本发明公开一种渗碳单点刷防渗工装(以下简称“工装”),达到工件防渗的目的。本发明采用的技术方案是:工装⑴由挡板⑵与键⑷焊接成一体组成;键⑷过盈压入工件齿轮⑸的键槽⑹内;挡板⑵设有中心对称的两个孔⑶,即是需要防渗的部位,把防渗剂刷在孔⑶位置的齿轮表面的阴影部位⑺;再对另一面进行刷防渗剂,工件齿轮⑸两面需要防渗的阴影部位⑺完全一致,即可进行渗碳处理。本发明渗碳单点刷防渗的工装操作方便,满足使用,解决了工件刷防渗部位不确定的难题。

技术领域
本发明涉及渗碳防渗工装,具体涉及一种渗碳单点刷防渗工装。
背景技术
工件齿轮要在渗碳处理后进行机加工,精度要求高。由于工件渗碳处理后硬度高,如果不采取措施,后续很难进行机加工。工件齿轮需要加工的部位,只是后续钻孔的局部的两点位置需要防渗碳,位置较单一。没有防渗的工装导致操作工人把防渗位置搞错,或者防渗部位刷的面积过大或者过小。
发明内容
本发明公开一种渗碳单点刷防渗工装(以下简称“工装”),达到工件防渗的目的。本发明采用的技术方案是:工装⑴由挡板⑵和键⑷组成;所述挡板⑵设有中心对称的两个孔⑶;所述挡板⑵与键⑷焊接而成一体。
所述键⑷过盈压入工件齿轮⑸的键槽⑹内。
本发明渗碳单点刷防渗的工装操作方便,满足使用,解决了工件刷防渗部位不确定的难题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,工装1由挡板2和键4焊接而组成一体,挡板2设有中心对称的两个孔3。将工装1的键4过盈压入工件齿轮5的键槽6内,固定工装1与工件齿轮5的位置;工装1上的两个孔3即是需要防渗的部位,操作工人仅需要把防渗剂刷在孔3位置的齿轮表面的阴影部位7,再卸下工装1,将工件齿轮5翻转另一面,再将工装1的键4过盈压入工件齿轮5另一面的键槽6内,对另一面进行刷防渗处理,这样工件齿轮两面需要防渗的阴影部位7完全一致,即可进行渗碳处理。
