Abstract

技术领域
本发明必须用作一种矫形器械及其在髋部置换手术中的用途，用于髋臼杯植入患者的骨盆内。更具体地，本发明涉及一种新的矫形器械，其设计用于植入相反的髋臼杯，所述髋臼杯描述在如下中：被公开的PCT申请号WO2011-112353-A1，日期为2011年9月15日且名称为“联锁的相反髋部和翻修假体”；及其母案，被公开的美国专利申请号2011-0218637-A1，日期为2011年9月8日；其公开的内容通过参考引入本文。
背景技术
现有技术中公开了用于植入假体的各种部分（诸如髋臼杯）于人体内的设备。例如，美国专利号7,727,282公开了一种设备，所述设备刚性接合假体构件，以允许相对于人体将其定位。
发明内容
本发明的矫形器械被研发以便植入旋转的新的相反髋部假体于患者体内。尤其地，所述器械用于定位以及牢固地附着假体的髋臼杯部件在患者的盆骨内。
使用所述器械的两种方法对于医生可用。在一种方法中，所述髋臼杯不使用螺钉附着至盆骨，而在另一种方法中，至少一个螺钉被使用。在医生希望使用螺钉的情况中，钻头导向器可被结合于所述器械内。

具体实施方式
参照附图，矫形器械22的主要部件为柄20以及髋臼冲击器21。所述柄20包含轴9、在轴9近端的冲击器头10以及在远端的螺纹部分。柄的螺纹部分包含轴向设置的内螺纹环形部分。髋臼冲击器21包含在近端的螺纹8，用于通过将髋臼冲击器21和柄20拧在一起而能移除地将髋臼冲击器21附着至柄20。螺纹8包含轴向设置的外螺纹部分。在本发明的变型（其未在附图中示出）中，柄上的螺纹可为外螺纹，且髋臼冲击器上的螺纹可为内螺纹。
髋臼冲击器21的其它元件包括凹部1、半球形头2、邻近的圆锥形延伸部11、保持舌5、释放杆6、半圆形保持环7以及凹座17。保持环7用作弹簧以允许保持舌5横向移动以便可移除地接合髋臼杯14。髋臼冲击器的可选元件包括圆锥形保护/支撑片12以及通道3和4，所述通道3和4用作钻头导向器且用于螺钉插入。
髋臼杯14具有茎部15，茎部15由髋臼冲击器21中的凹部1容纳。周向槽16位于髋臼杯的凹表面内，其邻近于上述杯的周向缘。如图3所示，当髋臼杯能释放地与矫形器械22接合时，保持舌5接合周向槽16。在本发明的变型中，附图标记16可表示对于保持舌5在直径上相对的凹部。髋臼杯的表面18适于牢固地附连至盆骨的髋臼窝。在优选的实施例中，表面18是凸起的，但是如将对本领域中技术人员显而易见的，适于牢固附连至盆骨的其它形状可被使用。参照附图4，螺钉孔25可选地具有螺纹，而且优选地，在具有Morse锥形的孔的一部分具有螺纹，所述锥形在髋臼杯14的凹表面19处具有较大直径，而在其相对侧18上具有较小直径，优选地所述相对侧具有凸起形状。
当髋臼杯14能去除地与矫形器械22接合时或当所述髋臼杯14能去除地与髋臼冲击器21接合时，根据本发明而提供了一种矫形系统。
根据本发明存在两种方法。在医生不使用螺钉将所述髋臼杯附着至盆骨内时，采用第一种方法。当医生使用至少一个螺钉将髋臼杯14附着至盆骨时采用第二种方法。
在第一种方法中，通过跨过保持舌5将所述杯速扣地（snap）配合以接合周向槽16，髋臼杯14能释放地接合于矫形器械22的远端。然后，髋臼杯14定位于盆骨的髋臼窝内，并且冲击器头10被冲击（诸如使用锤子）以将髋臼杯14附着于髋臼窝内。之后矫形器械22通过向内按压释放杆6而从髋臼杯释放。
在第二种方法中，髋臼杯14以上述相同的方式而能释放地接合于矫形器械22的远端。然后，髋臼杯14定位于盆骨的髋臼窝内，并且冲击器头10被冲击以将髋臼被14设置在位。之后，柄20从髋臼冲击器21拧出，且附图5中的套管23插入到通道3或4中的一个或两个内。套管23也可选地设有螺纹24（优选地在Morse锥形上）以与螺钉孔25内的螺纹匹配。当套管23攻丝到螺钉孔25时，套管在钻孔过程中不会旋转，并且髋臼杯14与髋臼冲击器21的接合被增强。套管23以合适的外和内直径而定尺寸以在盆骨钻孔过程中防止或减少钻头的晃动。套管23的长度被定尺寸以便确保钻头刺入骨头达合适的深度，而不会进入太深。在钻孔后，套管23被移除，螺钉被安装，并且髋臼冲击器21从髋臼杯14释放，如上所述。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于植入髋臼杯的矫形器械，所述髋臼杯具有：用于附连至盆骨内髋臼窝的表面，以及凹表面，所述凹表面具有附着于其中且从该处向外突出的髋臼杯茎部，所述凹表面还包括位于髋臼杯的周向缘附近的周向槽，所述矫形器械包括：
柄，所述柄包含轴，所述轴在近端具有冲击器头，且在远端具有轴向设置的第一螺纹环形部分，
髋臼冲击器，其在远端具有半球形头，并且在近端具有轴向设置的第二螺纹环形部分，所述第二螺纹环形部分拧入到第一螺纹环形部分中，这能移除地将所述柄附着于髋臼冲击器，
所述半球形头配置成联接至髋臼杯，所述半球形头包括环形凹部和保持片，所述环形凹部用以接纳髋臼杯茎部，所述保持片配置成能释放地接合所述周向槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的矫形器械，髋臼杯还包括至少一个螺钉孔，所述至少一个螺钉孔用以容纳螺钉，所述螺钉用于将髋臼杯附连至盆骨，所述髋臼冲击器还包括配置为钻头导向器的至少一个通道。
3.如权利要求1所述的矫形器械，其中，第一螺纹环形部分为内螺纹，且第二螺纹环形部分为外螺纹。
4.如权利要求1所述的矫形器械，其中，第一螺纹环形部分为外螺纹，且第二螺纹环形部分为内螺纹。
5.一种用于植入髋臼杯的矫形系统，所述系统包括：
髋臼杯，所述髋臼杯具有用于附连至盆骨内髋臼窝的表面，以及凹表面，所述凹表面具有附着于其中且从该处向外突出的髋臼杯茎部，所述凹表面还包括周向槽，所述周向槽位于髋臼杯的周向缘附近，以及
矫形器械，所述矫形器械包括：
