一种感应淬火加热器,包括圆环型空腔体,所述的圆环型空腔体的内径D等于工件轴径d+8~12mm,圆环型空腔体的内角α等于45°±2°,圆环型空腔体的外角β等于25°±2°,圆环型空腔体的内侧圆角R等于3~4mm。本发明的有益效果是:解决了在数控扫描式感应加热淬火机床上进行台阶轴表面中频感应淬火工艺中的关键难题。本发明具有结构简单、容易制造等优点。

一种感应淬火加热器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种对台阶轴进行表面感应加热淬火的感应淬火加热器。
背景技术
目前,公知的对台阶轴(见附图1)进行表面感应加热淬火的最佳方法是利用整体表面加热淬火机床,做好仿形感应加热器即可完成,这种方法制作仿形感应加热器较复杂、费工,适于大批量生产。另一种是在扫描式加热淬火机床,利用单圈感应加热器进行扫描式加热淬火,这种方法在多台阶轴或台阶轴变径尺寸较大时,达到感应淬火技术要求有几项技术难题,其中之一是:感应加热器结构,这是保证表面淬火加热需要的关键。
发明内容
为解决在扫描式感应加热淬火机床上进行台阶轴表面淬火的感应加热器结构难题,本发明提供一种感应淬火加热器。
采用的技术方案是:
一种感应淬火加热器,包括圆环型空腔体,其特征在于所述的圆环型空腔体的内径D等于工件轴径d+8~12mm,圆环型空腔体的内角α等于45°±2°,圆环型空腔体的外角β等于25°±2°,圆环型空腔体的内侧圆角R等于3~4mm。该结构能同时保证台阶轴变径处圆角RA、RB其它中频感应淬火区都得到有效加热,达到表面淬火技术要求,解决了扫描式感应加热进行台阶轴表面淬火的感应加热器结构的难题。
本发明解决了在数控扫描式感应加热淬火机床上进行台阶轴表面中频感应淬火工艺中的关键难题。本发明结构简单,容易制造。

请参见图1,其中d为最大淬火直径,RA、RB为变径处圆角,图中虚线为中频感应淬火区。参见图2,本发明的一种感应淬火加热器,包括圆环型空腔体1,圆环型空腔体1的内径D等于工件轴径d+8~12mm,圆环型空腔体1的内角α等于45°±2°,圆环型空腔体1的外角β等于25°±2°,圆环型空腔体1的内侧圆角R等于3~4mm。
