本发明提供立体快速糊盒机往复直线齿条运动系统,包括相配合使用的冲轨齿条和齿轮;所述冲轨齿条上设有滑块;所述冲轨齿条的表面是倒圆角;所述滑块与冲轨齿条之间设有滚珠。本发明的有益效果是采用冲轨齿条代替现有技术中使用的轴承导轨,滑块与冲轨齿条之间设有滚珠,耐磨性能大大提高。冲轨齿条的表面是倒圆角,齿轮表面也是倒圆角,使得冲轨齿条和齿轮的配合更加顺畅,减小了运动过程中的噪音,操作工人的工作环境得到大大改善。具有结构简单,耐磨性高,加工成本低、生产效率高、噪音小等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及糊盒机的导轨,尤其是涉及一种立体快速糊盒机往复直线齿条运动系统。
背景技术
目前,手工糊盒在国内市场中所占的比例仍然相当大,占据了糊盒市场的半壁江山。但是由于市场上异型盒越来越多,而且仍处于不断增长之中,这种需求极大地促进了自动糊盒机的应用,提高了企业的生产效率。随着国民经济的快速发展,包装业一直保持着良好的发展势头。糊盒机是包装盒加工的最后一道工序,是将印刷好并模切成型的纸板折叠成型并粘好糊口的设备。
在现有的技术中,快速立体糊盒机的冲头导轨采用轴承导轨。轴承导轨是快速立体糊盒机的核心部件,使用频率高,存在此种导轨容易在使用很短的时间就因为轴承磨损,需要更换滑块的技术问题。因此,大大的增加了生产的成本,同时,更换滑块时,需要停止机器工作,生产线的停止造成的损失也是巨大的。更严重的是,还有可能影响操作工人的安全。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种耐磨的立体快速糊盒机往复直线齿条运动系统,尤其适合冲头导轨的使用频率较高的情况。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:立体快速糊盒机往复直线齿条运动系统,包括相配合使用的冲轨齿条和齿轮;所述冲轨齿条上设有滑块;所述冲轨齿条的表面是倒圆角;所述滑块与冲轨齿条之间设有滚珠。
进一步,所述齿轮表面是倒圆角。使得冲轨齿条和齿轮的配合更加顺畅,减小了运动过程中的噪音,操作工人的工作环境得到大大改善。
进一步,所述冲轨齿条和齿轮的材质是钢。保证了冲轨齿条的耐磨性。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,采用冲轨齿条代替现有技术中使用的轴承导轨,滑块与冲轨齿条之间设有滚珠,耐磨性能大大提高。冲轨齿条的表面是倒圆角,齿轮表面也是倒圆角,使得冲轨齿条和齿轮的配合更加顺畅,减小了运动过程中的噪音,操作工人的工作环境得到大大改善。具有结构简单,耐磨性高,加工成本低、生产效率高、噪音小等优点。

如图1、2或3所示,本发明提供立体快速糊盒机往复直线齿条运动系统,包括相配合使用的冲轨齿条1和齿轮2;所述冲轨齿条1上设有滑块5;所述冲轨齿条1的表面是倒圆角;所述滑块5与冲轨齿条1之间设有滚珠3。
本实例的工作过程:驱动轴4与电机连接,带动齿轮2按照规定的速度转动;滑块5固定在快速立体糊盒机上,冲轨齿条1穿过滑块5,滑块5与冲轨齿条1之间设有滚珠3;冲轨齿条1前端设有推板,齿轮2与冲轨齿条配合使用。齿轮2传动,带动冲轨齿条运动,将落下的包装盒推到操作台,操作人员再进行下一步骤。
