本发明属于材料领域,公开了一种绝缘POM材料及其制备方法。该绝缘POM材料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:POM60-75份、聚双马来酰亚胺20-30份、抗静电剂2-6份、碳酸钙5-10份、氧化聚乙烯蜡5-10份和硫代二丙酸双十八醇酯1-2份。各成分放入高速混合机中充分混合,送入双螺杆挤出机中,经过螺杆的剪切作用,充足混炼,挤出,造粒得到绝缘POM材料。本发明制得的绝缘POM材料不仅具有良好的力学性能,同时具有良好的绝缘性、易加工性、抗静电性和导热性。

一种绝缘POM材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于材料领域,尤其涉及一种绝缘POM材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的绝缘材料存在加工难度较大,耐冲击性能不佳、易破裂的问题。现代研究者为了满足日益增加的电绝缘行业的需求,研究了各类具有电绝缘性能的人工合成热塑性高分子材料。这类复合材料,充分利用了热塑性复合材料不同温度下的不同状态,通过加入不同的组分,利用热塑性塑料在特殊温度范围内可反复加热软化、冷却硬化,加工成型方便的性能,研制出了具有不同性能的材料。
聚甲醛(POM)具有良好的力学强度、耐磨性、韧性和可加工性,其本身为电绝缘材料,但只能满足较低的绝缘性能的要求,为了满足设备向细微化、高性能的方向发展而提出的各种关于材料性能的高要求,聚甲醛的改性得到了人们的极大关注。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供了一种绝缘POM材料及其制备方法,制得绝缘POM材料不仅具有良好的力学性能,同时具有良好的绝缘性、易加工性、抗静电性和导热性。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种绝缘POM材料,主要由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
POM60-75份,
聚双马来酰亚胺20-30份,
抗静电剂2-6份,
碳酸钙5-10份,
氧化聚乙烯蜡5-10份,
硫代二丙酸双十八醇酯1-2份。
所述抗静电剂为硬脂酸甘油酯与聚乙二醇的混合物。
所述抗静电剂混合物中硬脂酸甘油酯与聚乙二醇的质量比为1:1。
一种绝缘POM材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)POM60-75份、聚双马来酰亚胺20-30份、抗静电剂2-6份、碳酸钙5-10份、氧化聚乙烯蜡5-10份和硫代二丙酸双十八醇酯1-2份;
(2)将上述原料放入高速混合机中充分混合,用计量输送料装置,将混合后的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中,经过螺杆的剪切作用,充足混炼,挤出,造粒;
步骤(2)中所述双螺杆机各区段温度为:一区160℃,二区170℃,三区180℃,四区200℃,双螺杆机的机头温度为230℃。
有益效果:
本发明通过加入聚双马来酰亚胺这种电绝缘性能优异的材料来提高POM复合材料的电绝缘性,并且使用了硬脂酸甘油酯与聚乙二醇的混合物作为抗静电剂,来消除静电作用带来的安全隐患,同时为了保持POM其良好的力学强度,本发明采用无机填料碳酸钙来保障其力学性能,并加入分散剂来帮助碳酸钙的均匀分散,从而获得的复合材料具有良好的力学性能、良好的绝缘性、易加工性、抗静电性。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)POM60kg、聚双马来酰亚胺20kg、硬脂酸甘油酯3kg、聚乙二醇3kg、碳酸钙10kg、氧化聚乙烯蜡5kg和硫代二丙酸双十八醇酯1kg;
(2)将上述原料放入高速混合机中充分混合,用计量输送料装置,将混合后的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中,经过螺杆的剪切作用,充足混炼,挤出,造粒;
步骤(2)中双螺杆机各区段温度为:一区160℃,二区170℃,三区180℃,四区200℃,双螺杆机的机头温度为230℃。
所得材料的测试结果见表1。
实施例2
(1)POM75kg、聚双马来酰亚胺30kg、硬脂酸甘油酯1kg、聚乙二醇1kg、碳酸钙5kg、氧化聚乙烯蜡10kg和硫代二丙酸双十八醇酯2kg;
(2)将上述原料放入高速混合机中充分混合,用计量输送料装置,将混合后的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中,经过螺杆的剪切作用,充足混炼,挤出,造粒;
步骤(2)中双螺杆机各区段温度为:一区160℃,二区170℃,三区180℃,四区200℃,双螺杆机的机头温度为230℃。
所得材料的测试结果见表1。
实施例3

1.一种绝缘POM材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)POM60-75份、聚双马来酰亚胺20-30份、抗静电剂2-6份、碳酸钙5-10份、氧化聚乙烯蜡5-10份和硫代二丙酸双十八醇酯1-2份;
(2)将上述原料放入高速混合机中充分混合,用计量输送料装置,将混合后的物料送入双螺杆挤出机中,经过螺杆的剪切作用,充足混炼,挤出,造粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绝缘POM材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述双螺杆机各区段温度为:一区160℃,二区170℃,三区180℃,四区200℃,双螺杆机的机头温度为230℃。
