技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能整体液压阀。
背景技术
目前所用的液压阀主要有电动和手动两种,而电动阀由于其适用于自动控制油路而得到更为广泛的应用。但单纯的电动阀(即电磁阀)存在着功能单一、操作不够灵活的问题,在需要手动进行辅助操作时往往很难实现。为了实现电磁液压阀的手动电动两用,人们已经提出了不少的设计方案,而且也已付诸实施。但是这些技术方案一般只适用于一些液压油流量较大、精度不高、阀内空间较大的液压阀。对于精度要求特别高、阀内高间较小,尤其是一些用于高压电气开关的液压阀,就显得力不从心。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的精度不高、阀体体积大等技术问题,提供一种结构简单、操作灵活、精度高、阀体体积小的多功能整体液压阀。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种多功能整体液压阀,包括阀体、阀芯、阀盖以及电磁控制机构,其特征在于所述的电磁控制机构有一个电磁线圈和两个磁极,电磁线圈的左端设有一个静铁芯,静铁芯上设有一个上下相通的通孔,该通过与所述电磁线圈的内孔相连通,电磁线圈的内孔设有一个动铁芯,动铁芯的下端穿过所述的通孔,与一个阀芯的拨动杠杆相接触,所述的两个磁极设置有锥角、凸台圆柱的和拨动杆导向孔,磁极设置的锥角角度值控制在5°~50°之间;所述的阀芯从左到右由设于阀孔的顶杆、钢珠、压力弹簧以及螺盖构成,所述的钢珠的左右两侧的阀体上分别设有出油孔和进油孔,阀芯与出油孔之间设有过滤网,所述的顶杆左端与拨动杆的纵杆相接触,螺盖与阀孔右端相配合;所述的电磁线圈的外侧设有一个线圈壳体,该线圈壳体的外侧均匀设有散热片;所述的线圈壳体的上侧设有一个尾盖,尾盖的上侧设有一个弹性按钮,弹性按钮与拨动杆相接触;拨动杆通过拨动杆导向孔设于阀盖的空腔内。
本发明的带来的有益效果是,解决了现有技术所存在的精高不高、阀体体积大的技术问题,实现了手动电动两用电磁液压阀的结构简单、操作灵活、精度高、阀体体积小,能够适用于高精度的高压电气控制开关。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
一种多功能整体液压阀,包括阀体6、阀芯、阀盖1以及电磁控制机构,其特征在于所述的电磁控制机构有一个电磁线圈5和两个磁极,电磁线圈5的左端设有一个静铁芯4,静铁芯4上设有一个上下相通的通孔,该通过与所述电磁线圈的内孔相连通,电磁线圈的内孔设有一个动铁芯3,动铁芯的下端穿过所述的通孔,与一个阀芯的拨动杠杆相接触,所述的两个磁极设置有锥角、凸台圆柱的和拨动杆导向孔,磁极设置的锥角角度值控制在5°~50°之间;所述的阀芯从左到右由设于阀孔的顶杆、钢珠、压力弹簧以及螺盖构成,所述的钢珠的左右两侧的阀体上分别设有出油孔和进油孔,阀芯与出油孔之间设有过滤网,所述的顶杆左端与拨动杆的纵杆相接触,螺盖与阀孔右端相配合;所述的电磁线圈5的外侧设有一个线圈壳体,该线圈壳体的外侧均匀设有散热片;所述的线圈壳体的上侧设有一个尾盖2,尾盖2的上侧设有一个弹性按钮,弹性按钮与拨动杆相接触;拨动杆导向孔通过设于阀盖的空腔内。
在需要临时手动控制阀体开闭时,可以向下按拨动杆推动动阀芯向下运动,进而推动拨动杠杆,通过拨动杠杆控制阀芯运动,打开液压阀;当采用电控时,只要给电磁线圈通电,静铁芯在磁力作用下带动动铁芯向下运动,进而推动拨动杠杆,通过拨动杠杆控制顶杆向右运动,并推动钢珠向右运动,钢珠从原本与阀孔内的密封缘紧密接触的状态被顶开,实现左右油路相通,从进油口进入阀体的液压油需要经过过滤网,对其进行过滤。当拨劝杆的作用消失,钢珠在压力弹簧和高压液压油的作用下向右运动,阻断油路。由这里采用了拨动杠杆拨动阀芯运动,一方面缩小因动铁芯的运动误差对阀芯运动行程的影响,另一方面由于杠杆具有省力作用,所以可以减小电磁线圈的匝数,从而减小装置的体积,使其结构更为紧凑。而散热片加强了电磁线圈的散热功能。
所以本发明具有结构简单、操作灵活、精度高、阀体体积小、散热性好,观形紧凑美观等特征。

1.一种多功能整体液压阀,包括阀体、阀芯、阀盖以及电磁控制机构,其特征在于所述的电磁控制机构有一个电磁线圈和两个磁极,电磁线圈的左端设有一个静铁芯,静铁芯上设有一个上下相通的通孔,该通过与所述电磁线圈的内孔相连通,电磁线圈的内孔设有一个动铁芯,动铁芯的下端穿过所述的通孔,与一个阀芯的拨动杠杆相接触,所述的两个磁极设置有锥角、凸台圆柱的和拨动杆导向孔,磁极设置的锥角角度值控制在5°~50°之间;所述的阀芯从左到右由设于阀孔的顶杆、钢珠、压力弹簧以及螺盖构成,所述的钢珠的左右两侧的阀体上分别设有出油孔和进油孔,阀芯与出油孔之间设有过滤网,所述的顶杆左端与拨动杆的纵杆相接触,螺盖与阀孔右端相配合;所述的电磁线圈的外侧设有一个线圈壳体,该线圈壳体的外侧均匀设有散热片;所述的线圈壳体的上侧设有一个尾盖,尾盖的上侧设有一个弹性按钮,弹性按钮与拨动杆相接触;拨动杆通过拨动杆导向孔设于阀盖的空腔内。
