技术领域
本发明涉及一种电磁阀芯,具体是一种高速往复运动的电磁阀芯。 
背景技术
目前,传统的柱形电磁阀芯在阀芯套管内是滑动摩擦,无法运用在高速往复运动的场合。 
发明内容
   本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高速往复运动的电磁阀芯。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种高速往复运动的电磁阀芯,包 
括一个柱形阀芯,和一个阀芯套管,其特征是,在柱形阀芯的柱面上设置有凹槽,凹槽内放入滚珠,滚珠的球面最高点超过柱形阀芯的柱面,在柱形阀芯的两个端面设置滚珠挡片。
采用本设计的有益效果是:由于在柱形阀芯的柱面上设置了滚珠,将原有与阀芯套管之间的滑动摩擦改成了滚动摩擦,所以就能适应柱形阀芯和阀芯套管之间的高速往复运动。

如图所示,本发明的一种高速往复运动的电磁阀芯,包括一个柱形阀芯1,和一个阀芯套管2,其特征是,在柱形阀芯1的柱面上设置有凹槽3,凹槽3内放入滚珠4,滚珠4的球面最高点超过柱形阀芯1的柱面,在柱形阀芯1的两个端面设置滚珠挡片5。

1. 一种高速往复运动的电磁阀芯,包括一个柱形阀芯(1),和一个阀芯
套管(2),其特征是,在柱形阀芯(1)的柱面上设置有凹槽(3),凹槽(3)内放入滚珠(4),滚珠(4)的球面最高点超过柱形阀芯(1)的柱面。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的高速往复运动的电磁阀芯,其特征是,在柱形
阀芯(1)的两个端面设置滚珠挡片(5)。
