微生物菌剂涉及一种用于农业生产的微生物肥料。主要是为解决现有的微生物菌剂在销售时就已老化,肥田作用降低的问题而发明的。将处于休眠状态的液态固氮菌2.5毫升中加入4.5%浓度的胰蛋白酶大豆脂2.5毫升,在19℃无菌环境中将其等分的装入两个试管中,置于连接在厌氧气体的软管系统之下,当溶液出现生长繁殖现象之后,把其中一个试管中的菌液倒入另一个试管中,当观察到试管中的微生物生长,加入与现有菌液同量的水,在19℃温度下培植24小时,往混合液中添加营养液,再加入8盎司的海盐和2加仑水,然后加入休眠剂使其休眠。优点是菌肥的细菌在销售和使用前处于休眠状态,施用到田间后成几何倍数增长,给土壤带来大量益生菌。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种用于农业生产的微生物肥料,特别是一种微生物菌剂。
背景技术:
现有的微生物菌剂有液态的,也有固态的,无论是液态还是固态的,它们共同存在的缺点是菌剂生产出来之后还继续一代一代地繁殖,所以其菌剂在销售时,就已老化,肥田作用降低。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在销售使用前细菌处于休眠状态的微生物菌剂。
上述目的是这样实现的:将处于休眠状态的液态固氮菌2.5毫升中加入4.5%浓度的胰蛋白酶大豆脂2.5毫升,在19℃无菌环境中将其等分的装入两个试管中,置于连接在厌氧气体的软管系统之下,当溶液出现生长繁殖现象之后,把其中一个试管中的菌液倒入另一个试管中,当观察到试管中的微生物生长,加入与现有菌液同量的水,在19℃温度下培植24小时,往混合液中添加营养液(海洋植物提取物 ),再加入8盎司的海盐和2加仑水,然后加入休眠剂使其休眠。
如果用热放线菌等进行生产,做法与上述相同。 
本发明的优点是:菌肥的细菌在销售和使用前处于休眠状态,因此不老化,施用到田间后成几何倍数增长,扩展,给土壤带来大量益生菌,恢复地力,增强肥力,保持土壤生态平衡。

1.微生物菌剂,其特征是:将处于休眠状态的液态固氮菌2.5毫升中加入4.5%浓度的胰蛋白酶大豆脂2.5毫升,在19℃无菌环境中将其等分的装入两个试管中,置于连接在厌氧气体的软管系统之下,当溶液出现生长繁殖现象之后,把其中一个试管中的菌液倒入另一个试管中,当观察到试管中的微生物生长,加入与现有菌液同量的水,在19℃温度下培植24小时,往混合液中添加营养液,再加入8盎司的海盐和2加仑水,然后加入休眠剂使其休眠。
