Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于脊柱外科、适配经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术的椎间融合器。在椎间融合器体部设有自后下向前上的斜向凹槽,斜向凹槽前方体部为中空结构,斜向凹槽一侧开口,整体俯瞰图似“6”字形结构,适配于经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术,下方的斜坡中部位置设有高出斜坡平面的卡突,可以防止椎间融合器移位,周围不透X光线的金属标记针可以起到精确定位的作用。本椎间融合器解决了普通椎间融合器无法与新的经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术适配的问题,满足了这种新技术的临床需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于脊柱外科、适配经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术的椎间融合器。
背景技术
传统的腰椎融合术采用后路四钉两棒系统进行内固定,椎间植入普通椎间融合器来达到椎间融合的目的,但这种手术一般在开放切口下实施,存在创伤大、出血多,患者手术恐惧感、术后长期慢性疼痛等缺点。虽然目前有众多改良微创技术方法,但以后路四钉两棒系统为基础的内固定手术至少需要4个螺钉置入切口,费用也相对昂贵。近年来,一种新的经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术被报道,这种新的内固定技术具有创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快、并发症少等多种优点,是未来外科发展的方向。但两枚螺钉斜向从下位椎体后缘通过椎间隙置入上位椎体中部,普通的椎间融合器被位于椎间隙内的螺钉阻挡,无法置入,而单单的自体骨置入无法达到椎间融合器的力学性能和融合率。
发明内容
为了让这种新的经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术达到和传统后路四钉两棒系统相当的力学性能和融合率,我们设计了这种用于脊柱外科、适配经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术的椎间融合器。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
1、体部设有自后下向前上的斜向凹槽,斜向凹槽前方体部为中空结构,整体俯瞰图似“6”字形结构。
2、斜向凹槽一侧开口。
3、斜向凹槽的斜向角度在15度到75度之间。
4、斜向凹槽下方的斜坡中部位置设有高出斜坡平面0.5到3mm卡突。
5、斜向凹槽周围设有不透X光线的金属标记针。

具体实施方式
本发明适配经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术,采用侧方内镜通道置入。当后方经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定植入后,通过侧方内镜入路咬除髓核和磨除上下椎板。通过本椎间融合器体部的上方孔洞4和侧方孔洞5塞入松质骨,配套器械把持侧方孔洞5,通过侧方通道达到椎间隙,内镜直视下或C臂X光机透视下,斜向凹槽3一侧开口处对准斜向螺钉进入椎间隙。C臂X光机透视下以不透X光线的金属标记针7为参考确认椎间融合器位置,直到调整到满意为止。

1.本发明涉及一种用于脊柱外科、适配经椎弓根经椎间盘斜向螺钉内固定术的椎间融合器,其特征是:体部设有自后下向前上的斜向凹槽,斜向凹槽前方体部为中空结构,整体俯瞰图似“6”字形结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器,其特征是:斜向凹槽一侧开口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器,其特征是:斜向凹槽的斜向角度在15度到75度之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器,其特征是:斜向凹槽下方的斜坡中部位置设有高出斜坡平面0.5到3mm卡突。
5.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器,其特征是:斜向凹槽周围设有不透X光线的金属标记针。
