Abstract

本发明公开了颌骨囊性病变开窗引流负压阻塞装置,包括阻塞器和固位卡环,在阻塞器内设置微型单向阀,所述微型单向阀的开启压力小于20mbar。本发明的优点在于,本发明阻塞装置改变了原有阻塞器的引流方式,无需每日多次摘戴进行引流。同时,利用吸吮即可对囊内形成低于正常口腔压力的低压状态,可以使阀门多次开启。简单的吸吮动作即可完成囊内负压吸引,囊内频频形成低于大气压状态,有利于囊性病变的缩小,也利于成骨,缩短疗程。

颌骨囊性病变开窗引流负压阻塞装置
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,更具体地讲,涉及颌骨囊性病变开窗引流负压阻塞装置。
背景技术
对于上下颌骨囊性病变采用开窗引流方法,将原本密闭的囊性病变与口腔相通,从而解除了囊内不断增高的压力,使囊内压力与口腔压力等同。当骨组织不再受到囊肿压力作用,其成骨细胞活跃,囊肿逐渐缩小,甚至消失,从而减小了二次手术的创伤并能最大限度的保留牙齿、神经等重要器官。
囊肿开窗术后,由于需要长期维持开窗口开放以利引流,且防止食物落入囊腔,往往需要对开窗口进行阻塞器的佩戴。传统方式是在术后一周,对开窗口进行印模,制作与开窗口形态一致的阻塞器,并利用卡环在邻近开窗口旁的牙齿上进行固位,固位卡环多为RPI卡(试用于开窗口位于基牙远中游离端)。囊肿开窗阻塞器佩戴之后,需要每天多次进行摘戴、冲洗。定期进行复查,X光片进行比对,密切随访囊性病变的变化。
该技术的原理就在于囊性病变内压力的变化(减小),使囊性病变周围的骨组织由压迫导致的破骨细胞活跃转变为成骨细胞活跃,从而达到治疗目的。有研究表明,继续降低囊内压力使之低于大气压,能够加快成骨过程。但目前,尚没有一种能够稳定地维持负压的阻塞器。
囊性病变开窗术,其开窗口形态各异,阻塞器需要进行个性化印模定制。为了维持开窗口稳定的形态,阻塞器形态与开窗口形态保持一致,这样就能够完全阻塞开窗口,也能够完全阻止食物落入囊内。但是,完全的阻塞又不利于囊内的分泌物进行引流,也有增加囊内压力的风险。因此,常常建议病人每天多次的摘戴阻塞器来达到及时引流的目的。也有学者在阻塞器上打孔或者连接乳胶管,并用注射器进行抽吸囊液来达到瞬时负压。但随着囊液的不断产生,其囊内负压状态维持时间较短,操作相对繁琐,且疗程缩短不明显。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种既能完全阻塞开窗口,又能够自如引流并且在正常口腔生理功能状态下能够频繁产生囊内低气压的颌骨囊性病变开窗引流负压阻塞装置。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是,提供颌骨囊性病变开窗引流负压阻塞装置的制备方法。
为了解决上述第一个技术问题,本发明提供了颌骨囊性病变开窗引流负压阻塞装置,包括阻塞器和固位卡环,其特征在于,在阻塞器内设置微型单向阀,所述微型单向阀的开启压力小于20mbar。
作为一个优选方案,所述微型单向阀的开启压力为6—15 mbar。
为了解决上述第二个技术问题,本发明提供了颌骨囊性病变开窗引流负压阻塞装置的制备方法,包括印模定制阻塞器,使阻塞器与囊肿开窗口形态匹配,设计固位卡环,其特征在于,在印模定制阻塞器时,将开启压力小于20mbar的微型单向阀置于阻塞器中印模一体成型,微型单向阀的两个端口与外界连通。
本发明的优点在于,本发明阻塞装置改变了原有阻塞器的引流方式,无需每日多次摘戴进行引流。同时,利用吸吮即可对囊内形成低于正常口腔压力的低压状态,可以使阀门多次开启。简单的吸吮动作即可完成囊内负压吸引,囊内频频形成低于大气压状态,有利于囊性病变的缩小,也利于成骨,缩短疗程。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1. 颌骨囊性病变开窗引流负压阻塞装置
如图1所示,包括阻塞器1和固位卡环2,在阻塞器1内设置微型单向阀3,微型单向阀3的开启压力小于20mbar。
图2为颌骨囊性病变开窗引流负压阻塞装置的使用状态参考图,微型单向阀阀内的一个小单向阀板能确保流体只向一个方向流动。口腔行使吸吮功能时压力差为9.8-14.7mbar,用力吸吮便能够充分开启阀门,当囊内压力大于20mbar时,囊液也将自动溢出。微型单向阀的开启压力优选为6—15 mbar。同时,每日正常的口腔内的压力变化可以使阀门多次开启,简单的吸吮动作即可完成囊内负压吸引,囊内频频形成低于大气压状态。
实施例2. 颌骨囊性病变开窗引流负压阻塞装置制备方法
(1)精密印模技术,使阻塞器与囊肿开窗口形态匹配,能够严密封闭开窗口。设计阻塞器固位卡环,多为RPI卡(试用于开窗口位于基牙远中游离端)。
(2)将开启压力小于20mbar的微型单向阀置于阻塞器中印模一体成型,微型单向阀的两个端口与外界连通。
步骤(1)阻塞器的印模技术和设计固位卡环均为常规技术,本发明的创新点就在于在印模时加入微型单向阀,且微型单向阀的两个端口与外界连通。微型单向阀可以选择市售产品,只要满足开启压力小于20mbar,优选为6—15 mbar,且体积适合阻塞器。本实施例选择得雷流体控制工程有限公司销售的F2804微型单向阀。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.颌骨囊性病变开窗引流负压阻塞装置,包括阻塞器和固位卡环,其特征在于,在阻塞器内设置微型单向阀,所述微型单向阀的开启压力小于20mbar。
2.根据权利要求1所述的颌骨囊性病变开窗引流负压阻塞装置,其特征在于,所述微型单向阀的开启压力为6—15 mbar。
3.权利要求1所述颌骨囊性病变开窗引流负压阻塞装置的制备方法,包括印模定制阻塞器,使阻塞器与囊肿开窗口形态匹配,设计固位卡环,其特征在于,在印模定制阻塞器时,将开启压力小于20mbar的微型单向阀置于阻塞器中印模一体成型,微型单向阀的两个端口与外界连通。
