本发明涉及船用油箱技术领域，尤具体公开了一种船用油箱结构.它包括油箱本体，其特征在于，所述油箱本体包括焊接为一体结构的底板、侧板、端板及顶板，所述顶板上设有注油和吸油管总成，还包括多个垂直于所述侧板的隔板，所述隔板与所述侧板及底板之间焊接连接，所述隔板上边均布有插板，所述隔板四角设有过油口，所述顶板上在与所述插板位置相对应处设有插口，所述插板插入所述插口中并与所述插口焊接密封连接。所述底板包括由整块板材弯折而成的两边倾斜段和中间水平段。还包括设于所述油箱本体两边的斜向筋板，所述油箱本体为铝材。本发明的有益效果是：整体油箱造型美观，密封牢靠，尤其是铝材油箱表面更为平整、美观。

技术领域
本发明涉及船用油箱技术领域，尤其涉及一种船用油箱结构。
背景技术
船用油箱由于其装载在船艇上，要经受不断的晃动、振动冲击，对其结构的密封性、牢靠性及美观性均有较高的要求，另外，由于箱体内油料的不断晃动需要增加隔板以减少油料的波动幅度，提高安全使用性能。现有技术的油箱尚存在如下问题，一是隔板采用顶部弯边结构，在顶板上开槽与所述弯边焊接，由于局部高温焊接导致顶板大幅度弯曲变形，这样不仅会造成密封不良，而且严重的影响了油箱的美观性；另外，现有油箱的整体造型比较呆板，不实用与船体的贴合安装。对于铝材制造的油箱，这种缺陷更为明显。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种造型美观、焊接牢靠、密封良好的船用油箱结构。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：一种船用油箱结构，包括油箱本体，其特征在于，所述油箱本体包括焊接为一体结构的底板、侧板、端板及顶板，所述顶板上设有注油和吸油管总成，还包括多个垂直于所述侧板的隔板，所述隔板与所述侧板及底板之间焊接连接，所述隔板上边均布有插板，所述隔板四角设有过油口，所述顶板上在与所述插板位置相对应处设有插口，所述插板插入所述插口中并与所述插口焊接密封连接。
本发明的有益效果是：整体造型美观，密封牢靠，由于采用带有插板的隔板，其与所述插口配合焊接，减少了焊接应力，减小了变形，从而使油箱表面平整美观。
在上述技术方案的基础上，本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步，所述底板包括由整块板材弯折而成的两边倾斜段和中间水平段。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是，这种结构适合将油箱与船底贴合固定，节约空间。
进一步，还包括设于所述油箱本体两边的斜向筋板。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是，加强箱体整体强度。
进一步，所述油箱本体为铝材。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是，铝材耐腐蚀，轻质。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述，所举实例只用于解释本发明，并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1～图4所示，一种船用油箱结构，包括油箱本体，所述油箱本体包括焊接为一体结构的底板7、侧板4、端板8及顶板2，所述顶板2上设有注油和吸油管总成5，还包括多个垂直于所述侧板的隔板3，所述隔板3与所述侧板4及底板7之间焊接连接，所述隔板3上边均布有插板3-1，所述隔板3四角设有过油口3-2，所述顶板2上在与所述插板3-1位置相对应处设有插口2-1，所述插板3-1插入所述插口2-1中并与所述插口2-1焊接密封连接。所述注油和吸油管总成包括注油管、吸油管6以及法兰封口。所述油箱本体的边缘上设有耳板1。
所述底板7包括由整块板材弯折而成的两边倾斜段和中间水平段。
还包括设于所述油箱本体两边的斜向筋板9。
所述油箱本体为铝材。
本发明是这样制造的，首先按设计要求加工出顶板2、侧板4、底板7及端板8；将所述侧板4、底板7及端板8焊接成槽；再将隔板3按要求位置与所述底板7和侧板4焊接；然后将顶板2安装在所述隔板3上，使所述插板3-1和插口2-1对应套装，将顶板2四周与所述侧板4、端板8固定焊接；最后将插板3-1与插口2-1处焊接完成整个油箱制作。

1.一种船用油箱结构，包括油箱本体，其特征在于，所述油箱本体包括焊接为一体结构的底板、侧板、端板及顶板，所述顶板上设有注油和吸油管总成，还包括多个垂直于所述侧板的隔板，所述隔板与所述侧板及底板之间焊接连接，所述隔板上边均布有插板，所述隔板四角设有过油口，所述顶板上在与所述插板位置相对应处设有插口，所述插板插入所述插口中并与所述插口焊接密封连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船用油箱结构，其特征在于，所述底板包括由整块板材弯折而成的两边倾斜段和中间水平段。
3.根据权利要求1所述的船用油箱结构，其特征在于，还包括设于所述油箱本体两边的斜向筋板。
4.根据权利要求1～3任一项所述的船用油箱结构，其特征在于，所述油箱本体为铝材。
