技术领域
本发明属于模具的加工方法,具体是涉及一种模具固定套的加工工艺。
背景技术
模具固定套属于塑料吹瓶机的模具组件的一个零件,其结构为半圆形体,成对地合笼使用。模具固定套的需求量大,加工精度要求高,传统工艺是直接对半圆形体结构的单体的模具固定套独立地加工,因零件本身的长度近390mm,加工后的应力集中,变形较大,成品质量差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述技术上的障碍,提供一种加工工艺难度低、精度高的模具固定套加工工艺。
为了实现以上目的,本发明是这样实现的:一种模具固定套加工工艺,加工步骤如下:
(1)取一圆筒体,按设定的尺寸粗车外圆和内孔;
(2)在圆筒体其中一端面,铣若干个在圆周上分布的腰孔,并在每个腰孔外钻两个通透的通孔;
(3)在圆筒体的其中一侧面,开设一槽孔;
(4)按圆柱度≤0.02mm、同心度≤0.03和端面全跳动≤0.03的精度要求,精车外圆和内孔;
(5)纵向的将圆筒体等分割成两个半圆筒体。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用先将圆筒体整体加工再锯开成两个半圆筒体的加工工艺,取得了以下进步:
(1)解决了模具固定套在加工后由于应力集中而导致变形的问题,保证了尺寸精度和形位公差;
(2)采用特殊的车床工装和特制的车刀、钻石刀具,不仅解决了内孔和外圆的形位公差难保证的问题,而且加工出来的产品外观质量好;
(3)运用整套合理的加工工艺,缩短加工时间,提升加工的质量。

下面结合实施例和附图,对本发明作进一步详细描述。
具体实施方式
模具固定套的加工工艺步骤如下:
1、下料。取外圆Ф200mm×内孔Ф130mm×长380mm的铝合金圆筒体。
2、粗车外圆和内孔:如图1所示,车外圆Ф195mm×Ф140mm。
4、铣槽孔:如图2和图3所示,采用数控机床(CNC),在端面A的铣6个腰孔2,采用摇臂钻床钻在腰孔中钻12-Φ8mm通孔1,腰孔和通孔的中心落在直径Ф170mm的圆周上。
5、开设槽孔。如图4所示,在侧面B开设长300mm×宽130mm的槽孔3。
6、精车外圆和内孔:圆柱度≤0.02mm、同心度≤0.03和端面全跳动≤0.03精度要求,采用钻石刀具精车外圆和内孔。
8、锯开:如图5所示,用锯床将圆筒体沿中心线C,纵向地等分锯开成两个半圆筒体,并采用数控机床(CNC)铣各平面和斜面。
9、校正:分别校正半圆筒体,保证合拢后,圆柱度≤0.02mm、同心度≤0.03和端面全跳动≤0.03的精度要求。
10、钻螺孔:攻牙,去毛刺。

1.一种模具固定套加工工艺,其特征在于加工步骤如下:
(1)取一圆筒体,按设定的尺寸粗车外圆和内孔;
(2)在圆筒体其中一端面,铣若干个在圆周上分布的腰孔,并在每个腰孔外钻两个通透的通孔;
(3)在圆筒体的其中一侧面,开设一槽孔;
(4)按圆柱度≤0.02mm、同心度≤0.03mm和端面全跳动≤0.03mm的精度要求,精车外圆和内孔;
(5)纵向的将圆筒体等分割成两个半圆筒体。
