一种锂离子电池极耳焊接座,由底座、电池槽、支撑座、盖帽槽组成,电池槽、盖帽槽、支撑座依次排列设置在底座上,其特征在于支撑座、盖帽槽的低面高于电池槽的顶面,支撑座的上方安装有折角型压片,折角型压片的折角部安装在支撑座上,折角型压片的一端安装有弹簧,弹簧的另一端与底座相连接,折角型压片的另一端安装有带通孔的压座,压座位于盖帽槽的上方,本发明的有益效果在于:提升盖帽槽的高度,从而减少极耳的折弯次数,以此保证了极耳的质量,有效避免了极耳碰壁、电池短路、无内阻等不良现象。

技术领域
本发明属于锂离子电池制造领域,尤其涉及一种简化圆柱形锂离子电池极耳折弯、焊接的效率及质量的一种锂离子电池极耳焊接座。
背景技术
圆柱型锂离子电池由于其能量密度高、循环寿命长、易组装且安全性好等优点正迅速占领了移动电话、笔记本电脑、小型摄像机、数码照相机、等应用领域,并有可能取代镉镍和氢镍电池用于航天领域。其中的18650型号锂离子电池经历了笔记本行业的检验,技术成熟度高,生产经验丰富且成本低,相比大型单体电池具有安全性高,易于控制管理、便于更换等优点,使其在动力电池领域的应用也将愈加广泛。
在圆柱型18650锂离子电池的加工过程中,需要人工或机器对极耳进行弯折以保证激光焊接后扣盖帽工序的顺利进行,极耳的弯折方法将直接影响此工步的操作效率和产品质量。按照目前的激光焊夹具所焊接的极耳方向必须采用“Z”字型折极耳方式,即需要对极耳进行两次弯折,此步骤操作繁琐且易出现因工作人员操作失误导致的极耳碰壁、电池短路、无内阻等不良现象。
发明内容
本发明通过简化焊接座的结构、调整各个面的高度实现简化极耳折弯的次数,从而保证了极耳的质量,有效避免了极耳碰壁、电池短路、无内阻等不良现象。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种锂离子电池极耳焊接座,由底座、电池槽、支撑座、盖帽槽组成,电池槽、盖帽槽、支撑座依次排列设置在底座上,其特征在于底座呈字型,支撑座、盖帽槽的低面高于电池槽的顶面,支撑座的上方安装有折角型压片,折角型压片的折角部安装在支撑座上,折角型压片的一端安装有弹簧,弹簧的另一端与底座相连接,折角型压片的另一端安装有带通孔的压座,压座位于盖帽槽的上方。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:提升盖帽槽的高度,从而减少极耳的折弯次数,以此保证了极耳的质量,有效避免了极耳碰壁、电池短路、无内阻等不良现象,简化现有的折极耳方式,即通过改变激光焊夹具及焊接方式,带动极耳弯折方式的改变,将“Z”字型改成“V字型”,并以此设计避免工作人员误操作,从而降低电池不良率。

如图1-2所示一种锂离子电池极耳焊接座,由1底座、2电池槽、3支撑座、4盖帽槽组成,2电池槽、4盖帽槽、3支撑座依次排列设置在1底座上,其特征在于3支撑座、4盖帽槽的低面高于2电池槽的顶面,3支撑座的上方安装有5折角型压片,5折角型压片的折角部安装在支3撑座上,5折角型压片的一端安装有6弹簧,6弹簧的另一端与1底座相连接,5折角型压片的另一端安装有带通孔的7压座,7压座位于4盖帽槽的上方。
显而易见上述实施方式仅为本发明的较佳实施方式,任何在此基础上的简单改进均属于本发明的保护范围。
