Description

Method and system for sending and displaying voice mail
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a method and a system for sending and displaying voice mails.
Background
The voice mailbox is a service similar to a recorded telephone, and when a user fails to answer a call in time, the call can be transferred to the voice mailbox of the user, so that a caller can leave a voice message. The visual voice mailbox service utilizes the internet technology to expand the traditional voice recording telephone service, and a user can directly access the voice mailbox through a visual operation interface of a voice mailbox client on a terminal instead of the traditional mode of dialing a service number to access the mailbox to listen to a message. In addition, the user can record the voice mail locally and then directly send the voice mail to the user of the receiving party through the voice mailbox client, and even can forward other voice mails stored in the voice mailbox to the user of the receiving party. The visual operator interface of the voicemail client allows the user to manage voicemails as well as emails.
When composing an e-mail, a Subject (Subject) can be inserted into the e-mail, and the Subject is used for enabling a receiving user to know the rough content of the e-mail without opening the e-mail. In the related art, although the voice mail also supports the carrying of a subject, the subject can only appear in the form of text as in the electronic mail. People record a piece of voice locally at a terminal, and after a voice mail is created, people usually do not want to input a piece of text content as a theme, but want to directly send out the voice content. Thus, in the voice mail service in the related art, voice mails generally do not have a theme. For the user of the receiving party, only clicking to open a certain voice mail and listening to the voice message therein can know the content of the mail, but cannot know the main intention of the sender at the first time when the voice mail is received. Moreover, if there are many voicemails stored in the user's voice mailbox, the user cannot quickly know the main contents of the voicemails, and when the user needs to view the voicemails stored in the past, the user can only open the voicemails one by one and listen to the contents of the voicemails to locate the desired voicemail.
In summary, voice mails in the related art are inconvenient for users to view, and no effective solution is provided at present for the problem that voice mails are inconvenient for users to view.

In step S1402, the sender apparatus transmits a voicemail.
In one implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the sender device may directly record the voice theme in a manner of recording for the user; alternatively, the sender apparatus may extract a preset portion of the voice information sent by voice mail as a voice subject. Preferably, the preset portions include, but are not limited to: the content of the start period or the end period of the voice message.
After the voice theme of the voice mail is set, the sender equipment sends the voice mail carrying the voice theme to the server, the server informs the receiver equipment of acquiring the voice mail, and sends the voice information and the voice theme in the voice mail to the receiver equipment.
In step S1404, the server receives the voicemail.
In step S1406, the server extracts the voice topic of the voice mail from the voice mail, and converts the voice topic into a text topic.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, if the voice mail received by the server carries a voice topic, the server may directly extract the voice topic of the voice mail. If the voice mail received by the server does not carry the voice theme, the server can extract the voice theme from the voice information carried in the voice mail.
Further, the server may extract a preset portion in the voice information as a voice topic, where the preset portion includes but is not limited to: the content of the start period or the end period of the voice message.
Step S1408, the server sends a notification message carrying the text topic to the receiving device.
In practical applications, the notification message may include, but is not limited to: the server actively pushes the push message to the receiver device.
Further, the receiving-side device may obtain the voicemail from the server after receiving the notification message, and display the subject of the voicemail.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, if the acquired voice mail carries a text topic, the receiving-side device may directly display the text topic on the user interface. If the acquired voice mail carries a voice theme, the receiver device may provide an operation option on the user interface, where the operation option is used to play the voice theme after the user performs a corresponding operation; alternatively, the recipient device may convert the voice theme to a text theme and display the text theme on the user interface.
The following describes some schemes for combining the above schemes, respectively.
The first method is as follows: the sender directly records the voice theme and sends the theme in the voice form.
When a user at a voice mail sender records voice mails on a voice mailbox client, the client prompts the user to record voice messages and topics on a user interface; a voice mail client of a sender generates a voice mail, and takes a voice message recorded by a user and a theme as two voice media to be carried in the voice mail; a voice mailbox client of a sender sends a voice mail to a network side; after receiving the voice mail, the voice mail box server in the network stores the voice left message and the theme in the voice mail box of the receiver user; when the voice mail client of the receiving party obtains the voice mail and lists the received voice mail for the user of the receiving party, operation options or buttons are provided on the items of the voice mail, so that the user can click to listen to the subject.
The second method comprises the following steps: the sender directly records the voice theme and converts the voice theme into a text theme.
After a voice leave word and a theme are recorded on a voice mailbox client of a voice mail sender user according to prompts, the voice mailbox client of the sender can convert the theme from voice into text and generate a voice mail, and the theme of leaving the message and converting the message into the text is carried in the voice mail; a voice mailbox client of a sender sends a voice mail to a network side; after receiving the voice mail, the voice mailbox server in the network stores the voice left message and the text theme in the voice mailbox of the receiver user; when the voice mailbox server sends a notification message to a receiver user, the voice mailbox server can carry a theme converted into a text; and after the voice mail client of the receiving party acquires the voice mail, displaying the theme in a text form on the item of the voice mail when listing the received voice mail for the user of the receiving party.
The third method comprises the following steps: the sender directly records the voice theme and converts the voice theme into the text theme by the server.
After a voice mail sender user records a voice message and a subject according to a prompt on a voice mail box client, the voice mail box client of the sender generates a voice mail, and takes the message and the subject as two voice media to be carried in the voice mail; a voice mailbox client of a sender sends a voice mail to a network side; after receiving the voice mail, a voice mailbox server in the network converts the theme carried in the voice mail into a text from voice, and stores the voice remaining language and the text theme into a voice mailbox of a receiver user; when the voice mailbox server sends a notification message to a receiver user, the voice mailbox server can carry a theme converted into a text; when a voice mail client of a receiving party acquires a voice mail and lists the received voice mail for a user of the receiving party, a theme is displayed on an item of the voice mail in a text mode.
The method is as follows: the sender directly records the voice theme and the voice theme is converted into a text theme by the receiver.
After a voice mail sender user records a voice message and a subject according to a prompt on a voice mail box client, the voice mail box client of the sender generates a voice mail, and takes the message and the subject as two voice media to be carried in the voice mail; a voice mailbox client of a sender sends a voice mail to a network side; after receiving the voice mail, the voice mail box server in the network stores the voice left message and the theme in the voice mail box of the receiver user; when the voice mail client of the receiving party obtains the voice mail, the theme carried in the voice mail is converted into a text from voice, and when the received voice mail is listed for the user of the receiving party, the theme is displayed on the item of the voice mail in a text form.
The fifth mode is as follows: and extracting a voice theme.
When a user at a voice mail sender records a voice mail, a voice mailbox client prompts the user to record only one piece of voice content as a left message on a user interface, and then the client or a voice mailbox server extracts a part of content from the left message as a subject and presents the subject to a receiver in a voice or text form.
The recording and processing scheme of the voice mail according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to specific examples. In the embodiment of the present invention, a media Message which is packaged and encapsulated according to an Internet Message Format (IMF) or a certain encoding Format and whose main content is voice data is described as an example.
Example one
This example describes: a user of a voice mail sender records voice messages and themes according to the prompt of a voice mailbox client; a voice mail client of a sender generates a voice mail, and takes a voice message recorded by a user and a theme as two voice media to be carried in the voice mail; a voice mailbox client of a sender sends a voice mail to a network side; after receiving the voice mail, the voice mail box server in the network stores the voice left message and the theme in the voice mail box of the receiver user; when the voice mail client of the receiving party obtains the voice mail and lists the received voice mail for the user of the receiving party, operation options or buttons are provided on the items of the voice mail, so that the user can click to listen to the subject.
Fig. 15 is a flowchart of a method for processing voice mails according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 15, the method specifically includes steps S1502 to S1510.
Step S1502: the voice mail client of the sender records the voice messages and the voice themes for the user of the sender, generates a voice mail, and takes the voice messages and the voice themes of the user as two voice media to be carried in the voice mail.
When a user needs to send a voice message to other users, the voice mailbox client prompts the user to record the message and the theme on a user interface of the voice mailbox client; for example, the user may be prompted to speak a message and then to speak a topic, or two operation options (e.g., buttons) may be provided on the user interface, and the message and the topic may be recorded separately after the user clicks.
The voice Mail client can generate a voice Mail conforming to an Internet message format according to a Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME), and takes the left message and the subject as two voice media to be carried in a message body of the voice Mail; in order to facilitate the recipient to distinguish the message from the topic, the message body may be distinguished by a Header (Header) at a corresponding position, for example, a Content-Description Header may be inserted into a portion where the topic is located, and the value of the Header is set to "Subject".
Step S1504: a voice mailbox client of a sender sends a voice mail to a network side; a voice mailbox server in the network receives the voice mail and stores the voice message and the subject in a voice mailbox of a receiver user.
The voice Mail client of the sending party can send the voice Mail through an Add (APPEND) instruction or an extended instruction of a Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) or an Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP).
Step S1506: the voice mailbox server sends a notification message (such as a short message) to the receiver to inform the receiver that a user has a new voice mail; or the user can choose not to send the notice and wait for the voice mail client of the receiver to actively request to acquire the voice mail.
Step S1508: the voice mail client of the receiving party obtains the voice mail from the voice mail server.
In this step, it is possible to operate by a FETCH (FETCH) instruction of the IMAP protocol.
Step S1510: the recipient voicemail client lists the received voicemail (at the recipient user's request) on a user interface and provides an action option or button on the entry of the voicemail that allows the recipient user to click to listen to the subject.
When the recipient user selects and opens the voicemail, the theme may continue to be displayed on the user interface in the form of operating options or buttons.
Example two
This example describes: after a voice mail sender user records a voice message and a theme on a voice mail box client according to a prompt, the voice mail box client of the sender converts the theme from voice into a text and generates a voice mail, and the theme of leaving a message and converting the message into the text is carried in the voice mail; a voice mail client of a sender sends a voice mail; after receiving the voice mail, the voice mailbox server stores the voice left message and the text theme into a voice mailbox of a receiver user; when a voice mail client of a receiving party acquires a voice mail and lists the received voice mail for a user of the receiving party, a theme is displayed on an item of the voice mail in a text mode.
Fig. 16 is a flowchart of a method for processing a voicemail according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 16, the method specifically includes steps S1602 to S1610.
Step S1602: the voice mail client of the sender records the voice messages and the themes for the user of the sender, converts the themes into text contents, generates voice mails, and carries the voice messages and the themes converted into the texts of the user in the voice mails.
In this step, the theme can be converted from speech to text by the prior art.
The voice mail client can generate a voice mail conforming to the internet message format according to the MIME protocol, and takes the subjects of the left message and the converted text as two media contents to be carried in the message body of the voice mail, or takes the Subject of the converted text as the message Subject to be inserted into the Subject message header of the voice mail.
Step S1604: a voice mailbox client of a sender sends a voice mail to a network side; a voice mailbox server in the network receives the voice mail and deposits the voice lingering and text topic into the voice mailbox of the recipient user.
The voice mail client of the sender can send the voice mail through an APPEND command or an extended command of an SMTP protocol or an IMAP protocol.
Step S1606: the voice mailbox server sends a notification message (such as a short message) to the receiver to inform the receiver that a user has a new voice mail; the notification message may carry a subject that has been converted to text, thereby enabling the recipient user to know the approximate contents of the voicemail at the first time.
Or, the user can choose not to send the notification and wait for the receiving party voice mailbox client to actively request to acquire the voice mail.
Step S1608: the voice mail client of the receiving party obtains the voice mail from the voice mail server.
In this step, it is possible to operate by means of the FETCH instruction of the IMAP protocol.
Step S1610: the recipient voicemail client lists the received voicemail on the user interface (at the request of the recipient user) and displays the subject converted to text in text on the voicemail entry.
When the recipient user selects and opens the voicemail, the theme may continue to be displayed in text on the user interface.
Example three
This example describes: after a voice mail sender user records a voice message and a subject according to a prompt on a voice mail box client, the voice mail box client of the sender generates a voice mail, and takes the message and the subject as two voice media to be carried in the voice mail; a voice mail client of a sender sends a voice mail; after receiving the voice mail, the voice mailbox server converts the theme carried in the voice mail into a text from voice, and stores the voice language and the text theme into a voice mailbox of a receiver user; when a voice mail client of a receiving party acquires a voice mail and lists the received voice mail for a user of the receiving party, a theme is displayed on an item of the voice mail in a text mode.
Fig. 17 is a flowchart of a method for processing a voice mail according to the third embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 17, the method specifically includes steps S1702 to S1712.
Step 1702: the voice mail client of the sender records the voice messages and the voice themes for the user of the sender, generates a voice mail, and takes the voice messages and the voice themes of the user as two voice media to be carried in the voice mail.
The voice mail client can generate a voice mail conforming to the Internet message format according to the MIME protocol, and takes the left message and the theme as two voice media to be carried in a message body of the voice mail; in order to facilitate the recipient to distinguish between the message and the subject, the corresponding position in the message body can be distinguished by a Header (Header).
Step S1704: and the voice mailbox client of the sender sends the voice mail to the network side.
The voice mail client of the sender can send the voice mail through an APPEND command or an extended command of an SMTP protocol or an IMAP protocol.
Step S1706: after receiving the voice mail, the voice mailbox server in the network converts the theme carried in the voice mail into a text from voice, and stores the voice remaining language and the text theme into a voice mailbox of a receiver user.
In this step, the theme can be converted from speech to text by the prior art.
The voicemail server may carry the text-converted topic as a media content in the body of the voicemail message or insert the text-converted topic as the message topic into the Subject header of the voicemail message.
Step S1708: the voice mailbox server sends a notification message (such as a short message) to the receiver to inform the receiver that a user has a new voice mail; the notification message may carry a subject that has been converted to text, thereby enabling the recipient user to know the approximate contents of the voicemail at the first time.
Or, the user can choose not to send the notification and wait for the receiving party voice mailbox client to actively request to acquire the voice mail.
Step S1710: the voice mail client of the receiving party obtains the voice mail from the voice mail server.
In this step, it is possible to operate by means of the FETCH instruction of the IMAP protocol.
Step S1712: the recipient voicemail client lists the received voicemail on the user interface (at the request of the recipient user) and displays the subject converted to text in text on the voicemail entry.
When the recipient user selects and opens the voicemail, the theme may continue to be displayed in text on the user interface.
