大气连通,右密封座10的内孔与导阀11控制口连通,三通控制阀体7的中间通道与阀瓣上腔连通,控制阀瓣8右端面中心制有弹簧孔,在该弹簧孔与右密封座10内孔凸肩之间安装控制弹簧9,在主阀进口介质正压力时,控制阀瓣8在控制弹簧9弹力作用与左密封座6密封配合,在控制阀瓣8与左密封座6密封配合时,控制阀瓣8右侧密封面位于三通控制阀体6中间通道的左侧,使阀瓣上腔与导阀11控制口连通。
当主阀进口出现负压时,该负压将克服控制弹簧9的弹力,吸动控制阀瓣8与右密封座10密封配合。在控制阀瓣8与右密封座10密封配合时,控制阀瓣8左侧密封面位于三通控制阀体7中间通道的右侧,使阀瓣上腔通过左密封座6与大气连通。控制阀瓣8左右两个端面分别安装密封圈。

1.一种防真空回流先导式安全阀,包括主阀、导阀(11),主阀包括阀体(1)、阀瓣(2)、导向套(3)、阀盖(4),阀体(1)内腔设有与阀瓣(2)密封配合的阀座密封圈,阀瓣(2)、导向套(3)和阀盖(4)之间形成阀瓣上腔,该阀瓣上腔内安装弹簧(5),导阀(11)进口与主阀进口连通,阀瓣上腔与导阀(11)控制口连通;其特征是在阀瓣上腔与导阀(11)控制口之间设有防回流控制器,该防回流控制器包括三通控制阀体(7)、控制阀瓣(8)、左密封座(6)、右密封座(10),左密封座(6)和右密封座(10)分别安装在三通控制阀体(7)的左右通道内,控制阀瓣(8)安装在左密封座(6)与右密封座(10)之间的通道内,控制阀瓣(8)的左右两个端面分别制有与左密封座(6)、右密封座(10)相互配合的密封面,左密封座(6)的内孔与大气连通,右密封座(10)的内孔与导阀(11)控制口连通,三通控制阀体(7)的中间通道与阀瓣上腔连通,控制阀瓣(8)右端面中心制有弹簧孔,在该弹簧孔与右密封座(10)内孔凸肩之间安装控制弹簧(9),在控制阀瓣(8)与左密封座(6)密封配合时,控制阀瓣(8)右侧密封面位于三通控制阀体(6)中间通道的左侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防真空回流先导式安全阀,其特征是在控制阀瓣(8)与右密封座(10)密封配合时,控制阀瓣(8)左侧密封面位于三通控制阀体(7)中间通道的右侧。
