本发明涉及一种负离子净化器,它包括:涡轮扇、电动机、线路板、风筒及负离子发生器。其中,负离子发生器分为上中部的风筒和下部的功能部;出风口有臭氧清除网;功能部的外壳内从上到下布置有负离子发生器、聚风器、电动机、涡轮扇、线路板、进风口、空气探测器及底部的摇头系统;涡轮扇与固定壁之间有滚珠或者轴承;线路板通过导线分别与空气探测器、电动机、遥控按键控制板和摇头系统相连接。本发明通过优化设计,利用涡轮扇倍增空气产生强风吹向负离子发生器头,产生大量负离子来净化空气,可以清除附带产生的臭氧,还可以当成无叶风扇用,并利用滚珠或者轴承减少噪音;还可以产生巨量负离子用于火灾时救命。

负离子净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用涡轮扇增压空气产生风吹向负离子发生器头并通过风筒吹出来的负离子净化器。此负离子净化器的可以作为无叶风扇和负离子发生器使用。
背景技术
目前,公知的大型负离子净化器外形大都以方形为主,利用普通风扇叶吹向负离子发生器头。无叶风扇的噪音大是因为涡轮扇与固定壁之间的摩擦大产生的。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种负离子净化器,它的构成如内:
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种负离子净化器,它包括:涡轮扇、电动机、线路板、风筒及负离子发生器。其中,负离子发生器分为上中部的风筒和下部的功能部;风筒为椭圆环形,朝向一侧开口;风筒底部与功能部的顶部相通;功能部的外壳内从上到下布置有负离子发生器、聚风器、电动机、涡轮扇、线路板、进风口、空气探测器及底部的摇头系统;聚风器内固定有负离子发生器,发生器头固定于聚风器外侧;涡轮扇固定于电动机向下的动力轴;涡轮扇与固定壁之间有滚珠;进风口内有过滤层;进风口朝向中心的地方固定有线路板和空气探测器;线路板通过导线与外界电源连接;线路板通过导线分别与空气探测器、电动机、遥控按键控制板和摇头系统相连接。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供一种负离子净化器,其中:涡轮扇与固定壁之间有轴承。
根据本发明的又一个方面,提供一种负离子净化器,其中:负离子发生器为2到10个阵列式排列,发生器头之间用绝缘板隔开。
根据本发明的又一个方面,提供一种负离子净化器,其中:风筒出风口有臭氧消除网。
本发明的优点是:通过优化设计,利用涡轮扇倍增空气产生强风吹向负离子发生器头,产生大量负离子来净化空气,并且能够清除附带产生的臭氧,还可以当成无叶风扇用,并利用滚珠或者轴承减少噪音;还可以产生巨量负离子用于火灾时救命。

具体实施方式
内面参照附图对本发明进行详细描述。
在附图中,1为风筒,2为负离子发生器,3为电动机,4为滚珠,5为涡轮扇,6为进风口,7为摇头系统,8为聚风器,9为臭氧消除网。
图1示出了负离子净化器的整体结构。如图所示,负离子净化器分为上中部的风筒(1)和下部的功能部,为整体结构。风筒(1)为椭圆环形,朝向一侧开口,为出风口和出负离子处。风筒(1)出风口有臭氧消除网(9),这样可以消除因为负离子发生器产生的臭氧。风筒(1)底部与功能部的顶部相通,这样就形成一个风流通的通道;功能部的外壳内从上到下布置有负离子发生器(2)、聚风器(8)、电动机(3)、涡轮扇(5)、线路板、进风口(6)及底部的摇头系统(7),这样形成一个整体的能够产生负离子和风的功能结构。聚风器(8)可以将圆形的风聚集到两侧,形成更强的风;聚风器(8)内固定有负离子发生器(2),可以保护负离子发生器(2),发生器头固定与聚风器(8)外侧,可以产生负离子并且被风带走;负离子发生器(2)为多个阵列式排列,发生器头之间用绝缘板隔开.为垂直方向,这样可以产生更多的负离子,可以用于火灾,也可以使多个负离子发生器之间轮流使用,增加负离子发生器的寿命。涡轮扇(5)固定于电动机(3)向下的动力轴;涡轮扇(5)与固定壁之间有滚珠(4),也可以是轴承,可以增加润滑减少噪音。进风口(6)内有过滤层,可以初步过滤空气中的部分颗粒。进风口(6)朝向中心的地方固定有线路板和空气探测器,分别为控制中心以及可以探测空气的质量,实现自动控制,线路板通过导线与外界电源连接,可以启动这个机器;线路板通过导线分别与空气探测器、电动机(3)、遥控按键控制板和摇头系统(7)相连接这样可以达到自动控制和手动控制负离子发生器,并且可以转化为无叶风扇单独使用。

1.一种负离子净化器,它包括:涡轮扇、电动机、线路板、风筒及负离子发生器,其特征是:负离子发生器分为上中部的风筒和下部的功能部;风筒为椭圆环形,朝向一侧开口;风筒底部与功能部的顶部相通;功能部的外壳内从上到下布置有负离子发生器、聚风器、电动机、涡轮扇、线路板、进风口、空气探测器及底部的摇头系统;聚风器内固定有负离子发生器,发生器头固定于聚风器外侧;涡轮扇固定于电动机向下的动力轴;涡轮扇与固定壁之间有滚珠;进风口内有过滤层;进风口朝向中心的地方固定有线路板和空气探测器;线路板通过导线与外界电源连接;线路板通过导线分别与空气探测器、电动机、遥控按键控制板和摇头系统相连接;涡轮扇与固定壁之间有轴承;负离子发生器为2到10个阵列式排列,发生器头之间用绝缘板隔开;风筒出风口有臭氧消除网。
