本发明公开了底部复吹感应炉,包括感应炉体,感应炉体内设有陶瓷夹层,陶瓷夹层与感应炉体内壁之间设有保温层,保温层内盛有金属熔融体,感应炉体上设有防溅炉盖,感应炉体设于反应釜内,反应釜顶部设有观察窗,反应釜顶部设有合金加料斗,反应釜顶部设有可伸入感应炉体内的搅拌轴,反应釜两侧均设有传感器,供气元件包括透气塞和氧气枪透气塞通过供气管道与氧气枪连接。本发明的优点:蒸汽回收室可以回收蒸汽热量,热量供给需要加热的系统,反应釜底部设有供气元件,给反应釜提供充足的氧气,使得冶炼出来的金属特性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种感应炉,尤其涉及一种底部复吹感应炉。
背景技术
感应炉是利用物料的感应电热效应而使物料加热或熔化的电炉。感应炉的主要部件有感应器、炉体、电源、电容和控制系统等。感应炉中加热产生的热量往往浪费掉,另外感应炉内冶炼金属除了需要适宜的温度和时间,也需要充足的氧气,但是往往这方面被忽视掉了。因此,需要提供一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种节能的底部复吹感应炉。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
底部复吹感应炉,包括感应炉体,所述感应炉体内设有陶瓷夹层,所述陶瓷夹层与感应炉体内壁之间设有保温夹层,所述保温夹层内盛有金属熔融体,所述感应炉体上设有防溅炉盖,所述感应炉体设于反应釜内,所述反应釜顶部设有合金加料斗,所述反应釜顶部设有可伸入感应炉体内的搅拌轴,所述反应釜两侧均设有传感器,所述反应釜底部设有供气元件。
所述反应釜顶部设有观察窗。
所述反应釜内固定有支架,所述支架可用于固定搅拌轴。
所述供气元件包括透气塞和氧气枪,所述透气塞通过供气管道与氧气枪连接。
所述反应釜底部两侧均连接有蒸汽管道,所述蒸汽管道与蒸汽回收室连接。
本发明的有益效果:蒸汽回收室可以回收蒸汽热量,热量供给需要加热的系统,反应釜底部设有供气元件,给反应釜提供充足的氧气,使得冶炼出来的金属特性好。

如图1所示,本发明的底部复吹感应炉,包括感应炉体1,感应炉体1内设有陶瓷夹层2,陶瓷夹层2与感应炉体1内壁之间设有保温夹层3,保温夹层3内盛有金属熔融体4,感应炉体1上设有防溅炉盖5,感应炉体1设于反应釜6内,反应釜6顶部设有观察窗7,反应釜6顶部设有合金加料斗8,反应釜6顶部设有可伸入感应炉体1内的搅拌轴9,反应釜6两侧均设有传感器10,反应釜6底部设有供气元件,供气元件包括透气塞11和氧气枪12,透气塞11通过供气管道13与氧气枪12连接,反应釜6内固定有支架14,支架14可用于固定搅拌轴9,反应釜6底部两侧均连接有蒸汽管道15,蒸汽管道15与蒸汽回收室16连接。
蒸汽回收室16可以回收蒸汽热量,热量供给需要加热的系统,反应釜6底部设有供气元件,给反应釜6提供充足的氧气,使得冶炼出来的金属特性好。
