Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种用于从原木上锯下木板或等同物的锯床,它包括原木进给装置,用以切削原木表面的铣头和用于沿纵向锯开原木的圆片锯组件,所述圆片锯的旋转轴组配置于原木的相对两侧,每一组件至少包括一圆片锯锯片和一个或多于一个用于把木板切削到所要宽度的切片机切边器,在该组件内,分别配置于原木相对两侧的圆片锯锯片和切片机切边器相对于原木侧向相互对齐,该锯床装备有分切器刀片,安装于圆片锯组件之后,用于分离已锯开的木板或等同物。
在芬兰专利申请书824207中建议了这类锯床。它包括两个配置于要锯开的原木上下的圆片锯组件。圆片锯锯片的直径足够大,以便允许它们切入原木一半的深度,或者还深一些以确保这些锯片进行完全的切割。在芬兰专利申请的图1中,圆片锯组件似乎被配置于同一垂直面内,但实际上必须沿原木的纵向交错,以避免这些锯片相互撞击。该圆片锯组件还包括用于把木板切割到所要宽度的切片机切边器。若木板宽度要改变,此时切片机切边器必须用适当尺寸的新的切片机切边器来更换。这自然是浪费时间。此外,对于不同的木板宽度需要储备大量的不同尺寸的切片机切边器。由芬兰专利申请824207建议的锯床的另一缺点是每一圆片锯组件由一单独的马达(图中未示)驱动,这也增加了成本。
本发明的目的是要创制一种没有所列举的缺点的锯床。本发明的锯床,其特征是圆片锯组件的轴组相对于要锯开的片木的中线的位置是可调的。
本发明锯床的一个优先实施例的特点是配置于圆片锯组件后的(已知的)分切器刀片至少和圆片锯组件中的一个以这样方式相连,使分切器刀片的位置根据圆片锯组件的位置可以改变。
本发明锯床的另一优先实施例的特征在于该锯床具有两个用以转动圆片锯组件的马达,在锯加工线的每边各一个,且这些驱动马达是共轴配置的。
本发明和先有技术相比具有若干优点。其主要的优点是,由于圆片锯组件是可调的,当木板宽度要改变时就无须更换切片机切边器。在下面要详述的图示的实施例中,仅需调正圆片锯组件,以便把通过其轴线的平面转动到上下圆片锯组件的切片机切边器之间的垂直距离等于所需木板宽度为止。换句话说,圆片锯组件轴组的位置相对于原木的中线是可调的,以使木板能被切边器切割到所需的宽度。利用驱动马达和圆片锯组件间的分支齿轮,在锯加工线的每侧只需一个马达,从而使锯床的结构变得简单。
下面参照附图,通过例子来描述本发明,其中:
图1用顶视图表示本发明的锯床;
图2表示本发明锯床的圆盘锯组件,从原木被锯的方向看;
图3表示圆片锯组件简图,从侧边可看到分切器刀片连于其上;
图4表示沿图3Ⅳ-Ⅳ线剖开的分切器刀片组件。
图1表示本发明锯床的主要部分。原木1从左边进给到锯床。原木依靠进给轮2和导向件在横向定中,并通向前方。为了确保更好地夹住,按通常已知的方法,进给轮2用橡胶件制成,并备有夹紧柱。原木由滑板4从底部连续地受到支撑。
首先,原木经铣头5加工,从原木两侧切去大量木屑,从而使它们平直。铣头由马达6转动。例如在芬兰专利申请802468中建议了适当的铣头。导向件7项压在经过切削的表面上,保持原木稳定。导向件是和铣头5一起同时调正的。
然后,原木进到圆片锯组件8,它包括配置在原木上下或其相对两侧的圆盘锯9及与圆片锯连接的切片机切边器10。在芬兰专利申请824207中已建议了这种先前已知的圆片锯组件。在本实施例中,圆片锯锯片10安装在四个可调的轴组上。它们锯入原木的内部,并锯开并对边材板进行切边。这些轴组由马达14转动。靠近圆片锯8是分切器刀片组件11,它包括分切器刀片,后者分离边材板并保持其稳定。最后,锯下的木板借抛料机轮子12和输送机13从锯床送出。
图2是圆片锯组件8的更为详细的视图。在图上已省去两马达中的一个,但它和所示的一个相同地布置在锯床锯加工线的相对侧。如图所示,在原木1的上下方各有七个圆片锯锯片。在原木上下各有六个切片机切边器10,处于圆片锯之间。马达14通过它的轴15转动分支齿轮16,后者将动力传给轴组17和18,轴组包括几个同心轴,同心轴通过例如伺服油缸28能被单独调正。按照同样的方法,在另一侧的马达转动其轴15,后者将运动传递给分支齿轮22,并进一步传递给轴组19和20。
图3表示圆片锯组件8和与其连接的分切器刀片组件11。该图清楚表示了本发明的主题思想。至此,能沿侧向移动上、下圆片锯组件,并使它们绕其轴线旋转。本发明的圆片锯组件8是这样构成的。它们按箭头A所示的方式被转动。换句话说,上、下轴组17和18(以及轴组19和20)能从中线上被移近或移远。轴组17和18是这样转动的,使通过它们的平面总是通过马达轴18。这样,在切片机切边器之间的垂直距离缩小或增大,便使锯下的木板的宽度相应改变。
自然,圆片锯组件能为任何可想象到的手段例如用人工转动。一种有利的解决方案是使轴组和支承环23切向连接,后者又和伺服机构24连接。伺服机构24转动支承环,从而以所希望的方式转动该轴组,利用一适当的杠杆机构,该支承环23和分切器刀片组件11相连,这样,分切器刀片和圆片锯组件一起转动。这就保证了圆片锯锯片决不碰撞分切器刀片。
图4是分切器刀片组件11的更详细的视图。如图所示,该组件包括许多分切器刀片25,最好,其数量和圆片锯锯条数量相等,还包括一伺服马达或伺服油缸26,用以调正分切器刀片的位置。标号27标明分切器刀片部分,它通过顶压由切片机切边器加工过的木板表面来保持木板稳定。
从原木上要被锯下的木板的数目与尺寸可用一自动定位系统来确定。在该系统中,自动控制器掌管原木在横向和垂直方向的对中,并依靠可旋转圆片锯组件调正铣头间的距离,同时还调正边材板的宽度和圆片锯与切边器间的垂直距离,以及圆片锯锯片间的间隙。操作者通过控制板上的端钮来掌管自动系统的操作。在实际安排中,一原木测量装置为控制程序提供原木尺寸数据,于是根据事先给出的指示,程序显示要从所述尺寸的原木上锯开的木板的尺寸和数目。操作员或者确认这些规格,或者输入要锯开的木板的新的尺寸(或数目)。锯床自动地调正,如果需要,它能在半秒钟内完成。这样,便能开始对锯床进给未储存的新尺寸指令的原木。若需要,能根据原木的尺寸和弧度很快地分别调正边材板的宽度。
本发明并非限于以上所述实施例的各例子,而在下述权利要求范围内可以作出种种变化,这对于熟悉本技术领域的人是显而易见的。

Claims (3)

1、用于从原木(1)上锯成木板或等同物的锯床,所述锯床包括原木进给装置(2),用于切削原木表面的切削铣头(5)和用于沿纵向锯开原木的圆片锯组件(8),所述圆片锯组件的轴组(17-20)配置于原木的相对两侧,每一所述圆片锯组件至少包括一圆片锯锯片(9)和一个或多个用于把木板切削到所要宽度的切片机切边器(10),在该组件内,分别配置于原木相对两侧的圆片锯锯片和切片机切边器相对于原木的两侧相互对齐,锯床装备有分切器刀片(25),安装在圆片锯组件的后面,用于分离已锯开的木板或等同物,其特征在于所述锯床具有用以调正圆片锯组件(8)轴组(17-20)相对于要锯开的原木的中线位置的装置。
2、按权利要求1所述的锯床,其特征在于已知的并安装在圆片锯组件(8)后的分切器刀片(25)至少和圆片锯组件中的一个以这样方式连接,使分切器刀片的位置根据圆片锯组件的位置可以改变。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的锯床,其特征在于该锯床具有两个用以驱动圆片锯组件(8)的马达,锯加工线每侧有一马达,这些驱动马达是共轴配置的。
