本发明涉及保温砂浆领域,确切地说是一种脱硫石膏基聚苯颗粒保温砂浆。
背景技术
保温砂浆是以各种轻质材料为骨料,以水泥为胶凝料,掺和一些改性添加剂,经生产企业搅拌混合而制成的一种预拌干粉砂浆。用于构筑建筑表面保温层的一种建筑材料。
聚苯颗粒全称为膨胀聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒,又称膨胀聚苯颗粒。该材料是由可发性聚苯乙烯树脂珠粒为基础原料膨胀发泡制成的。是聚苯颗粒保温砂浆的主要骨料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种脱硫石膏基聚苯颗粒保温砂浆。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种脱硫石膏基聚苯颗粒保温砂浆,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:脱硫石膏30-50、聚苯颗粒8-15、偏高岭土10-12、钢渣5-8、石膏渣5-6、维生素C2-4、丁苯橡胶乳液3-6、废砖粉2-4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-2、VAE乳液2-4、火山凝灰岩4-5、硅树脂1-2、铝粉0.1-0.2,菜籽饼粉0.01-0.03,复合填料7-9;
复合填料由下列重量份的原料制成:
高炉矿渣3-6、白云石粉6-8、凹凸棒土5-6、秸秆2-5,氯化石蜡1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH5700.2-0.3,甲酸钙0.1-0.2,尿素1-2;
制备方法是:
将高炉矿渣、白云石粉、凹凸棒土、秸秆在300-350℃下煅烧1-2小时,然后,取出,加适量水,搅拌均匀,再加10-15%盐酸溶液调PH为4-5,研磨浆料至600-800目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,干燥后与其他原料混匀,即得。
所述的一种脱硫石膏基聚苯颗粒保温砂浆,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
将所有原料混匀,于1000-1100转/分下搅拌5-10分钟,再加水适量水,
100-200转/分钟匀速搅拌10-20分钟,再将搅拌好的物料三辊研磨机研磨1-2小时,包装后即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明额使用了大量脱硫石膏以及石膏渣、高炉矿渣等,很好地利用了工业固体废弃物,变废为宝,同时保温性能佳。适用于各类建筑物的墙体保温工程施工。
具体实施方式
一种脱硫石膏基聚苯颗粒保温砂浆,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:脱硫石膏35、聚苯颗粒15、偏高岭土12、钢渣8、石膏渣6、维生素C2、丁苯橡胶乳液6、废砖粉4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1、VAE乳液2、火山凝灰岩4、硅树脂1、铝粉0.2,菜籽饼粉0.03,复合填料7;
复合填料由下列重量kg的原料制成:
高炉矿渣6、白云石粉6、凹凸棒土6、秸秆4,氯化石蜡1、硅烷偶联剂KH5700.2,甲酸钙0.2,尿素2;
制备方法是:
将高炉矿渣、白云石粉、凹凸棒土、秸秆在350℃下煅烧2小时,然后,取出,加适量水,搅拌均匀,再加10%盐酸溶液调PH为4-5,研磨浆料至600-800目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,干燥后与其他原料混匀,即得。
所述的一种脱硫石膏基聚苯颗粒保温砂浆,制备方法为:
将所有原料混匀,于1000转/分下搅拌10分钟,再加水适量水,150转/分钟匀速搅拌20分钟,再将搅拌好的物料三辊研磨机研磨2小时,包装后即得。
所得产品测试结果如下:

1.一种脱硫石膏基聚苯颗粒保温砂浆,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:脱硫石膏30-50、聚苯颗粒8-15、偏高岭土10-12、钢渣5-8、石膏渣5-6、维生素C2-4、丁苯橡胶乳液3-6、废砖粉2-4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-2、VAE乳液2-4、火山凝灰岩4-5、硅树脂1-2、铝粉0.1-0.2,菜籽饼粉0.01-0.03,复合填料7-9;复合填料由下列重量份的原料制成:高炉矿渣3-6、白云石粉6-8、凹凸棒土5-6、秸秆2-5,氯化石蜡1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH5700.2-0.3,甲酸钙0.1-0.2,尿素1-2;所述复合填料的制备方法是:将高炉矿渣、白云石粉、凹凸棒土、秸秆在300-350℃下煅烧1-2小时,然后,取出,加适量水,搅拌均匀,再加10-15%盐酸溶液调pH为4-5,研磨浆料至600-800目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,干燥后与其他原料混匀,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱硫石膏基聚苯颗粒保温砂浆,其特征在于:制备方法为:将所有原料混匀,于1000-1100转/分下搅拌5-10分钟,再加入适量水,100-200转/分钟匀速搅拌10-20分钟,再将搅拌好的物料投入三辊研磨机研磨1-2小时,包装后即得。
