本发明涉及一种脊柱人工椎间盘植入手术用开槽器,具有开槽器头、手柄、拔出槽和敲击尾部;所述开槽器头设置在手柄前端,开槽器头的头部设有四个刃口;所述手柄后端设有敲击尾部;所述敲击尾部与手柄之间设有拔出槽;所述开槽器头的头部设有限位引导装置;所述限位引导装置设置在刃口上方,限位引导装置的两侧具有对称设置的“U”形槽。本发明可将开槽器经由引导针定位用并且在开槽时作限位防止打入过深。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别涉及一种脊柱人工椎间盘植入手术用开槽器。
背景技术
人工椎间盘上下两侧常设有凸起齿形,具有防退及初始稳定的功能。开槽器即用以人工椎间盘植入手术时在上下椎体开出齿形所需的槽。现有技术中的开槽器比较难精准定位,且容易打入过深或过浅,影响手术时间和效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、操作方便的脊柱人工椎间盘植入手术用开槽器。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种脊柱人工椎间盘植入手术用开槽器,具有开槽器头、手柄、拔出槽和敲击尾部;所述开槽器头设置在手柄前端,开槽器头的头部设有四个刃口;所述手柄后端设有敲击尾部;所述敲击尾部与手柄之间设有拔出槽;所述开槽器头的头部设有限位引导装置;所述限位引导装置设置在刃口上方,限位引导装置的两侧具有对称设置的“U”形槽。
上述技术方案所述手柄的表面具有滚花或通过喷砂形成的防滑层。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下积极的效果:
(1)本发明的开槽器头部整体外形与椎体解剖形状匹配;中间手柄部分表面经滚花、喷砂等防滑处理;尾部拔出槽用以连接拔出器作拔出时用;敲击尾处可用锤子敲击作开槽器打入时用。
(2)本发明可将开槽器经由引导针定位用并且在开槽时作限位防止打入过深。

见图1和图2,本发明具有开槽器头1、手柄2、拔出槽3和敲击尾部4;开槽器头1设置在手柄2前端,开槽器头1的头部设有四个刃口11;手柄2的表面具有滚花或通过喷砂形成的防滑层,手柄2后端设有敲击尾部4;敲击尾部4与手柄2之间设有拔出槽3;开槽器头1的头部设有限位引导装置5;限位引导装置5设置在刃口11上方,限位引导装置5的两侧具有对称设置的“U”形槽51。
