本发明涉及一种机械加工方法。
背景技术
在管上铣平台是一种常用的机械加工方法。现有的方法是采用一个机构对管件进行加工。这种方式灵活性差容易将管壁压垮,难于控制。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明包括以下步骤:在管两端都加工出斜端面,将两个钢球各铣出一个平面,靠在钳口上,将管紧固。对薄壁应缓慢加压力量,以免将管压垮。
本发明采用上述步骤后,避免了将管壁压垮,提高了产品质量。
