Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及用于与齿轮组的部件不存在固定连接的独立、旋转的多离合器总成的装置。
背景技术
在自动变速器的运动布置中,某些控制元件——如液压驱动的离合器——与任何其他变速器杆部件都不具有固定连接。
在这种情况下,需要提供一种简化连接至那些离合器的供给回路——即用于三个离合器应用回路中的每一个的压力供给以及供应三个平衡隔障的润滑油回路——的技术。
该技术及其设计实施必须是这样的,即,装置可以以较低的低成本和重量被生产,并以较高的可靠性和耐久性运转。
发明内容
一种离合器总成包括:第一、第二和第三离合器;外壳,其包括与第一离合器选择性地形成连接的第一凸部、以及与第二和第三离合器选择性地形成连接的第二凸部、每个回路都对应于其中一个离合器的离合器应用回路以及用于将流体供应给每个离合器的平衡室回路;以及旋转地支承外壳的轴。
三个离合器被集成在包括四个供给回路的旋转离合器外壳中。润滑油回路供应三个离合器平衡隔障,离合器应用回路与每个离合器都连通。当没有离合器被应用时,离合器外壳与任何齿轮组部件都不存在固定连接。

具体实施方式
图1中的总成10包括输入轴12;输出轴14;中间轴16。第一行星齿轮组20具有第一太阳齿轮22、第一环形齿轮24、第一支架26以及一组支承在支架26上并与太阳齿轮22和环形齿轮24处于持续啮合中的行星小齿轮30。
第二行星齿轮组32包括固定耦接至太阳齿轮22的第二太阳齿轮34;第二环形齿轮36;固定耦接至输入轴12的第二支架38;以及一组支承在支架38上并与太阳齿轮34和环形齿轮36处于持续啮合中的行星小齿轮 40。
第三行星齿轮组42包括固定耦接至环形齿轮36的第三太阳齿轮44;第三环形齿轮46;第三支架48;以及一组支承在支架48上并与太阳齿轮 44和环形齿轮46处于持续啮合中的行星小齿轮50。
第四行星齿轮组52包括固定耦接至环形齿轮46的第四太阳齿轮54;通过壳体58固定耦接至支架26的第四环形齿轮56;固定耦接至输出轴 14的第四支架60;以及一组支承在支架60上并与太阳齿轮54和环形齿轮56处于持续啮合中的行星齿轮62。
第一制动器64选择性地阻止环形齿轮24旋转。
第二制动器66选择性地阻止太阳齿轮22、34在变速器箱124上的旋转。
第一离合器68选择性地将环形齿轮36耦接至离合器外壳70,也在变速器箱124上旋转。
第二离合器72选择性地将支架48耦接至离合器外壳70。
第三离合器74选择性地将环形齿轮46和太阳齿轮54耦接至输入轴 12。
第四离合器76选择性地将壳体58耦接至离合器外壳70。
图2示出了支架38固定在圆筒形壳58上。
离合器外壳70包括形成有内花键齿的轴向臂82,离合器68的隔板 84上的外齿固定至该内花键齿,以随着离合器外壳70旋转。离合器68 的摩擦板用花键连接至在形成有环形齿轮36的环85上形成的外花键齿。
沿着输入轴12的径向外侧上的轴线86延伸的中间轴16固定在环85 上,其中卡环88完成该连接。离合器外壳70由在中间轴16的径向外表面上轴向隔开的衬套90、92支承。
离合器外壳70包括另一形成有外花键齿的轴向臂94,离合器76的隔板96上的内齿固定至该外花键齿,以随着离合器外壳70旋转。离合器76 的摩擦板用花键连接至形成在壳体58上的内花键齿。
离合器72的隔板上的外齿98接合在离合器外壳70的臂94上形成的内花键齿。离合器72的摩擦板用花键连接至在支架48上形成的外花键齿。
位于衬套90、92之间并在离合器外壳70的轴毂100中形成的是四个供给回路。单个平衡油供给(balance oil feed)将自动变速器流体(ATF)供应至离合器68、72、76的压力平衡室102、104、106。平衡隔障103、105、 107在离合器68、72、76的活塞110、112、114处密封压力平衡室102、 104、106。
离合器68、72、76的每个伺服缸69、73、77都通过在离合器外壳70 中形成的专用回路被供应驱动压力。当没有驱动压力施加在离合器68、72、 76上时,离合器外壳70与总成10的任何其他部件都不存在固定连接。

Claims (10)
1.一种离合器总成,其特征在于,包含:
第一、第二和第三离合器;
外壳;以及
旋转地支承外壳的轴,
其中,所述外壳包括:
轴向延伸、与第一离合器选择性地形成连接的第一凸部;
轴向延伸、与第二和第三离合器选择性地形成连接的第二凸部;
延伸经过外壳的离合器应用回路,其中每个回路都对应于其中一个离合器;以及
用于将流体供应给每个离合器的平衡室回路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离合器总成,其特征在于,第一凸部包括由第一离合器的第一板接合的第一花键齿。
3.根据权利要求2所述的离合器总成,其特征在于,还包含固定在轴上且由第一离合器的第二板接合的环。
4.根据权利要求2所述的离合器总成,其特征在于,还包含固定在轴上且由第一离合器的第二板接合的环,其中环与第一行星齿轮组的环形齿轮整体地形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的离合器总成,其特征在于,第二凸部包括由第二离合器的第一板接合的第一花键齿。
6.根据权利要求5所述的离合器总成,其特征在于,还包含:
固定在行星齿轮组的旋转组件上且由第二离合器的第二板接合的圆筒。
7.根据权利要求1所述的离合器总成,其特征在于,第二凸部包括由第三离合器的第一板接合的第二花键齿。
8.根据权利要求7所述的离合器总成,其特征在于,还包含第三行星齿轮组的支架,所述支架由第三离合器的第二板接合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的离合器总成,其特征在于,每个离合器都还包含:
位于外壳中的缸,所述缸与其中一个离合器应用回路连通;
位于缸中的活塞;
位于缸中的平衡隔障,其液压地封住活塞和缸并定义与平衡室回路连通的平衡室;以及
推动活塞离开平衡隔障的弹簧。
10.一种离合器总成,其特征在于,包含:
第一、第二和第三离合器;
外壳,所述外壳包括:
轴毂;
由轴毂径向延伸的中央组件;
由中央组件轴向延伸且与第一离合器选择性地形成连接的第一凸部;
由中央组件轴向延伸且与第二和第三离合器选择性地产生连接的第二凸部;
中央组件和轴毂中的离合器应用回路,其中每个回路都与其中一个离合器连通;以及
用于将流体供应给每个离合器的、中央组件和轴毂中的平衡室回路。
