技术领域
本发明涉及一种注浆材料,特别是涉及一种用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料具有如下缺点:
①游离醛含量高(≥2%),使用过程中释放大量甲醛,对井下有限的空间极易造成污染。
②粘度高,在破碎煤岩体内的渗透能力低。
③普通脲醛树脂多适宜热固化,冷固化时使用氯化铵等普通强酸弱碱盐类作固化剂时,凝胶固化时间长;提高固化速度需加入大量强酸性固化剂,对注浆设备腐蚀严重。
④固化成型后,体积收缩大,抗老化性能差。
⑤贮存期较短。
因此,现有注浆材料无法满足安全生产的需求,同时生产成本高,质量也较差,急需一种新的注浆材料来替代。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全无污染、成本低、稳定、注浆效果好、制备操作简便的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料。

所述聚乙二醇醚是目前销售量最大的一种合成油,它是以环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、环氧丁烷和四氢呋喃等为原料,在催化剂作用下开环均聚或共聚制得的线型聚合物,用在硬泡,软泡,弹性体,做塑胶跑道,地坪,胶黏剂,防水涂料,汽车,胶辊等等。所述聚对苯二甲酰己二胺(PA6T)的型号为MN-400,所述MDI是由异氰酸酯与多元醇及其配合助剂合成的聚氨酯材料。

本发明所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料,其中所述注浆材料由体积比为1:1的A组份和B组份混合而成,其中,所述A组份由如下重量份数的原料组成:
聚对苯二甲酰己二胺25份,聚乙二醇醚13份,蓖麻油55份,三乙二醇9.41份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1份,异辛酸钾0.2份,硅油0.3份;
所述B组份为如下重量份数的原料组成:MDI100份。
本发明所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料,其中所述A组份产品的比重为1.020~1.023,所述B组份产品的比重为1.20~1.25。
本发明所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按比例计算好每批次生产量所需的原料质量,分别准确称量并按照聚对苯二甲酰己二胺、聚乙二醇醚、蓖麻油和三乙二醇的顺序将其投入第一反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合料I;
(2)分别按比例称取并按照二月桂酸二丁基锡、异辛酸钾和硅油的顺序将其投入第二反应釜中,用手动搅拌钻搅拌混合2~3分钟,混合均匀,得到混合料II;
(3)将所述混合料II加入到所述第一反应釜中,与所述混合料I混合搅拌20分钟,混合均匀后进行取样检验,检验合格后包装,得到A组份产品;
(4)按比例称取B组份原料,包装,得到B组份产品。
本发明所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料的制备方法,其中步骤(1)和(2)中的原料添加方法均为依次按照投料顺序边搅拌边加料。
本发明所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料的制备方法,其中所述制备过程中物料反应温度均在小于等于95℃的条件下进行。
本发明所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料的制备方法,其中所述A组份产品的包装规格为30公斤/桶,所述B组份产品的包装规格为25公斤/桶,所述A组份产品和B组份产品在使用前在15~30℃温度条件下放置24小时以上。
本发明所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料与现有技术不同之处在于:
本发明所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料安全无污染、成本低、性能稳定、注浆效果好、制备操作简便,同时具有固化快、强度高、韧性好、粘结力强、气味小、阻燃等特点;本发明所述注浆材料均采用市面上容易获得且价格低廉的原料,极大地降低了成本;在制备过程中物料反应温度均在小于等于95℃的条件下进行,远低于现有安全生产行业标准规定的小于等于140℃,极大地提高了煤矿井下(尤其是瓦斯突出明显的工作面)的安全系数,消除了高温带来的安全隐患;本发明所述产品安全无污染,经国家相关机构检测均未检测到其中的有害残留物(如游离甲醛)的含量,可知其含量是微乎其微的,基本可忽略,而现有技术的注浆材料的游离甲醛含量均在0.5g/kg左右;原料中的二月桂酸二丁基锡作为催化剂可以很好地起到催化作用;本发明所述注浆材料产品稳定、贮存期长、抗老化性能强、在破碎煤岩体内的渗透能力高,固化时间短,对配套注浆机具无腐蚀;本发明所述注浆材料制备方法简单易行,都是采用常规的仪器制备的。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料,所述注浆材料由体积比为1:1的A组份和B组份混合而成,其中:
所述A组份由如下重量份数的原料组成:
聚对苯二甲酰己二胺20份,聚乙二醇醚13份,蓖麻油50份,三乙二醇9.41份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1份,异辛酸钾0.2份,硅油0.3份;
所述B组份为如下重量份数的原料组成:MDI100份。
所述A组份产品的比重为1.023,所述B组份产品的比重为1.23,所述聚乙二醇醚是目前销售量最大的一种合成油,它是以环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、环氧丁烷和四氢呋喃等为原料,在催化剂作用下开环均聚或共聚制得的线型聚合物,用在硬泡,软泡,弹性体,做塑胶跑道,地坪,胶黏剂,防水涂料,汽车,胶辊等等。所述聚对苯二甲酰己二胺(PA6T)的型号为MN-400,所述MDI是由异氰酸酯与多元醇及其配合助剂合成的聚氨酯材料。
本发明所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按比例计算好每批次生产量所需的原料质量,分别准确称量并按照聚对苯二甲酰己二胺、聚乙二醇醚、蓖麻油和三乙二醇的顺序将其投入第一反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合料I;
(2)分别按比例称取并按照二月桂酸二丁基锡、异辛酸钾和硅油的顺序将其投入第二反应釜中,用手动搅拌钻搅拌混合2~3分钟,混合均匀,得到混合料II;
(3)将所述混合料II加入到所述第一反应釜中,与所述混合料I混合搅拌20分钟,混合均匀后进行取样检验,检验合格后包装,得到A组份产品;
(4)按比例称取B组份原料,包装,得到B组份产品。

(4)按比例称取B组份原料,包装,得到B组份产品。
其中,步骤(1)和(2)中的原料添加方法均为依次按照投料顺序边搅拌边加料;所述制备过程中物料反应温度均在小于等于95℃的条件下进行;所述A组份产品的包装规格为30公斤/桶,所述B组份产品的包装规格为25公斤/桶,所述A组份产品和B组份产品在使用前在15~30℃温度条件下放置24小时以上,有利于缩短浆液固化时间。
本发明所述注浆材料产品的质量检测方法和标准:
(1)分别取两个干净(绝对不含水)的容器,称出A组份产品40g,B组份产品50g,即A组份产品和B组份产品体积比为1:1,将二者混合,搅拌5-10秒钟,然后静置,记录开始搅拌到材料完全硬化的时间,并考察材料硬度是否合格,标准参考《AQ1089—2011中华人民共和国安全生产行业标准煤矿加固煤岩体用高分子材料》;
(2)采用比重计分别测试A组份产品和B组份产品的比重,A组份产品比重为1.020~1.023,所述B组份产品的比重为1.20~1.25,测试温度为23℃。
实施例1-3中任意一种本发明所述的注浆材料具有如下特性:
1、1-2分钟即可固化,24小时即能达到40MPa以上的抗压强度;
2、无溶剂、高闪点、阻燃,特别适合密闭巷道中施工;
3、无论在干燥、潮湿还是水中环境,浆液均不发泡,且固化快、强度高;
4、在流动水中不会被稀释、溶解,固结体仍有高强度;
5、固结体韧性好,压缩20%-30%也不脆裂;
6、施工方便,现场无需专门配浆,通过气动双液注浆泵自动混合后即可注浆。
具体性能数据见表1。

表格中的参考标准参照《AQ1089—2011中华人民共和国安全生产行业标准煤矿加固煤岩体用高分子材料》中的数据。

1.一种用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料,其特征在于:所述注浆材料由体积比为1:1的A组份和B组份混合而成,其中,所述A组份由如下重量份数的原料组成:
聚对苯二甲酰己二胺20~30份,聚乙二醇醚13份,蓖麻油50~60份,三乙二醇9.41份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1份,异辛酸钾0.2份,硅油0.3份;
所述B组份为如下重量份数的原料组成:MDI100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料,其特征在于:所述注浆材料由体积比为1:1的A组份和B组份混合而成,其中,
所述A组份由如下重量份数的原料组成:
聚对苯二甲酰己二胺20份,聚乙二醇醚13份,蓖麻油50份,三乙二醇9.41份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1份,异辛酸钾0.2份,硅油0.3份;
所述B组份为如下重量份数的原料组成:MDI100份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料,其特征在于:所述注浆材料由体积比为1:1的A组份和B组份混合而成,其中,所述A组份由如下重量份数的原料组成:

所述B组份为如下重量份数的原料组成:MDI100份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料,其特征在于:所述注浆材料由体积比为1:1的A组份和B组份混合而成,其中,所述A组份由如下重量份数的原料组成:
聚对苯二甲酰己二胺25份,聚乙二醇醚13份,蓖麻油55份,三乙二醇9.41份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1份,异辛酸钾0.2份,硅油0.3份;
所述B组份为如下重量份数的原料组成:MDI100份。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料,其特征在于:所述A组份产品的比重为1.020~1.023,所述B组份产品的比重为1.20~1.25;所述聚对苯二甲酰己二胺的型号为MN-400。
6.权利要求1-5中任意一种所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)按比例计算好每批次生产量所需的原料质量,分别准确称量并按照聚对苯二甲酰己二胺、聚乙二醇醚、蓖麻油和三乙二醇的顺序将其投入第一反应釜中,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合料I;
(2)分别按比例称取并按照二月桂酸二丁基锡、异辛酸钾和硅油的顺序将其投入第二反应釜中,用手动搅拌钻搅拌混合2~3分钟,混合均匀,得到混合料II;
(3)将所述混合料II加入到所述第一反应釜中,与所述混合料I混合搅拌20分钟,混合均匀后进行取样检验,检验合格后包装,得到A组份产品;
(4)按比例称取B组份原料,包装,得到B组份产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)和(2)中的原料添加方法均为依次按照投料顺序边搅拌边加料。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备过程中物料反应温度均在小于等于95℃的条件下进行。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于加固易破碎煤岩层的注浆材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述A组份产品的包装规格为30公斤/桶,所述B组份产品的包装规格为25公斤/桶,所述A组份产品和B组份产品在使用前在15~30℃温度条件下放置24小时以上。
