Abstract

本发明提供一种炉外精炼保护测温枪用防溅纸 管。该防溅纸管的特点是在纸管上涂一层耐高温涂 料,再刷一层水玻璃烘干制成。有效的防止保护纸管 进入钢水后立即燃烧、氧化引起钢渣飞溅。

Description

本发明涉及一种测温枪用的防护纸管,特别是炉外精炼快速测温枪用防溅纸管。
目前炉外精炼,要求快速准确地测出钢水温度,国外采用无人操作的全自动副枪测温。副枪防护不涉及探头以外的任何防护。国内采用纸管保护的测温枪,是人工插入炉中的快速测温法,在测温枪的防护纸管进入钢水的瞬间,造成钢渣飞溅现象,使操作者安全受到危害,因而测温程序发生畸变,测温测成率下降,影响测温的准确性。
本发明的目的在于避免上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一供防止保护纸管进入钢水立即燃烧气化,引起钢渣飞溅的一种方法。保障了人身安全,降低了测温费用,提高了测温的准确性。
本发明的保护测温枪用防溅纸管目的是通过以下方法达到的。配方(重量比):高铝粉为90~95%(三氧化二铝含量大于70%、粒度为0.125不少于75%),石墨粉为5~10%(固定碳粉量大于90%),用适量水玻璃(模数为3.3)。调制成了糊状的耐高温涂料。经试验测定,耐高温大于1650度,不受酸碱性炉渣的侵蚀,不降低无氧化物的熔融金属表面能力,不损坏氧化气氛,能较好地抵抗还原气氛,所以测温过程中没有副作用,可作炉外快速测温纸管保护。
使用本发明保护测温枪用防溅纸管,在炉外精炼快速测量钢水温度过程中,能够使保护管在进入钢水后,急剧的燃烧、碳化,释放气体推迟3~4秒,在整个快速测温的5秒钟内,抑制了进枪过程中的钢渣喷溅,仅在后1~2秒,防溅纸管涂层有局部脱落。较无涂层的保护纸管喷溅高度有大幅度的下降,所以保障了人身安全。使用过的防溅纸管,还可退到尾部再使用一次,降低了测温费用,保证了产品质量。

本发明的保护测温枪用防溅纸管生产工艺流程:
1.按配方比例将高铝粉和石墨粉混合均匀,用水玻璃调成糊状。
2.将调好的涂料,均匀地涂在纸管外壁,涂好后,刷一层水玻璃使外壁光滑。
3.涂刷好的纸管,平放在有刃口支撑的架子上,上部同样用带有刃口的重物层层压牢。推入烘干室内,烘干温度不超过150度,烘烤48小时即可入库使用。
本发明用高铝粉、石墨耐高温涂料制成的防溅纸管,比普通纸管烧损率低,并且使用过的防溅纸管还可退到测温枪尾部再使用一次,降低了测温费用。由于防溅纸管抗氧化、不燃烧、不污染钢水,产品质量不受任何影响,保证了测温的准确性。

Claims (2)

1、一种测温枪用防溅纸管,特别用于在防护纸管上涂一层高温涂料,其特征在于,高温涂料由高铝粉、石墨粉、水玻璃组成,重量配比是:高铝粉为90~95%(三氧化二铝含量大于70%、粒度为0.125不少于75%),石墨粉为5~10%(固定碳粉量大于90%),用适量的水玻璃(模数为3.3)调制成耐高温涂料。
2、根据权利要求1所述的测温枪用防溅纸管,其特征在于防溅纸管涂上耐高温涂料后刷一层水玻璃。
