技术领域
本发明涉及一种表面覆盖基础,特别是用于覆盖被设计成可能以可移除的方式形成具有装饰产品(如瓷砖或瓷板)的地板或墙壁并保持基础的连续性的表面。
背景技术
当建造建筑物的地板和墙壁时,提供隔热和隔音基础已由来已久。
这些基础通常由特殊材料的防护薄板或腹板制成,这些防护薄板或腹板被以并排的关系布置以便覆盖待被隔绝的整个表面,并且适于随后在其上接收覆盖产品(例如瓷砖和板,或者木条或带),以便形成最终的可行走表面或者防水处理或隔音墙,或者以便形成防止趋于增大或降低建筑物房间中的温度的热应力的保护屏障,并因此减少用于冷却和加热它们的能量需求。

此外,应特别注意条带或片材的毗邻区域,以防止接触边缘之间开缝的形成,并因此防止来自粗糙表面的水汽渗透至装饰材料,所述渗透将产生会破坏装饰墙和地板的霉菌或污渍,并且使装饰墙和地板是对健康有害的。
因此,当铺设基础时,它们必须被精确地切成一定尺寸并牢固地锚定至粗糙表面(形成基础的片材和条带铺设在所述粗糙表面上),以防止当装饰产品放置在条带和片材上时条带和片材之间的任何不希望的相互位移,尽管这些产品被精确定位,条带和片材将在其间产生缝隙,并且产生用于传递湿气、噪音和热应力的不希望的桥。

另一个缺点是,如果片材和条带不能被极其小心地铺设,将形成许多缝隙,这些缝隙由粘接带分别地封闭,以防止传递桥的形成。
总之,长时间以及劳力的步骤、极其小心的要求对于准备和铺设现有技术的基础是必要的,以防止表面装饰后缺陷的产生。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是改进现有技术。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种可实际铺设的表面覆盖基础,该表面覆盖基础具有简单而便宜的结构,且不需要粘接带的单独施加来保证覆盖物的连续性,并且防止传递桥的形成。
一方面,本发明涉及用于如在权利要求1的特征中所限定的卷起的产品的保持器和分配器。
因此,本发明具有以下优点:
形成稳定的、在其整个表面上无缝的基础,并防止用于湿气、噪音、热介质的桥的形成;
大大简化了基础的铺设过程,即减少铺设时间并允许该过程由不熟练的操作者来实施;
允许装饰产品的可移除的铺设,所述装饰产品例如由陶瓷、木材或塑料制成的砖、厚板、板条以及类似物;和
改善粗糙表面和装饰产品之间的隔离。

具体实施方式
参照图1,附图标记1表示第一覆盖元件,附图标记2表示第二覆盖元件,第一覆盖元件和第二覆盖元件形成本发明的表面覆盖基础。
如图1,两个覆盖元件1和2具有基本上平坦的形状和各自相等的厚度“S1”和“S2”。
两个覆盖元件1和2中的每个均限定毗邻侧,即第一毗邻侧101和第二侧毗邻边102,当第一覆盖元件1与第二覆盖元件2毗邻以便形成基础时,它们被设计成优选以相互接触的方式毗邻。
仍参照图1,还参照图2和3,应当指出的是,第一覆盖元件1具有从第一毗邻侧101在其整个长度上延伸的延伸唇3,并且如图3所示,设计成在所述第二毗邻侧102处与第二覆盖元件2叠置。
如附图中所示,延伸唇部3的厚度“S3”远远小于厚度“S1”和“S2”。因此,延伸唇部3具有的片状结构的厚度为一毫米的百分之几或十分之几,并且有利地是柔性的。
延伸唇部3可以以多种方式附接到第一覆盖元件1。
例如,如图3所示,延伸唇部可以通过双面粘接带条4连接到第一覆盖元件的底表面,或如图4所示它可以结合到第一覆盖元件1自身的结构中。
如本文所用,“结合”一词应由本领域技术人员来指定为如下两种情况:其中延伸唇部3与第一覆盖元件1同时形成的情况,以及其中随后附接至第一覆盖元件1的情况(可能通过热密封的方式)。
第二覆盖元件2相应地具有与所述第二毗邻侧102相邻的区域,该区域具有胶料条5,当所述第一覆盖元件1和第二覆盖元件2处于毗邻关系时,该胶料条5用于粘合延伸唇部3的浮置部。
在该结构中,两个毗邻侧101和102之间的任何的残余缝隙会被延伸唇部3封闭,这防止了用于热、声音介质和湿气传递的桥的形成。
如图3所示,覆盖元件1和2的顶表面210和201也可以具有锚固材料层,以便允许装饰材料的施加以及其撕掉移除,所述装饰材料例如陶瓷、塑料材料或木材构成的砖、厚板、板条。

Claims (7)

1.一种表面覆盖基础,包括:
第一覆盖元件(1),所述第一覆盖元件具有厚度(S1),并限定第一接近侧(101);
第二覆盖元件(2),具有与所述第一覆盖元件(1)的厚度(S1)基本相同的厚度(S2),并限定能接近所述第一接近侧(101)的第二接近侧(102);
其特征在于,所述第一覆盖元件(1)包括从所述第一接近侧(101)延伸向外突出的唇部(3),所述唇部能在所述第一覆盖元件和第二覆盖元件(1,2)的接近结构中叠置于所述第二接近侧(102)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表面覆盖基础,其特征在于,所述第二接近侧(102)包括粘接装置(5),当处于叠置构造时,所述粘接装置用于粘接所述唇部(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的表面覆盖基础,其特征在于,所述唇部(3)具有比所述第一覆盖元件和第二覆盖元件(1,2)的厚度(S1,S2)小得多的厚度(S3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的表面覆盖基础,其特征在于,所述第一覆盖元件和第二覆盖元件(1,2)包括具有将被覆盖的表面的至少一个接触表面(301,302),以及包括被设计成用来接收和支撑手工装饰制品的相对表面(201,202)。
