本发明的床体丝杠后座微调装置,包括底板,在底板的上面左端坐落有丝母,与丝母相配有顶丝,在底板的下面右端固定连接有垫块,在垫块的底面处配有调整垫,调整垫的下面与底板左端下面刚好与床体侧面凸台相吻合并保持底板的上平面与床体上方导轨的平面部相平行。本发明的床体丝杠后座微调装置,使用时将底板左端下面和右端下面的垫块置于床体侧面的凸台上,并在垫块下面设有调整垫,使底板上面与床体上面的导轨平面部相平行。手握丝母,转动顶丝,即可用顶丝顶靠后座,使后座沿床身侧面竖向移动,达到微量调整的目的,克服了移动量难控制、时多时少的弊端,提高了工作效率。

本发明涉及一种机床组装用调整装置,特别是一种床体丝杠后座微调装置。
背景技术
机床包括床体,在床体的一侧安装有丝杠,与丝杠相配的丝母安装在床鞍上,床鞍坐落在床体上面的导轨上。机床运转时,丝杠转动,可通过丝母带动床鞍沿导轨滑动。安装丝杠时支撑丝杠后端的后座沿床体竖直方向需要找正,然后通过螺栓将后座固定于床体上。在竖直方向上移动后座找正非常麻烦,移动量很难控制,即上下方向的移动量时多时少,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、对后座在竖直方向上可实现微量调整、省时省力、提高工作效率的床体丝杠后座微调装置,克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的床体丝杠后座微调装置,包括底板,在底板的上面左端坐落有丝母,与丝母相配有顶丝,在底板的下面右端固定连接有垫块,在垫块的底面处配有右胶垫,底板的左端下面配有左胶垫,右胶垫的下面与左胶垫的下面刚好与床体侧面凸台相吻合并保持底板的上平面与床体上方导轨的平面部相平行。
所述的丝母外表面有滚花,所述的底板与垫块之间通过螺栓固定连接。
本发明的床体丝杠后座微调装置,使用时将底板左端下面和右端下面的垫块置于床体侧面的凸台上,并在垫块下面设有调整垫,使底板上面与床体上面的导轨平面部相平行。手握丝母,转动顶丝,即可用顶丝顶靠后座,使后座沿床身侧面竖向移动,达到微量调整的目的,克服了移动量难控制、时多时少的弊端,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示:3为底板,在底板3的上面左端坐落有丝母2,与丝母2相配有顶丝1,顶丝1上端顶面为球面。在底板3的下面右端固定连接有垫块5,底板3与垫块5之间通过螺栓4固定连接。在垫块5的底面处配粘有右胶垫6,在底板3左端下面粘有左胶垫10,右胶垫6和左胶垫10的下面与床体7侧面凸台相吻合并保持底板3的上平面与床体7上方导轨的平面部9相平行。丝母2外表面有滚花,以防止手持打滑。
如图3所示:使用时将底板3左端下面的左胶垫10和右端下面的垫块5下方的右胶垫6置于床体7侧面的凸台上,使底板3上面与床体7上面的导轨的平面部9相平行。手握丝母2,转动顶丝1,即可用顶丝1顶靠后座8,使后座8沿床身7侧面竖向移动,达到微量调整的目的,克服了移动量难控制、时多时少的弊端,提高了工作效率。

1.一种床体丝杠后座微调装置,其特征在于:包括底板(3),在底板(3)的上面左端坐落有丝母(2),与丝母(2)相配有顶丝(1),在底板(3)的下面右端固定连接有垫块(5),在垫块(5)的底面处配有右胶垫(6),底板(3)的左端下面配有左胶垫(10),右胶垫(6)的下面与左胶垫(10)的下面刚好与床体(7)侧面凸台相吻合并保持底板(3)的上平面与床体(7)上方导轨的平面部(9)相平行。
