本发明涉及一种自动开关的防霾窗户。一、将整个窗户分成通风与采光两大单元。通风单元大小以成年人无法钻进为准。窗扇(4)设滤尘膜隔绝雾霾。二、所有窗扇都成锥体设计,与相应外框配合,滴水不漏。三、通风窗扇玻璃之间设彩灯(15),形成“凝瑞”等字图。四、在采光窗扇(6)的中点,分别设置固定轴(17)。打开窗锁(21),拉动拉手(22),窗扇(6)和托条(7)同时向内向下展开,固定轴(17)移动到下止点,支撑采光窗扇(6);卸掉密封带(23)清洁,窗扇(6)将外面玻璃翻转到室内清洁。装上密封带(23),令托条(7)的固定栓对准窗扇(6)的锁眼向上向外推,压片(24)触发托条(7)两端的活动舌(20),将托条锁住,与若干固定栓(19)一起将整个采光单元锁死。五、在窗扇(6)玻璃之间设栅栏,以满足特殊场所的防盗需要。

技术领域
本发明属于房屋建筑领域,具体涉及建筑物的窗户。
背景技术
当今社会,房屋建筑分为平房、楼房两种。建筑虽有高低之分,但都必须设计窗户来采光、通风。普遍现在使用的推拉窗、平开窗,囿于其设计缺陷,冬冷夏热自不必说,就是:。
1、每天打扫从窗户缝隙中刮进来的尘土,已经成为每个家庭最频繁、最主要的体力劳动,100平米的家,没有个把钟头休想干完,让人想不健身都难。特别是今年冬天以来全国大范围、高强度的雾霾天气,PM2.5频频爆表,成为国人不能承受之痛!雾霾肆虐,各式各样的室内除尘家电应运而生,而其除尘效果经《每周质量报告》调查,难遂人愿!究其原因,还是没有走出“先污染、后治理”的窠臼,人们深陷“开窗太脏、不开窗太闷”的两难境地;
2、再就是窗户外侧玻璃的清洁极为不便,尤其是高层住户,虽尚未有因擦玻璃而坠落窗外的报道,大家对擦玻璃却都小心翼翼、极其畏惧。有人干脆请家政公司来擦,然而危险仍在,并未消除,只是将高空坠落的高风险转嫁给了他人。多数人家只有每到过年才勉强擦1次,平时不得不隔着斑驳、模糊的玻璃窗来欣赏这花花世界、朗朗乾坤了!曾经有人设计过一种反转窗户,实现了将外侧玻璃转到室内来清洁,但其也就是仅仅改善了这一个方面的缺陷而已,窗户仍旧是开关不便,密封不严。而对其它缺陷,更是熟视无睹,可谓一叶障目不见森林,对于真正满足人们亟须完善窗户的期待仍是隔靴搔痒、遥不可及;
3、大家都一定不会忘记“托举哥”吧!一度感动我们、感动中国的“托举哥”们,是那样地令人动容。而谁又能说这不是人们对即便增设了安全网、照样不能保证自己孩子人身安全的窗户的无声控诉呢!安全是重中之重,我们不仅不要自己伤害自己,更要不伤害别人,不被别人伤害!据公安部门统计,随着防盗门技术的进步,暴力破拆与技术开锁的难度越来越高,而窗户开始成为梁上君子们的主要通道,有80%以上的入室盗窃、入室抢劫的刑事案件的发生正是拜简陋的窗户所赐;
4、随着改革的不断深入,我国消防事业获得巨大发展,建筑物火灾明显下降。然而,每年也有不少的高层建筑火灾屡屡见诸媒体报端。试想站在百米楼顶拼命呼救的人群中如果有自己的亲人,“恨无彩凤双飞翼”的痛心疾首,有谁又能不刻骨铭心!究其原因,无非还是窗户密封不严,有毒的烟雾钻进室内,人被逼无奈只能向上走。火灾过后,火源下方的住户装修被毁、成为泽国也是同样原因;
5、还有不吐不快的光污染、噪音污染,无一不是源自窗户。此类案件令法院也大为头疼,“息讼易,止争难”,如果不解决问题的根源,不拔去窗户结构缺陷这个眼中钉、肉中刺,小康社会的幸福生活里也就时时、处处充斥着隐忧;
、人常说“眼睛是心灵的窗户”,可见窗户最能够展示主人的神采与个性。然而纵观全球,家家户户的窗户就像人白白地长了一双水灵灵的大眼睛一样,空洞无物,黯淡无光。大大的窗户不仅白天室内升温快,让人好不容易休息在家却连睡个懒觉都不成,夜晚降温同样快,不仅浪费电能,更缩短了空调的寿命。
发明内容
针对窗户以上的种种不足,本人完全摒弃“先污染、后治理”的“亡羊补牢”式的落后思维方式,采取“全盘考虑、综合治理”的设计思路,将“解决问题”变为“避免问题”,防患于未然,从而发明了这款安全、防盗、防尘、防烟、防水、隔音、节能、充分展示主人风采与品味的窗户,以期完善窗户的所有设计缺陷,弥补建筑领域最大的短板,彻底解决人们日常生活中的隐忧,让家庭生活真正做到安心、放心、舒心、静谧、祥和。

具体实施方式。
具体方案如图1所示。
首先,将窗户外框1框定的整个窗户进行功能分区。即由横梁2在Z轴向将整个窗户分成上、下两大部分,即通风区与采光区。通风区再由立柱3在X轴向分成左右两部分,即有窗扇4和窗扇5构成通风功能区,采光区有窗扇6与托条7构成。实现通风与采光由各自专门的区域承担,互不混同,互不影响。
通风单元视整个窗户宽度设若干立柱3,立柱3将整个通风区均匀划分,其Z向长度视具体窗户的大小而定,通常取10厘米——30厘米之间,以成年人无法钻进为准。据此实现即使家中无人,即使常年开着窗户,盗贼也无法从开启的通风窗户钻进室内的效果。如果窗户较大,譬如落地窗,则将通风区复制于窗户下方以及两侧,总之以与整个落地窗相适应,使之和谐、美观、防盗,让人住的放心。
其次,所有内窗扇都采用内大外小的锥体设计,如图2所示,与同样设计成锥形、漏斗状的外框配合,窗框与窗扇相对的配合面设计若干凸起的棱线,中间的密封条设计成与窗框Y轴方向尺寸相同的密封带23,密封带23通过其上的密封带固定棱29固定在窗框的密封带固定槽30中;所有通风窗和采光窗关闭后,棱线紧紧挤压密封带,使之达到在施加一定压力下——如消防水枪喷射——水流仍就不能浸透与窗框同宽的密封带,从而达到了滴水不漏的效果,隔绝自然风压状态下的烟气与灰尘。
组成通风单元的窗扇4和窗扇5的内侧与横梁2铰接,外面分别设有滤尘膜8和防虫网9,冬季多风及雾霾天,使用遥控器10遥控开关窗电机11或拉动开关窗电机11一侧的手动开关窗拉绳12,单独向内开启外面有滤尘膜的窗扇4,关闭外面有防虫网的窗扇5,室内、外气压相等,实时进行空气交换,保持室内空气新鲜;做饭开启油烟机的同时,关闭厨房的窗户,避免形成循环风;打开其他居室通风窗4,室内空气按照预先设计好的方向流动,自然就能将室内的PM2.5排出窗外,根本用不着添置什么专门除尘设备;这样疏堵并举,才能真正使室内保持窗明几净、一尘不染,从根本上、大幅度地减少PM2.5的存在,完全破解“开窗太脏、不开窗太闷”的魔咒,进而大大地减轻室内污染、减轻家务劳动,让人住的省心、舒心。
通风窗扇4和5均采用二层或多层玻璃密封,两层玻璃之间设置从接电开关插座13通过漏电保护器14接入的异形霓虹灯(或LED灯)15,异形霓虹灯组成诸如“凝瑞”、“祥和”、“自强不息”、“厚德载物”等等文字,在夜晚或节假日点亮来充分展示主人品味与个性,弥补“眼大无神”的弊病;良好的封闭和多层玻璃,同时将所有噪音能量大幅度吸收,做到将绝大部分噪音隔断在外;人住的安心、静心。
然后,下方的采光区由两个零件组成,即窗扇6与托条7共同组成漏斗状锥形结构,与通风窗扇4、5一样,通过密封带23与外框接触、密合,两对侧窗棂上的凸起棱16相互对压,增强其密闭性能;在窗扇6的Z轴方向,即两条立框的中点,分别设置两个固定轴17,与相对外框上的秤钩形凹槽18相互配合;窗户关闭时,固定轴卡停在秤钩形凹槽顶端,即窗棂后面外侧上止点的竖槽里,与窗框上面的若干固定栓19、托条7上面的若干固定栓19、托条7活动舌20共同将窗扇6和托条7牢牢卡死;每当擦拭窗户时,先将内侧玻璃擦洗干净,再将锁具21打开,托条7两端的活动舌20自动缩回、锁住,拉动拉手22,窗扇6和托条7同时向内向下展开,固定轴17由后经秤钩形凹槽18移动到前面底部的下止点,支撑起整个采光窗扇6;卸掉密封带23清洗,窗扇6即可即以此下止点为支点绕X轴转动,将后面玻璃转到前面,人站在室内就能清洗外侧玻璃;清洗完毕,装上密封带23,将托条7上面的固定栓对准窗扇6上的锁眼向上向外推,窗扇6上框的锁眼瞄准插入横梁2上的固定栓,当固定轴17将要运动到上止点时,托条7下面的自动锁窗压片24与下框接触,触发托条7两端的活动舌20自动弹出,将托条锁住,同时与若干固定栓19一起将整个采光单元锁死;这样以来,人们不用再畏惧擦窗,不用再隔着斑驳、模糊的窗户看世界;而且无论多淘气的孩子独自在家,如果没有钥匙,也绝对不会再从窗户翻到窗外,“托举哥”就此绝迹;由于本发明不用再站到窗外去清洁,室外的窗台自然毫无用处,可以将整个窗户安装到建筑物的最外侧,与其主题墙平齐,这样在成倍增加室内窗台的使用面积、每一扇窗户都成飘窗的同时,让一切不速之客完全没有攀爬、落脚之处,让人住的安心、住的赏心。
最后,为了解决室内升温、降温快的问题,将最外侧的玻璃贴防爆隔热膜;针对一楼住户和特殊场所——如财务室——的特殊需求,在两层玻璃之间设计了栅栏25来增强其安全性,满足特殊场所的特殊需求;也可将栅栏镂空,如26,在其内部加装各式各样的彩灯来增强其修饰性;或者整个采光窗加装一个大大的平安结或“和”字灯,通风窗加小字配合采光窗的主灯,渲染节日喜庆气氛,也可整栋楼、整个小区统一调度,统一协调,共同配合,一起烘托节日气氛的同时,展示主人独特的文化品性;窗框一侧设有撑杆27,用于特殊情况下撑住内扇6,横梁2和相对的下框外设两个柔性窗纱28,柔性窗纱相向对拉,固定在窗扇的中点,其柔性对边与窗扇6的玻璃接触,起到开启窗扇6时的防虫效果。
通过以上完善的设计,使建筑物必须的窗户成为安全、防盗、防尘、防水、易清洁的文化窗,人们从而真正的安居乐业。

Claims (5)

1.一种自动开关的防霾窗户,其特征在于由横梁将整个窗框分为通风区和采光区两大单元;通风区再由立柱将其分成若干独立的小通风窗,居于整个窗户的上面;采光区由采光窗和托条组成,处于整个窗户下面,通风区占整个窗户的面积小于采光区;通风区的各个小通风窗的窗扇都呈室内侧大室外侧小的锥体设计,与相应都设计成内大外小的漏斗状外窗框接触,中间接触面用与窗框同样宽度的密封条密封;小通风窗专门用于室内外空气交换,其宽度限制在100毫米—300毫米之间;采光区由采光窗和下面的托条两部分组成,整个采光区与外窗框也成内大外小的漏斗状锥面接触,中间接触面用与窗框同样宽度的密封条密封;窗框分别设置两个固定轴(17),与相对外框上的秤钩形凹槽(18)相互配合,采光窗扇翻转时,固定轴(17)由后经秤钩形凹槽(18)移动到前面底部的下止点,其中托条用于推动采光窗扇在外框两个对边的凹槽内运动,到下止点时,可以将采光窗扇翻转后清洁。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动开关的防霾窗户,小通风窗扇的玻璃为2-3 层,窗外设有滤尘膜,窗扇玻璃之间设置文字彩灯或图案彩灯,彩灯频率由控制器控制。
3.如权利要求2所述的自动开关的防霾窗户,小通风窗设开关电机实现其打开与关闭,开关窗户由遥控器控制。
4.如权利要求3所述的自动开关的防霾窗户,采光窗扇由2-3层玻璃构成,外侧玻璃贴防爆隔热膜,窗扇玻璃之间设置栅栏;栅栏或者镂空,内装彩灯;彩灯由控制器控制。
5.如权利要求2或3所述的自动开关的防霾窗户,通风区的窗扇和采光区的窗扇均设有锁具,平时由锁具锁住,处于关闭状态。
