Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an air flow control component of an air conditioner.
Background
In a household air conditioner hanging machine, a method generally adopted for controlling up-and-down swinging airflow is as follows: the air deflector is adopted to control the up-down airflow, and the air deflector can be controlled horizontally during refrigeration; when heating, the air deflector can be vertically controlled; or the air flow can be controlled to swing up and down at any angle. When the air conditioner stops, the air deflector closes the air outlet of the air conditioner to prevent dust or other impurities from entering the air conditioner to cause pollution, and the air deflector is limited by the size of the air outlet of the air conditioner, so that the width of the air deflector is generally designed to be narrow. Because the width of the air deflector is narrow, the air duct formed by the air flow at the air outlet is short, and the kinetic energy of the air flow at the air outlet of the guide plate is small, the spraying distance is short, and the comfort in the space far away from the air conditioner is poor; on the other hand, when cooling (heating), the air duct is short, so that cold (hot) air at the air outlet is likely to be drawn into the air inlet for the second time, i.e., the air duct short circuit occurs. In order to effectively prevent the short circuit phenomenon of the airflow, chinese patent CN200910119875.2 provides an on-hook air conditioner and a method for controlling the wind direction of the air conditioner. The air guide plate design can realize air guide at a larger distance, improve the comfort and effectively prevent short circuit of air flow. However, the upper air deflector and the lower air deflector are overlapped, at least one step with low inside and high outside can be formed on one surface, if the air deflector is arranged in the middle of the air outlet, air flow is blown out from the air outlet and flows along the upper surface and the lower surface of the air deflector, therefore, the air flow flowing along the surface of the step with low inside and high outside formed on the air deflector can be blocked by the high step, air supply resistance is increased, air supply is uneven, the air supply effect is poor, and the comfort is influenced. On the other hand, in the arrangement mode, the upper air guide plate is matched with the lower air guide plate only by a single surface, so that the problems of uneven stress and unstable movement are easily caused.

The direction of the wind is shown by arrows in fig. 4-6. The second air deflector 2 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 3, so that when the second air deflector 2 extends from the air deflector outlet to the air guiding direction, a step shape which is reduced along the air guiding direction can be formed no matter on the front surface or the back surface of the air deflector, and air outlet cannot be blocked. And, second aviation baffle 2 is holding the intracavity motion 3, receives the spacing of 3 two sides in the chamber that hold of first aviation baffle 1, and spacing effectual, the atress is more even, moves more steadily. In this embodiment, the second air guiding plate is movable in an extending manner, and the second air guiding plate 2 can move relative to the air guiding plate. Of course, as a variant, the second air guiding plate 2 may also be a telescopic air guiding plate, and the second air guiding plate 2 extends out of the air guiding plate outlet or is received in the accommodating cavity 3.
Preferably, the air guide plate outlet includes a first air guide plate outlet 31 and a second air guide plate outlet 32 respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the first air guide plate 1, and the second air guide plate 2 can respectively extend from the first air guide plate outlet 31 or the second air guide plate outlet 32 to the wind direction. The air deflector is arranged to be stretched from the first outlet 31 and the second outlet 32 of the air deflector to the air guiding direction, so that different air guiding requirements of the air conditioner 6 during refrigeration and heating can be met. For example, as shown in fig. 5, when the air conditioner is cooling, the air deflector is generally located below the air outlet 7 for guiding air in a substantially horizontal direction, the first outlet 31 of the air deflector is far from the air outlet 7, and the second outlet 32 of the air deflector is close to the air outlet 7, in this case, the second air deflector 2 may extend from the first outlet 31 of the air deflector, the width of the first air deflector 1 is widened in the air guiding direction, so that air guiding with larger distance is realized, as shown in figure 6, when the air conditioner heats, the air deflector is turned over above the air outlet 7 through the connecting rod mechanism 8, the first outlet 31 and the second outlet 32 of the air deflector are adjusted, the first outlet 31 of the air deflector is close to the air outlet 7, the second outlet 32 of the air deflector is far away from the air outlet 7, at this time, the second air deflector 2 can extend out from the second outlet 32 of the air deflector, the width of the first air deflector 1 is widened in the air guiding direction, the air supply distance is lengthened, and hot air is better guided downwards.

Through setting up closing means, when the air conditioner refrigerates, can avoid a large amount of air conditioning to get into and hold the chamber 3 inside, reduce aviation baffle surface condensation. The automatic reset device in the embodiment adopts a torsion spring form, the cover plate can be automatically closed by means of the elasticity of the torsion spring, additional power is not needed, the structure is simple, and electric power energy is saved. As a variation, the automatic resetting device of the present invention may also be driven by a cylinder.
Preferably, a guide rail 12 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 3, a sliding groove (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the second air guiding plate 2, the guide rail 12 is matched with the sliding groove, and the second air guiding plate 2 slides relative to the first air guiding plate 1 along the guide rail 12. Here, a multi-stage gear 5 can be provided for transmission to meet the requirements of torque and space installation of the motor 4. The wind deflector extends from the first outlet 31 and the second outlet 32 of the wind deflector to the wind direction through the forward rotation or the reverse rotation of the motor 4. In this embodiment, the motor 4 and the gear 5 may be installed in the accommodating chamber 3. As a deformation mode, the motor can be installed on an air outlet frame of the air conditioner and is accommodated in an air outlet frame shell of the air conditioner, so that an output shaft of the motor can extend into the accommodating cavity 3 of the first air deflector 1, the driving gear rotates, and the gear drives the rack to enable the air deflector to extend from an air deflector outlet to the air guiding direction. In this embodiment, the driving device uses a motor to drive a gear, and uses a rack-and-pinion fit to realize transmission, so that the structure is simple and easy to realize, and as a deformation mode, a cylinder may be used to drive the second air guiding plate 2 to move, so as to realize that the second air guiding plate 2 extends from the outlet of the air guiding plate and extends to the wind direction, and a pneumatic or hydraulic mode may be used to drive the second air guiding plate 2 to move.
Preferably, a positioning portion is arranged in the accommodating cavity 3 and abutted against the second air guide plate 2, the positioning portion is arranged on the left side and the right side of the second air guide plate and/or between the first air guide plate and the second air guide plate, the positioning portion is arranged to ensure that the second air guide plate 2 basically moves along a preset movement track, the air guide can be limited to shake in a direction perpendicular to the air guide direction, play in the left direction, the right direction, the/or the upper direction and the lower direction can be avoided, the stability of the second air guide plate 2 in the movement process is ensured, and the shake is reduced. In this embodiment, the positioning portion is a cylinder 13 integrally formed with the first air guiding plate 1, the cylinder 13 may be disposed on the left and right sides of the second air guiding plate 2, and disposed on the upper and lower inner surfaces (not shown in the figure) of the first air guiding plate 1 and the second air guiding plate 2 opposite to each other, a rotatable rotating sleeve 14 is sleeved outside the cylinder, and the outer circumferential surface of the rotating sleeve 14 abuts against the second air guiding plate 2.
Example two:
